Booked as a last minute, lovely hotel.. Reception staff could not of been more helpful. We got upgraded to a sea view, and the room was spacious & lovely. .. there’s a lovely grandness to the hotel , so I felt sad that the smallest of Maintenon job that I noticed let it down, for example , the conference room opposite the reception curtain we’re hanging off it’s rail. So simple to rectify I’m sure. Bar drinks, VERY overly priced . Didn’t use the Spa as closed at 6pm . I would return to this hotel., as stated the reception ladies were smiley, & helpful.

La casa es un hotel muy agradable, muy agradable, muy limpio y bien mantenido, aunque puedes decir que tiene un poco de encanto del viejo mundo. La falta de teléfonos en las habitaciones se añadió a la vibe nostalgica, lo que lo hace sentir como un poco de un ”bhul Bhuliyan” (laberinto), pero de una manera divertida, atractiva. Lo que hizo que fuera aún más especial fue la proximidad del jardín a la playa, que fue un corto paseo a la playa, y las vistas a la playa del hotel fueron simplemente increíbles. El hotel tiene una gran variedad de lugares de interés, como el mar y la belleza natural, donde se puede perder tiempo, relajarse y disfrutar de la belleza del entorno. La habitación estaba limpia, el baño era precioso y los productos de baño eran gratuitos. Tuvimos un problema con la electricidad de la habitación... al llegar, el televisor, la lámpara y las luces del baño no se encendían. El personal revisó la caja de fusibles y volvió a funcionar la electricidad. Se volvió a cortar la electricidad a última hora de la tarde cuando usé la tetera. El portero de noche (que hablaba poco inglés) volvió a accionar el interruptor de la caja de fusibles y me dijo que la próxima vez pusiera menos agua en la tetera. Lo intenté, pero la electricidad se volvió a disparar, así que le pedí que nos cambiara de habitación. Lo hizo de mala gana, pero nos dio una llave. En general, una buena estancia, pero una situación desafortunada con la electricidad.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Nice breakfast. Well located. Would stay again. Only thing that would be nicer is having a fridge.

En general todo era genial. Sugerimos cambiar de matriz, ya que tanto nosotros como nuestros amigos tuvimos terrible dolor de espalda, pero esto es, por supuesto, una preferencia y no todos quieren una matriz dura como nosotros. Aparte de eso, todos los que amamos en este hotel. Gracias .

Hampton hotel is an excellent hotel that does everything that they can to make our stay comfortable. We had the Accessible Room for my Mother In Law, who has limited mobility and sometimes needs a wheelchair. The room was large, spacious and clean. Larger than I usually see in UK hotels. The wet room shower was perfect for her to have a shower without needing to step in-and-out of a traditional shower or bath tub. The breakfast was good enough to fill us up ready for the day ahead. The breakfast waffles were tasty indeed. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and did everything that they could to make sure that our needs were met. Even attempting to resolve our TV issues, where the TV volume could not go higher that low. The TV itself was faulty, but the staff still were willing to help. The location was great for being in the center of the touristic beach areas of Bournemouth, with a short walk (on a hill because Bournemouth is a hilly place) to the sandy beach and pier. Would recommend.

We specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor. On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool. Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay. Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.

No es una habitación limpia en absoluto. Sospechosas manchas marrones de suciedad por todo el baño, desconchones en los muebles y marcas de pintura al azar en las paredes. Me he alojado en mejores Premier Inns.

The hotel is nicely decorated with excellent view and location facing wonderful seaside and beach. However, it is difficult to find a car park place.

Only just found this hotel and love it. Good atmosphere all round, air con and great bar/restaurant. Will always stay here when in the area
