Estada absolutamente excelente. La habitación y el hotel estaban limpios. Las habitaciones disponen de una excelente decoración, tablero de hierro, hierro, secador de pelo, ropa de toalla, toallas y cojinetes extras, nevera, mucho café y té y leche con una máquina de café. A la vista del dormitorio y del baño. La elección de TV fue excelente con Netflix etc No pudo culpar. El desayuno estaba fuera de este mundo!!!! Servicio de primera clase y comida. Seguramente permanecerá allí otra vez y Sólo allí desde ahora Gracias a Jane que nos ha inspeccionado.

Best Western Plus Buxton Hotel Stayed here for one night during my Peak District trip. The hotel is very well located, right in the centre of Buxton and close to the Pavilion Gardens, bus stops, and walking routes. The room was clean, comfortable, and warm — perfect after a long day of hiking. Staff were polite and helpful, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free. A solid choice if you’re exploring Buxton and the Peak District using public transport.

We stayed for 1 night for a special occasion. On arrival we were told that the spa was closed for an event which was very disappointing as I booked this hotel because of the spa & had planned to use the pool & sauna. This should gave been communicated at the time of booking. The building and grounds were impressive but on arrival our featured superior room was freezing cold. The reception turned on the heating at our request but this should have been done hours before our arrival given that it was 8 degrees outside. We sat for an hour in the room with our coats on before asking for a portable heater due to the radiators being only lukewarm. The room never really got warm & when we came back from dinner at 9.15 the heating had been turned off again & we had to ask for it to be turned on again. The food in the restaurant was very good & the servers were lovely but unorganised. We planned to have a drink in the hotel bar but it was so cold that it was empty and not comfortable to stay. I heard kore than one staff member complain about the cold in the hotel. What could have been a very pleasant stay was spoiled by the cold. Unfortunately, we will not return.

Booked this hotel as we were attending women’s football at Derby Pride Park.  We used the NCP car park which was only. 5min walk.  All the staff were smart, well mannered and helpful.  The room was a good size and were surprised to have a full sized bath as well as a powerful shower.  Fantastic breakfast selection where all food was replenished as soon as it was getting low. The only negatives for us was the fact we found some rubbish near the bed along with evidence of dust, one of the bed sheets was torn and one of the bedside wall lamp units was hanging off the wall but still functional. Overall a really lovely hotel  and ideally situated for the football stadium as well as taking in the local sites/ shopping centre (straight over the road)

Absolutely lovely place to stay... I have 2 boys aged 11,12 and we all slept extremely well and was treated amazing by the staff. Very pleasant and extremely polite. Room was on point with cleanliness I can't fault the room at all except there was really poor signal on the television which resulted in us not being able to watch on it but it gave us more time to explore the city which is only a few mins walk and yet of an evening we was not disturbed one bit by noise or nightlife at all ... Will be rebooking without a doubt as we visit kids dad once a month . The bath was also amazing . Well done guys you definitely have 3 repeat customers in us

La ventana era pequeña, lo que lo hizo lleno y muy oscuro, no había luz principal en el dormitorio sólo luces. La cama era grande y cómoda. La habitación y el baño estaba limpio. No hay nada que quejarse de esto, pero esperamos que la habitación fuera un poco más lujosa. Un poco sobrepreciado para la habitación.

Allowed us to check in early, which was a bonus. Breakfast was good but not worth £15, so glad we paid a discount price booking through Trip.com. We chose Holiday Inn over Premier Inn, which are opposite each other, because of the provision of twin beds. We would definitely stay here again.

La casa es un hotel muy agradable para permanecer. Confirme el personal rápido y eficiente y cortesía como siempre. Muchos espacios de estacionamiento en el sitio. El hotel dispone de una habitación con aire acondicionado y un buen baño con ducha de energía. Nos habíamos reservado el desayuno pero olvidamos completamente el desayuno terminado a las 9:00 en el lunes. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. Un agradable estancia no es más que añadir.
