Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I wouldn’t quite consider it a five-star experience. The building itself is beautiful, and the bed and sauna were both very comfortable. I also want to mention Sarah from the sauna team — she was extremely kind and helpful, which made a great impression. That said, I was quite disappointed with the room’s cleanliness. When we checked in, we noticed stains on the pillow, sheets, and duvet. We asked for the pillow to be replaced, but it seemed to be overlooked the first time. Even more surprisingly, the bedding didn’t appear to be changed the next day — the same stained pillow and sheets were still there, which was disappointing. We also accidentally spilled a bit of coffee on the bedside table one morning, and when we came back later that day, the stain was still there, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. Lastly, a small detail — my surname, “Lin,” was misspelled as “Lim” twice. It’s a minor thing, but one I wouldn’t expect from a hotel of this rating. In summary, while the property and facilities are lovely, the cleanliness and attention to detail fell short of what I’d expect from a five-star hotel.

The hotel was a wonderful experience. Everything was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the pillows allowed for a great nights sleep. The Spa experience was a brilliant way to relax after exploring the city.

très satisfaite de mon séjour, nous sommes arrivés vers 20h le service d'enregistrement était fermé mais nous avons quand même trouvé du personnel qui nous a aidé et montré notre chambre. même s'il n'y avait personne à la réception nous allions suivre les instructions envoyées par email pour les arrivées tardives comme la nôtre. le personnel est sympathique et gentil et la chambre est propre avec une vue sur la rue et le tramway qui passe juste à côté de la résidence. je recommande vivement cet établis*****t.

It was a nice stay over here with many facilities available and the gym was so clean and well-maintained. Room was pretty huge and comes with a small pantry/kitchenette. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Location a bit away but that suited us, easy to drive to other places. Staff was helpful, room is basic, beds are soft, room was serviced but clothes were not folded, just placed on a pile on the desk. There is a water boiler but still has the 1990’s instant coffee. Parking costs E25/day….., park across the road for free (3 min walk). We arrived at 14:05 and as 15:00 was CI time they did not honour earlier CI because ‘they run 100% occupancy the day before’ but for Euro50 extra I could get a room immediately… yeah right! Free hot xmas wine in the lobby is a nice gesture.

La ubicación era excelente, a poca distancia a pie de dos estaciones de metro y del Louvre. Hay muchos restaurantes y cafeterías cerca y un supermercado justo enfrente. Hay una mininevera debajo del mueble del televisor, ideal para mantener frescos mis higos y melocotones. El personal fue muy atento y amable al recibirnos cada mañana. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel.

Hotel encantador y elegante, excelente servicio de piscina con champán frío y otras bebidas, agua de piscina a temperatura ideal y cocina deliciosa en el restaurante (mejor escargo que jamás hayamos comido) Gracias al personal del hotel (sobre todo cuando la señora que nos acogió fue muy amable y eficaz) todo el personal que nos acogió con mucho profesionalismo y buen humor en todos los espacios del hotel!

Estancia decepcionante. Había pagado por una habitación ejecutiva con vista al río, pero solo me dieron una habitación que daba al otro lado, con un enorme edificio frente a mí. El hotel dijo que no habían recibido la información y que el hotel estaba lleno. No fue un gran problema, pero pagué más por la vista y terminé en una habitación estándar con algunos refrescos y comodidades gratis. Me sentí engañado. No tuve Wi-Fi durante 1,5 días durante mi estadía de 2 noches. Inaceptable Puntos positivos: El personal fue agradable, tanto en recepción como en el servicio de limpieza. La habitación era espaciosa y limpia. Tuve una mejor experiencia en otros hoteles Novotel antes, pero no volveré a este.

La ropa de cama más ruidosa y el colchón debía tener 50 años, está colocado sobre un somier de los años 50, en 30 años de viajes nunca había dormido tan mal. En el desayuno hay que recorrer las mesas ya ocupadas para recoger una taza, hola higiene si la persona toca y tose sobre la taza que recoges. No hay indicación de que tengas que abrir los 2 frigoríficos de color naranja, para servirte embutidos, quesos etc... Soy diabético, salí sin desayunar, ya que fue al salir cuando me informaron que estaba en los frigoríficos. ?? ¡Un pequeño cartel encima de la nevera hubiera sido bienvenido!

The room is clean, but it was too small. The bathroom was really small and it was too difficult to use it. The room has kettle and some tea and coffee. There was not any noise in the room during our stay. Their servicing was good and every day clean the room if you want. The location of hotel is good enough for walking around the city and there are a lot of cafe and restaurant nearby. The breakfast was delicious with many choices. Also there are a coffee machine in the lobby and you can have free coffee, also have the water machine which have 3 types of water. I like this hotel but actually I don’t want to stay there again as the bathroom was not good enough. Also there isn’t any view.
