¡El hotel más rentable de Europa! El precio es muy razonable, sólo 700 yuanes por noche por 3 noches. Aunque la ubicación no está en el casco antiguo, se puede llegar en tranvía o caminando en 15 minutos. Al lado hay un gran centro comercial con restaurantes de comida rápida y un gran supermercado, lo cual es muy conveniente. Si tomas el autobús, puedes caminar hasta la parada en 2 minutos. El hotel dispone de completas instalaciones, especialmente los dos grandes ventanales y las duchas. Aunque es un poco molesto tener que pagar un depósito por el check-in en el hotel, este se libera 3 días después del check-out, lo cual es muy tranquilizador. ¡Un hotel sin duda recomendado para visitar Estrasburgo!

El personal es muy amable y el hotel está céntrico y muy bien ubicado. Apreciamos especialmente las taquillas para guardar el equipaje, que nos permitieron disfrutar de la ciudad sin equipaje antes y después de la salida. Nuestra única queja fue que las camas no eran ideales para nosotros (eran bastante duras).

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

La limpieza era aceptable y la cama bastante cómoda. El diseño del baño era un poco peculiar, pero funcionaba bien. La habitación era un poco pequeña, pero el espacio estaba bien diseñado, así que deshacer la maleta no fue un problema. El club tenía una amplia zona de negocios y salón, donde se podía tomar algo, café o aperitivos en cualquier momento. La selección era limitada, pero era mejor que nada. El aparcamiento cercano está a seis o siete minutos a pie. El hotel tiene una tarifa con descuento; conviene solicitar un cupón antes de la salida.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I wouldn’t quite consider it a five-star experience. The building itself is beautiful, and the bed and sauna were both very comfortable. I also want to mention Sarah from the sauna team — she was extremely kind and helpful, which made a great impression. That said, I was quite disappointed with the room’s cleanliness. When we checked in, we noticed stains on the pillow, sheets, and duvet. We asked for the pillow to be replaced, but it seemed to be overlooked the first time. Even more surprisingly, the bedding didn’t appear to be changed the next day — the same stained pillow and sheets were still there, which was disappointing. We also accidentally spilled a bit of coffee on the bedside table one morning, and when we came back later that day, the stain was still there, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. Lastly, a small detail — my surname, “Lin,” was misspelled as “Lim” twice. It’s a minor thing, but one I wouldn’t expect from a hotel of this rating. In summary, while the property and facilities are lovely, the cleanliness and attention to detail fell short of what I’d expect from a five-star hotel.

This is the second time I have visited this hotel this year. The first time was in May and the second in December. I absolutely loved everything about the hotel the first time but the second time was a disaster. We were allocated the worst room in the hotel with a window that looked out onto a wall just a few feet away and the decor was rough and depressing. Thankfully they let us have a different room the following day but this should never have happened. There was a very brash tall lady who wore glasses on reception who was rude, ignorant and officious with me which spoiled my holiday. Restaurant staff, porters and housekeeping staff were great. We will never return I'm afraid. Gerry

très satisfaite de mon séjour, nous sommes arrivés vers 20h le service d'enregistrement était fermé mais nous avons quand même trouvé du personnel qui nous a aidé et montré notre chambre. même s'il n'y avait personne à la réception nous allions suivre les instructions envoyées par email pour les arrivées tardives comme la nôtre. le personnel est sympathique et gentil et la chambre est propre avec une vue sur la rue et le tramway qui passe juste à côté de la résidence. je recommande vivement cet établis*****t.

Hola, en general todo muy bien salvo que el primer día el agua salía fatal de la ducha, no funcionaba el extractor de la cocina, faltaban utensilios de cocina . Por lo demás buena ubicación, habitación con terraza agradable y fácil para subir maletas desde el parking.

La ropa de cama más ruidosa y el colchón debía tener 50 años, está colocado sobre un somier de los años 50, en 30 años de viajes nunca había dormido tan mal. En el desayuno hay que recorrer las mesas ya ocupadas para recoger una taza, hola higiene si la persona toca y tose sobre la taza que recoges. No hay indicación de que tengas que abrir los 2 frigoríficos de color naranja, para servirte embutidos, quesos etc... Soy diabético, salí sin desayunar, ya que fue al salir cuando me informaron que estaba en los frigoríficos. ?? ¡Un pequeño cartel encima de la nevera hubiera sido bienvenido!

La ubicación es un poco remota pero el transporte es conveniente. Es muy cómodo ir a la estación de tren o a la Petite France. El hotel está limpio y la habitación es grande. El desayuno es muy sencillo pero abundante. Hay muchos viajeros mayores durante la hora del desayuno. Sobre todo a la mañana siguiente, para poder coger el tren, había tanta gente que salí temprano sin comer mucho.
