Visited Horsens for the Thomas and Uber Cup and picked this hotel as there were not many choices in the city. The location of the hotel was fine and took less than 20 minutes of driving to reach Horsens city center. The room is nicely maintained and clean. The availability of a convenience store nextdoor is a plus as games ended very late at night and it's great to have some bites after that. However, despite that the hotel is under the Sheraton hotel chain, there were quite some areas that had fallen short of expectation. First, there were insufficient staff and you would have to wait and hope someone would turn up at the reception desk. Second, there was no amenity available, not even slippers, toothbrush and other basic things. Third, there was shortage of towels and I could only get one large towel after 10 hours of stay in the hotel, and I was never able to get a fresh one in my 4 days of stay. Bathroom mat was not available and thus the floor was always wet after shower. Lastly and most importantly, the staff failed to update my period of stay and my key card was disabled on my last day of stay. When I returned to the hotel after midnight, i could not get into my room and the reception was closed with no one there to help. I had to make a call using roaming to the helpline, and spent over 8 minutes of international calling and probably hundreds of dollars of call charge to get my key card functions again. That totally blew my trip as it should not happen in the first place. All in all, quite a dissatisfied stay.

I stayed four nights in this hotel on the executive 11th floor in a business class room The good thing is beds are comfortable there is a nice desk with more than enough space to put your laptop on and to work whilst travelling located near the city centre with plenty of good restaurants nearby hotel is quiet people in the reception are very friendly the bad news is that the rooms are super boring there is no colour the bathroom is really outdated one that you will find in a home for the elderly with a toilet with urine stains it was not worth its money I paid €1350.00 for four nights and it was definitely not worth it had to stay there because of a Congress at the nearby conference centre other than that if I knew this before I think I would have chosen another hotel

El hotel está a una cierta distancia de la estación de tren, caminando por unos veinte minutos, el equipo de golpes es conveniente, el desayuno del hotel es muy bueno, el personal de servicio también es muy bueno, la habitación es lo suficientemente grande, muy limpio, la cama también es muy cómoda, el cuarto de estar tiene balcón independiente, la tarde tiene un sol, Bebe un poco de sol y mira el paisaje del balcón, tiene un sentimiento diferente

En el centro de la ciudad, el estacionamiento es incómodo (estando en un centro comercial cercano, registrando el número de la placa de la recepción del hotel, y cuando se check out, diga a la recepción que le pondrá el costo del estacionamiento en el precio del partido para que pueda salir del estacionamiento). El transporte público es más adecuado para los viajeros. El desayuno es muy bueno y comer bien.

Viborg Hotel is conveniently located in the city vicinity amidst a scenic beautiful lake. It was a pleasant stay with friendly staff, great breakfast menu and convenient room accommodation. It’s an hour drive from Billund Airport and 30-minute drive to Bjerringbro where we had our business meeting. We explored Viborg with its old and preserved buildings with cobblestone roads which reminds one of Paris.

Un excellent séjour ! Notre séjour s'est vraiment très bien passé. L'hôtel est d'une propreté irréprochable et super bien équipé, on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Côté table, la nourriture est très bonne ! Le seul petit bémol concerne les petits travaux actuellement en cours, mais cela n'a en rien gâché notre expérience. Pour tout le reste, c'était vraiment parfait. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Modern hotel with new renovation. Great location to visit this sweet town of Randers and surrounding areas. Breakfast could have been better based on the hotel’s level. Didn’t try the onsite restaurant but the bar is wonderful! Quirky with a great wine list and service.

El hotel está situado cerca del Museo Orhus, a pocos pasos, y el mercado al lado de la entrada está situado y el interior es más hermoso que el exterior. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas ㆍ El baño es un poco incómodo porque el agua se escalera cuando toma una ducha, pero en general es bueno para el dinero.Recomendado

Desayuno delicioso, buena habitación y camas, no se limpiaron aunque lo habíamos pedido por check-in.
