Fantastic experience at this lovely hotel! Room was beautiful and spotless, with all the modern amenities. They even gave us a great welcome afternoon tea and helped us to organise our trip to Tashgurkan. Staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Robot takeaway deliveries were fun too!

The hotel staff is very friendly. Location is perfect. Right in the building of an airport, rooms are nice and clean. If you are not smoking pay attention to take non smoking room. I made a mistake and was a little bit uncomfortable, but it is my fault. Thank you!

Es 16 km de la ciudad de Urumqi. Buena para el tránsito ya que está cerca del aeropuerto con transferencias aeroportuarias gratuitas. Necesito reservar el aeropuerto de recoger un día antes de la llegada y aclarar la ubicación de la recoger en el aeropuerto. El aeropuerto de Urumqi es enorme. Estaba confuso con la ubicación de la recogida, fui a las puertas de llegada en lugar de la puerta de salida donde estaba la recogida del hotel. De lo contrario, el desayuno era grande con muchas opciones. Hay muchos restaurantes y un pequeño mercado nocturno alrededor del hotel para comidas

Fue mi primera vez en este B&B y la experiencia fue fantástica. Merece la calificación de 4 diamantes que recomienda Ctrip; se siente bastante lujoso. El B&B es muy nuevo y el gerente es muy amable y atento. La decoración evoca un viaje en el tiempo. El gerente nos explicó con entusiasmo el concepto arquitectónico de esta antigua ciudad y nos dijo que cada edificio tiene murales, todos del Clásico de las Montañas y los Mares. Vimos algunos y quedamos bastante impresionados. Incluso alquilamos trajes de Hanfu en recepción y nos tomamos muchas fotos. Creo que este B&B está muy bien pensado, con muchos lugares y ángulos ideales para el check-in. Se siente nuevo y agradable. La habitación también es muy buena, limpia y sencilla. Los camareros son muy amables y entusiastas, e incluso nos ayudaron con el equipaje. Le doy sin duda una calificación de cinco estrellas. ¡Recomendado! ¡Recomendado! ¡Recomendado!

Проживали в отеле с 23 февраля 2026г. Описание отеля соответствует заявленному. Проживаем остались довольны. Есть мелкие нюансы, но главное позитивный настрой. По пути в номер можно “пообщаться“ с роботом-доставщиком, который сам себе вызывает лифт. А если после 23.00 будете громко разговаривать, голос из динамика расскажет, что вам надо делать:) Персонал доброжелательный.

Grande habitación, super limpia, grandes vistas, muy buena ubicación con muchos restaurantes pequeños y vida nocturna alrededor. Muy acogedor desayuno con suficiente silencio. Lavandería eficiente. Una ventana en la habitación de los huéspedes puede abrirse. El aire acondicionado no era ruido! ¡Xiao Pan y Sha Sha ganan puntos especiales para ayudarme con un Captcha con personajes chinos! Transferencia gratuita desde la estación de ferrocarril y de vuelta al aeropuerto. 100% recomendado.

The hotel location is about 100m of walk from the ancient city entrance which is perfect. Room are perfectly clean, spacious and comfortable.clothes Washing service on demand. Breakfast is included, chinese food only. Love the hotel !

沒想到吐魯番開了一家拉昆塔温德姆，還挺意外的。酒店樓體很美，非常的異域風情。在吐魯番這個北疆小城，莫名的多了很多南疆的感覺。 房間的床墊很舒服，裝潢也很漂亮。高卡會員的禮遇，貼心升級了房型，送了歡迎水果。 酒店公區是一個特色，挑高的大堂，非常美。非常適合拍照出片，很有特色！ 户外泳池也非常漂亮，趕時間沒來得及去游泳。 酒店的服務人員非常熱情，貼心為我介紹酒店的活動，離店的時候也非常温馨的送別。 前台小穆非常的細心！總的來説，這是一次非常好的入住體驗了。

There are two hotels at the airport. The first one is located right at the entrance connected directly to the terminal building. This hotel, however, requires you to go down to Level 1 first, so it is slightly farther away — but it is still within walking distance to the airport. The room was clean and a good size. The price was reasonable and not expensive. The hotel’s restaurant looked interesting, although I didn’t have the chance to try it. The in-room amenities were decent and met expectations. Overall, it’s a convenient and good-value option for staying near the airport.
