Debemos mirar los detalles de este hotel! La habitación está preparada para el bucle de carga USB, una excelente ventana de luz, y agua mineral gratuita y comida delicada, especialmente intimidad. La separación seca del baño es muy buena, el suministro de agua caliente es oportuno y la temperatura del agua es estable. La sorpresa más es el efecto de aislamiento de sonido. La ventana está en la calle prospera, pero la habitación no está tranquila. La hermana de la recepción está muy bien servida. También ha tomado la iniciativa de ayudar a llamar al coche cuando se retira, y la experiencia está llena!

There was a strong cigarette smell that was unpleasant as you walked into the room. I asked for a non smoking room and was disappointed to arrive with the room completely saturated with the scent of cigarettes. The breakfast options were disappointing. Many of the dishes were cold and did not taste good at all. I recommend that they vary the meal options or at least serve hot food. The eggs and vegetable dishes were all cold. The coffee machine was not working and when it finally did, it tasted burnt. I would say to skip having breakfast at the hotel and have breakfast outside on the street instead. The location of the hotel is great because it is super close to the Kashi Old City Gate and also close to the Park and other nice restaurants. Please be aware that the hotel is divided into two buildings and it's not very obvious or easy to find from the street.

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del aeropuerto, lo que hizo nuestro viaje muy conveniente. También es a unos 1 km de la estación de metro más cercana, así que llegar a la calle fue fácil. Un gran bono fue el lavado de servicio gratuito en el 5o piso, completado con lavavajillas, secadoras e incluso detergente complimentario proporcionado en la mesa delantera. El desayuno también era muy bueno, y ellos lo llevó pensando cuando tuvimos que ir temprano para un vuelo. La hospitalidad nos hizo sentir bienvenidos. En general, una estancia muy cómoda y sin problemas. Altamente recomendado para los viajeros, especialmente si vuelan en o fuera de la ciudad!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality was truly outstanding. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the cozy bed, which made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. On top of that, the staff were so helpful—they took the time to guide me on how to get around the city and even recommended fantastic places to eat at night. This hotel truly exceeds 5-star standards. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

The first time I stayed in this hotel, the room was clean and tidy, the stay was very comfortable, it was also very close to the airport, and the service was also very good. In particular, the service attitude of Gina at the front desk was very good, very warm, very caring, and she also helped me book a hotel vehicle in advance. The check-in experience was very good, recommended!

No hay razón para decir que llegamos a cinco minutos a pie del aeropuerto y nos volamos a medio camino, porque el avión llega tarde a la mañana, muy conveniente y rápido. La recepción es amable y nos ayuda a valorar las órdenes de dos camas de actividad que compramos en la habitación. El diseño del hotel es nuevo, más bonito que 4-5 Hotel estándar. 350 yuan se puede hospedar y el coche de equipaje puede entrar directamente en la habitación, es muy bueno. Pero hay un problema muy grave: la temperatura del cuarto es demasiado alta, el calor central es demasiado caliente, no hay ventanas que abra. Una vez que entramos en el cuarto, el aire acondicionado se cambia a 26 grados, el calor nos calienta 🥵 básicamente tenemos que abrir el aire frío para equilibrar. Esta sensación de sauna es más sensible a mí, no soy amigable, es difícil dormir, ahora se estima que hay un poco de frío, espero que el hotel pueda mejorar el ajuste de temperatura.

We stayed for a 4 hours at this hotel and it was really nice. Close to the apt, about 15 min drive, they also provide with airport pickup but you should make sure call before arriving or make an appointment at least 1-2 hrs. We actually struggled when we tried to find hotel taxi, but it's like 20 yuan, so not a big deal. Back transfer they provided and we had chance to sleep at least 2-3 hrs ,take shower and get refreshed. The receptionist doesn't speak English,so be aware to have a translation tools. Overall we had a really nice exp with this hotel. Btw in the apt the I desk was offering 80 yuan sleeping sofa but this hotel was 160 yuan for 2 people. So better choose this one if you have a long layover.
