Location: ▪︎The city of Aksu itself isn't particularly interesting for tourists. Therefore, I found the hotel's location convenient, as: ▪︎the bus stop to and from the train station is a 1-minute walk away. ▪︎Aksu's old streets (though not particularly interesting) and the night market are about a 20-minute walk away. ▪︎A lively night market sets up in the evening just around the corner from the hotel. ▪︎The Cultural and Tourist Distribution Center – where buses and shared taxis depart for Wensu Grand Canyon – is easily and quickly accessible on foot in about 20 minutes. Service: ▪︎Excellent welcome at both check-in and check-out. The young woman was able to provide me with information and efficiently direct me to the Tourist Distribution Center for my visit to the Grand Canyon. ▪︎One comment: there was no follow-up to my request, made at the time of booking, for a ride to the train station upon my arrival. Nor was there any offer of a ride to the station at check-out. Perhaps this should be considered as a standard practice. Surroundings: ▪︎A very decent hotel, which exudes a cozy atmosphere from the moment you enter, with its spacious lobby, decor, and layout, and offers typical Chinese amenities such as laundry facilities and breakfast. The hotel is very quiet ▪︎I appreciated the hushed ambiance of the long hallways leading to the rooms. The carpeting was clean and well-maintained. Room ▪︎Room with double bed: exactly as shown in the photos. Extremely spacious. Beautiful view of the city (even if the windows weren't very clean from the outside). ▪︎The sofa/bench area was very welcome as an additional relaxation space. ▪︎The room was perfectly clean. ▪︎Very good quality bedding. Clean and good quality linens. ▪︎The bathroom area was conveniently located right outside the room entrance. I liked this layout, especially the two large mirrors. Everything was perfectly clean and in good condition. Hot water with good pressure. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were provided. However, there were no hooks for hanging bath towels. ▪︎I didn't test the Wi-Fi as it was incompatible with a VPN (essential for foreigners). ▪︎Electrical outlets were well-placed. ▪︎A minor drawback was the lack of a dedicated space for luggage. Breakfast: A pleasant dining room for the breakfast buffet. From 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM. ▪︎Buffet: The buffet was exclusively Chinese, contrary to the information in the Trip.com listing description which mentions ”Chinese & Western buffet.” It was particularly well-stocked with a wide selection of dishes. The food was high quality. Fruit juice was available, but no coffee. AMENITIES ▪︎The room had a hairdryer, an electric kettle, and a small refrigerator. The refrigerator's location was a drawback: it wasn't visible, installed under the desk, and not very accessible. As a result, I forgot to take my fruit juice with me when I left. ▪︎Bottled water and tea bags were provided daily. ▪︎Laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers, and detergent was provided. In conclusion, A very good place to stay that I would definitely add to my favorites. Excellent value for money, in line with the national average for this category of hotel.

有機場接送，可載運2輛裝箱自行車。飯店9:00(還是6:00)即可入住，讓轉機的旅客可提早入住休息。 因入住時，飯店的早餐時間尚未結束。前台讓我們先行用餐，對於因為搭早班飛機未用餐的旅客很是體貼。 因行李較多，感謝前台幫忙升等房間。房內設施完善，一次性毛巾、浴巾很方便，面料柔順。早餐選擇比較多，湯麵、粥，或是西式麵包、中式小菜、水果，還有豆漿、牛奶、咖啡。 服務人員友善，笑臉迎人，對於旅客的需求，會盡可能幫助協助解決問題。 唯一缺點，廁所沒有掛勾，無法吊掛衣服，浴室地板略滑。

Amazing hotel. Wonderful service, Extremely good value for money! Aliya was extremely helpful! I was looking for a touristic place to visit as I only had an hour to spare. She helped me order the Didi and helped me set the locations to come back the hotel on my phone. The rooms are clean with beautiful views, all amenities are available with a pillow menu! The restaurant serves extremely fresh fish(as they have a live fish tank) & delicious dishes. A must in Altay !

離景區特別近，開車過去也就幾分鐘，第二天進景區完全不用趕時間。酒店場地很大，停車位充足，還有電動車充電樁，自駕過來非常方便，完全不用為停車發愁。 有很多茶點啦、葯品啦、日用品啦都可以自取，細節很到位。前台小姐姐小哥哥都很熱情，剛到就主動幫忙搬行李，個別雖然漢語不流利但是感覺還挺真誠熱情。

Our short one night stay was wonderful. We preferred this hotel a lot better than Atour Yining Shanghai City for its grand beauty, the surrounding view (hotel sits on the main road with nice view of the city). Breakfast is halal and yummy, only thing that needs improvement was for the restaurant staffs behavior - they were standing near the food counter, staring at us when we were getting the food, taking pics etc leaving us feeling so very uncomfortable. If they wish to observe us, pls do so at the entrance door and not at the food area.

The hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs. The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark. At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free. Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality. There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff). We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal. We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient. We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. The location is good because it is not far from the expressway, and there are both slow and fast EV charges available at the hotel, the check-in process was not as smooth as other hotels as per my experience, they did not add the Wechat in advance which led to slower communication. The amenities were not good because we booked a room for three, but they only included items for two people, even after requesting for extra drinking water, we only got two more bottles, the washroom was not completely clean because we found strands of hair and the drain was not completely unclogged, it is still value for money based on the price I paid.

We had high hopes for our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in Urumqi, having booked our room four months in advance. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of the four-star standard we were expecting. Upon check-in, we were informed that our confirmed king-size room was unavailable and were reassigned to a twin room without prior notice or apology. For a hotel of this calibre, failing to honour a reservation made months ahead is simply unacceptable. The rooms themselves are remarkably small at just 18 square metres, which feels cramped and uncomfortable for any extended stay. This is well below what one would expect from a property marketing itself as a four-star hotel. There are no bedside tables whatsoever, meaning guests are left placing phones, water bottles, and personal items directly on the floor overnight. That is a basic furnishing oversight that no four-star hotel should be making. Adding to the neglected feel of the room, there were visible holes in the wall where bedside lamps had clearly once been fitted and never properly repaired. The room gave the impression of being mid-renovation rather than a finished, guest-ready space. Perhaps the most frustrating design flaw was the electrical socket positioned directly behind your head on the headboard, with an exposed switch. On multiple occasions during the night, simply shifting position in bed accidentally triggered the switch, flooding the entire room with light. This made for a genuinely disruptive and poor night's sleep. It is baffling that this hazard has not been addressed, as it is both an inconvenience and a safety concern. On a more positive note, the hotel staff were genuinely warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The housekeeping team deserves particular praise for keeping the room immaculately clean and well-stocked each day. The mattresses were also surprisingly comfortable and of good quality, which is worth acknowledging. However, no amount of friendly service can fully compensate for such significant shortcomings in the room itself. We would urge the management to invest in basic refurbishments before continuing to market this as a four-star hotel.
