Fantastic experience at this lovely hotel! Room was beautiful and spotless, with all the modern amenities. They even gave us a great welcome afternoon tea and helped us to organise our trip to Tashgurkan. Staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Robot takeaway deliveries were fun too!

I stayed at Tianyuan Jingyi Hotel during my layover to my trip to Almaty. In general, I had a positive experience. The hotel is Situated right inside the airport. There is no need to exit the airport at all. After arrivals you can see the signs, walking around 10 min you are at the hotel. The room and common areas were decent and tidy. My room was spacious and it had all the amenities. Breakfast is included mostly Chinese and a few western options. Overall, it is great value for money and a good hotel for a layover.

We chose this hotel because it is not too far from the airport. The hotel also provides pick-up and drop-off services from/to the airport but prior booking is required (although we did not use the service). Strongly recommend to dine in at the hotel's restaurant as the food is delicious and reasonable and the ambience is good. It was cold in the evening so we did not go out to explore dining options but having our dinner at the hotel's restaurant was an excellent choice.

Service of Personal is bad. If you choose a hotel to catch early trains be aware that breakfast is only beginning at 8am. Sewer of shower has been blocked. Hotel rooms are in different building than Reception and breakfast room. For breakfast you have to walk outside

Big room, super clean, great views, very good location with many small restaurants and nightlife around. Very copious breakfast with enough seating. Efficient laundry room. One window in the guest room can be opened. The aircon was not noisy! Bed linens of the highest quality. Special thanks to the most helpful staff at the reception. Xiao Pan and Sha Sha earn special points for helping me with a Captcha with Chinese characters! Free transfer from the railway station and back to the airport. 100% recommended.

No pensé que Zhuang abriera una Raquonta Windem, y fue sorprendente. El edificio del hotel es hermoso y muy exótico. There are two hotels at the airport. The first one is located right at the entrance connected directly to the terminal building. This hotel, however, requires you to go down to Level 1 first, so it is slightly farther away — but it is still within walking distance to the airport. The room was clean and a good size. The price was reasonable and not expensive. The hotel’s restaurant looked interesting, although I didn’t have the chance to try it. The in-room amenities were decent and met expectations. Overall, it’s a convenient and good-value option for staying near the airport.
