My stay at Ruimeihua was pleasant and hassle free. Rooms were spacious, clean and had a wide range of amenities. Be it front desk, kitchen, cleaning and all other staff were always attentive and helpful. Breakfast had multiple options to choose from. Recommended.

La estrella de la estrella es uno de los hoteles que preferiría quedarme. El hotel está situado en una zona próspera, comer y estacionar es muy conveniente, y mantener la antigua estrella de la escuela militar al otro lado de la calle. En particular, agradezco el desayuno de este hotel de la estrella. Otros aspectos se sientan muy bien y no se evalúan de manera específica. La familia quiere vivir una noche más, pero la próxima vez que viajamos, es sólo para mantener la estrella de la vivienda.

Hotel is close to the beach and staff are helpful but the carpet feels dirty on my feet and there were some yellow spatter marks on the walls in the bathroom. The AC had a hard time getting below 24 so I definitely woke up sweating a few times but they came and looked at it the second day and it was slightly better down to 22. The view and room were nice I appreciated the sofa/ living area but the couch did have several stains. The hotel bar /cafe didn’t have many food options but drinks were pretty good. Breakfast was good and had many options.

La habitación que nos dieron solo tenía una ventana pequeña pero tenía una linda vista y una cama cómoda. La única queja es que la habitación es un poco anticuada y tenía un fuerte olor a cigarrillos, aunque pedimos no fumar. El té de la tarde es una buena característica.

La habitación era muy espaciosa, la ropa de cama cómoda y las almohadas increíblemente suaves.
Lo mejor fueron las lavadoras y secadoras; la amable recepcionista me ayudó a encenderlas e incluso me subió la ropa seca a la habitación. ¡Un detalle muy considerado! ¡Eso merece puntos extra!
El restaurante del desayuno no era muy grande y la variedad no era tan amplia como esperaba. No tenían los panecillos de burro ni la leche de almendras que ofrece el Hilton Chengde South Station.

房間雖然小，但是服務太棒了，值夜的小姐姐還出來幫忙找停車位，房間衹有一個插座，還給了一拖三使用。雖然枕芯略微發黃，但是明顯就是清洗過的，抹塵也很到位，不錯不錯，可圈可點，雖然入住時間有點晚了，早餐不一定會去吃，也提了能否免費贈送一份早餐，還是沒有權限沒法贈送，但也無可厚非，整體來説還是不錯的，值得推薦！

Hace poco me alojé en el Hotel Venice Waterworld en Shijiazhuang y, por desgracia, no cumplió mis expectativas. El hotel se siente bastante anticuado y necesita una renovación. Las habitaciones eran oscuras y viejas, con muebles desgastados y desgastados.
Uno de los mayores problemas era el aire acondicionado: era viejo y carecía de un termostato adecuado, lo que dificultaba regular la temperatura. Además, se permite fumar en todo el hotel, lo cual fue una gran desventaja para mí, como no fumador. El olor a tabaco era omnipresente en los pasillos y las zonas comunes, lo que hizo la estancia menos cómoda.
El desayuno carecía de comida para los huéspedes. Según los comensales del restaurante, no se les reponía. Si bien la ubicación puede ser conveniente para algunos, el estado general y las políticas del hotel lo convierten en una mala opción para los viajeros que prefieren un alojamiento limpio, moderno y libre de humo. Si vuelvo a Shijiazhuang, sin duda buscaré otro hotel.

This is currently one of my favorite hotels in Cangzhou, the rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the breakfast is excellent.
A charming French bakery on one end of the hotel offers coffee and pastries with an English menu, perfect for foreign guests unfamiliar with local food apps.
There isn’t much English-speaking staff, understandable given Cangzhou’s limited foreign tourism, the language barrier posed no issues at all.
Would definitely come back to this hotel again !

UUsuario invitado1- Había manchas de jabón en la habitación, obviamente sin limpiar. 2- Había media botella de agua en el refrigerador y no estaba limpia. 3- El sensor de humo del techo parpadeó después de apagar las luces, y el intervalo fue de 6 segundos. 4- El convertidor del cabezal de la ducha estaba dañado y no podía cambiar el modo de flujo de agua. 5- La cremallera de la cerradura mecánica de la puerta no tenía una y no se podía cerrar desde adentro. 6- La actitud de servicio de la señorita en la recepción fue dura. No hubo una experiencia de cinco estrellas. 7- Había basura por todas partes en el área de mascotas y nadie la limpió. 8- No había espacio para estacionar. 9- Había una funda de cabeza en el cajón. 10- Las bebidas del desayuno estaban muy diluidas con agua. 11- Las instalaciones en general fueron muy buenas. Experiencia con mascotas. Instalaciones para niños. Área de la habitación. Pero hubo una grave falta de gestión. Se debió completamente a la incapacidad de la administración posterior para mantenerse al día.

UUsuario invitadoStayed over for one night at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel at Chengde. The entrance to the hotel was congested with cars. The parking attendance in front of the hotel wasn't really helpful when my driver dropped us off to check in to the hotel. What he cares was just faster unload and removed the car form that area. He offered no help at all. I was not sure if the parking attendance was employed by the Hilton hotel. If yes then the service was really not up par with the Hilton standard for customer service standard. We carried one large luggages and few smaller bags. We have to carry it over few flights of stairs to get in to the hotel entrance. The sliding path to get into the hotel entrance was not located in front of the hotel entrance but was hidden at the side that was obscured or partially blocked by the parking car at the front. The reception lady was very friendly though. We were given high floor and she scanned my WeChat to easy contact with the hotel later. The hotel room was very spacious and beautiful but the room was stuffy. Only one tiny small window was able to open a little bit to let the outside air go in. The afternoon temperature was as high as 25 degrees Celcius and rather HOT inside the room. We cannot adjust the aircon in the room as it is central setting! Called to the reception to ask why the room air con can't be adjusted and it seems not working but was told it is central setting. Well, you paid a lots to stay at the hotel without proper ventilation but to rely on the outside air to go in the tiny window. Despite the hotel facility was complete but we still cannot really enjoy and sleep comfortably as we felt HOT. The hotel separates the bathroom from toilet. The washing basin was outside of the bathroom. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. After checking out, I realised I might have left my traveller adaptor in the room. Immediately Isent a text to the hotel via WeChat but to my disappointment, it took two days for them to reply my message asking me to self contact the front desk counter to ask yourself?! What kind of service of that??? Asking hotel guest to add them on WeChat but still asking us to self call the front desk? Not all tourists will have local Sim card to make phone call. That is really a disappointment. They should have offered a better service by checking with the front desk counter and then get back to us via WeChat. This Hilton is definitely still a long way to go to achieve better rating. The hotel is closed to q night market that offers lots of street foods. There was one food stall that offer very palatable Chu Cheong fun. The experience was not pleasant for my one night stay.

GGeneric UserI don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us.
The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests.
Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night.
On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area.
However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight.
In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

GGlenysMThe Modern Crystal Hotel in Baoding is only a 2 minute walk to & from Baoding Railway Station and there are lots of small shops and places to eat, as well as a shopping mall nearby which includes an Apple store!
The hotel is quite old and some parts of the rooms I saw were badly in need of refurbishing, but the customer service is excellent. Every staff member I dealt with during my 3 night stay was wonderful …. the Reception staff, and the lovely ladies who clean the rooms and work in the dining room were all consistently and naturally extremely helpful and friendly to me ☺️
The Reception staff ask if you use WeChat, which is great, because you can message them if you need to ask anything and they respond immediately. One of the young guys on Reception went out of his way to help me when the sole of my shoe came away from my shoe, by trying to find a shoe repair shop (there wasn’t one) and then finding & ordering shoe repair glue on Amazon China for me and delivering it to me in my room an hour later! That kind of service is really heartwarming to a foreign traveller 💜
There is a hotel laundry available for guests to use, which was great! BYO laundry detergent.
The only real issue - and it’s a major issue - was that smoking is allowed (and encouraged) in the hotel, which, as an Australian, I find shocking and quite unacceptable in this day & age of global “no smoking” health laws.
The first room I was allocated smelt so badly of cigarette smoke, I couldn’t stay in it and requested a clean smelling room. The Reception staff complied immediately, and the 2nd room was much better, although it also had a very faint cigarette smell which was not ideal because it spoils the enjoyment of the room, and a No Smoking room should not smell of cigarette smoke at all, but I assume that every room was probably the same. Even the lifts & foyers on each floor smelt badly of cigarette smoke, and it wasn’t nice to see ashtrays everywhere.
I have found the same problem in other hotels in China on this visit, more than ever before, and it’s really not pleasant for those of us who hate the smell of cigarette smoke and also get headaches from the horrible smell. It’s a shame, because no matter how excellent the customer service is, the cigarette smoking would prevent me from booking there again, or recommending it to anyone. Pity 😟

Un hotel súper bueno con un entorno adaptable y una ubicación estratégica. Está ubicado en la ciudad de Taiwu. Hay un autobús gratuito desde la estación de Taizicheng hacia y desde la ciudad de Taiwu al lado del hotel. El hotel cuenta con servicios e instalaciones de cinco estrellas, que incluyen piscinas, gimnasios y actividades infantiles. Antes de registrarme, los llamé para recordarles que había una competencia y prestar atención al tiempo de viaje y los arreglos de transporte. Los invitados respondieron a sus solicitudes. El desayuno fue rico el día de la competencia. Nosotros, los concursantes. Fue muy considerado y atento. Me quedaré aquí nuevamente en el futuro.

UUsuario invitado家庭出遊喜來登一般是首選，性價比高，這次選擇了福成温泉和晚餐自助的套餐，酒店自帶的游泳池邊上有個小温泉，健身器械很乾凈，室外還有個小遊樂園+動物園，不過是外包收費的。早餐自助比較豐富，麪檔和餛飩是亮點，有孩子喜歡的寬麪很多酒店沒有這裏可以提供，餛飩餡很鮮，還有壽司，炒菜也很用心。晚餐自助裏魚生是亮點，酒水還有紅酒啤酒香檳，甜點也很豐富，口味是生日蛋糕的品質，孩子吃了一大塊黑森林，總體來説算是性價比還可以的用餐。
