Very nice hotel with an excellent location. The breakfast could be improved with more fruits and local products. Unfortunately we were left without the room being cleaned.

Podría tener un desayuno un poco mejor. Y también aparcamiento gratuito dentro del hotel. Pero en general es la mejor calidad precio que puedes tener en toda la isla.

Whilst the hotel was very modern it seemed to lack basics such as a kettle in the room (there is a nespresso machine but for any tea drinkers out there they will know that making tea through a coffee machine is far from ideal) and being able to retrieve an iron. Instead you are expected to put items in for laundry when all we wanted to do was run an iron over a shirt for the evening. Pool area is stunning however has the most uncomfortable loungers you could ever find. They look great but the max stay to bathe is less than an hour before your entire body goes numb. It seems that this stunning hotel is trying to be a little above its star rating and failing on these few points at just trying that bit too hard for the clientele staying. Rooms were very clean although signs of some wear and tear are already starting to show. Location is EXCELLENT and staff helpful, polite and welcoming. Not sure if we would stay again as we are real sun worshipers and really struggled to enjoy the pool area here.

El hotel está en pleno centro de Horta,bajas por una calle y estás en el puerto.Es antiguo pero todo muy limpio y con unas vistas espectaculares. El desayuno es sencillo pero muy rico.LLevaros bañador y gorro ya que tiene gratuitos piscinas exterior e interior,sauna,jacuzzi y gimnasio.Los trabajadores te ayudan todo lo que pueden y hablan español muchos.Hay cerca aparcamiento gratuito

La piscina no estaba con agua caliente por fallo, lo sabían, pero no lo advirtieron antes de la reserva y fue la razón principal de la elección del hotel, la sauna estaba fría, una de las duchas no funcionaba y el baño turco sólo cuando me iba, me di cuenta de que había un hotel. Botón para llamar.

Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos en este hotel y no nos decepcionamos otra vez.

Tutte le camere si affacciano sul monte Pico e sulla piscina dell'albergo. Molto piacevole sia al tramonto che la mattina all'alba. Camere grandi e pulite, anche se l'arredamento e il bagno non sono nuovissimi. La colazione é varia e di qualità, possibilità per le coppie si farla in terrazza con lo stesso affaccio si cui sopra. Si può arrivare al porto tranquillamente a piedi con qualche saliscendi. Personale molto attento.

Location is bang in centre of city centre. You can walk absolutely to the heart of the city. Parking can be nightmare. The street on which the hotel is, is narrow and cobbled. We had a tape on our car the second day coz there was a construction on the building it was parked in front. Quite weird. But nonetheless, everything else is quite ok. There’s a lovely pizza place next doors which we felt was better place to have a meal than the restaurant on the property.

Buen hotel. Todo es limpio y limpio. Las habitaciones son un poco estrechas. La zona de spa es muy pocas habitaciones para huéspedes. Y por lo tanto está bien. Teníamos un comienzo y no nos dio el desayuno, nos empacamos con boxers con comida en el camino.
