The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes. We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini. On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients. I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic.. I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep. Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

Estaba en este hotel sólo una noche porque estaba totalmente reservado. ): Localización sensata - excelente. Distancia a pie de la estación de tren La Spezia, a sólo 8 minutos a pie. Manejable con equipaje. Caminar al centro y puerto de la ciudad es también fácil y sólo a 15 minutos. Debido a la buena ubicación, no tuvimos que pasar por Transportación! A unos 300 metros de la zona de Carrefour, hay muchas tiendas para obtener agua. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y limpias. La cama es cómoda. Hay un bonito balcón para refrigerar como un italiano. Ofrecen instalaciones básicas de baño e incluso 2 botellas de agua. El baño es limpio. La única cosa mala es que la presión del agua es bastante lenta, así que el tiempo de baño dura mucho. Sin embargo, la habitación grande y espaciosa se compone para ella. La habitación también es muy tranquila para un buen dormir de noche. El hotel está situado en una zona diferente de la de la propiedad, a unos 100 metros de la zona. Además, la propiedad tenía un pequeño ascensor para equipajes pesados. ¡Recomendará este lugar! Muy conveniente y asequible.

Hay dos estaciones de tren en Génova, y ésta está a sólo unos minutos a pie de Brignole, lo cual es muy conveniente. Hay muy poca gente negra aquí y hay Carrefour y otros mercados cerca. El acuario está a poco más de 20 minutos a pie. El hotel está equipado con un ascensor antiguo, pero la decoración es muy cómoda y las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias.

Me quedé en el Best Western Hotel Nazionale en Sanremo y no podía haber deseado una mejor experiencia. La ubicación es perfecta: a la derecha del Corso Matteotti, a pocos pasos del famoso Teatro Ariston y del mar. La habitación es elegante y bien mantenida en todos los detalles. El desayuno, servido en el piso superior con una espectacular vista al mar y al centro de la ciudad, fue uno de los puntos destacados de mi estancia: productos frescos, una amplia selección y un servicio inmejorable. Un agradecimiento especial a todo el personal, que eran excepcionalmente amables y profesionalessiempre dispuestos a satisfacer cada solicitud con un sonrisa. Una referencia especial a la recepción, rápida y extremadamente útil con información y recomendaciones sobre la ciudad. Recomiendo muy bien este hotel a cualquiera que quiera experimentar Sanremo en su mejor lugar: ubicación invincible, excelente comodidad y un ambiente de bienvenida que le hace sentir en casa. ¡Estoy seguro de estar de vuelta!

Camera molto spaziosa, pulita e minimal. Bagno molto elegante, con lavandino che ho trovato un pò scomodo. Purtroppo all’interno della camera non era presente il phon (probabilmente rubato da qualcuno in precedenza), fatto che ho segnalato in reception. Colazione molto buona e con ampia scelta. Parcheggio un po scomodo (poco spazio tra i vari stalli) anche per il fatto di dover passare ogni volta in reception per validare il biglietto. Personale cordiale, gentile e disponibile.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time with our two children. We booked two rooms, both offering a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere is charming and naturally elegant, enhanced by the historic character of the building. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient parking, located just outside the building. The swimming pool with its bar was a highlight—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat in the future.

Propiedad frente al aeropuerto. Habitaciones grandes, espaciosas y bien mantenidas. Personal muy amable y simpático. Excelente desayuno. Una pena para algunos invitados que no nos dejaron descansar durante la noche debido a todo el desorden que crearon por los pasillos de los pisos. El personal se disculpó rápidamente por el inconveniente.

The hotel was excellent and in a great position in the town. The staff were excellent and very nice. The breakfast is a basic continental but it is very nice and the coffee was lovely. I would go back to this hotel again, no question. The spa swimming pool was cold and overall the spa wasn’t worth €18 each to go in but overall the hotel was superb. One thing the staff did do was cater for our need for having hot drinks in our room. No kettle provided but they were more than helpful in providing a tray and tea pots when needed. Gotta have our cup of tea in the morning. Thank you Hotel Europa!

Hotel is conveniently located next to the port. It serves our purpose to visit our daughter when the cruise ship she is working on docked there. There is a Bus No 7 from the Station that you can take to the hotel. Though it is not directly outside the hotel but it is walking distance from the bus stop to the hotel. Hotel is neat and clean. Surrounding there are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket across the bus stop where you alight. Generally, we could not find many Italians that speak English compared to Swiss. We had a hard time trying to ask for directions. Don't get me wrong. There are nice and helpful people around who voluntarily guide us and helped us on the bus and on the streets.

Lovely location, beautiful hotel, set back from the road over-looking the sea. Just outside the hustle and bustle of the centre of Sanremo, only a 10 minute walk into the centre. With a delicious breakfast with plenty of variety. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The spa was lovely, with a large steam room, sauna, Hydrotherapy pool, showers and ice. As well as plenty of loungers, teas, water and fruit.
