The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. Lots of food options and great taste as well. They also serve some rrally good Colombian food and soup. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The room is ok but not impressive. The problem is that they do not provide consistent amenities. We have two rooms booked, with one room has sufficient shampoo and body wash supply as well as coffee machine, the other does not have either. When I called the front desk, they could not help as they did not know where to find the supplies. Other than the above, the location is very good, conveneint and safe.

El plan original era quedarme 2 días, pero mi esposa se había torcido el tobillo y se quedó aquí 12 días. Hay sillas de ruedas, cubiteras, desayunos suntuosos y varias opciones para cenar. La habitación de 63 metros cuadrados permite a mi esposa recuperarse sin salir de casa. ¡Salvó nuestro viaje a Sudamérica! ! !

Como siempre excelente excelente experiencia. Hab espaciosa baño impecable hotel limpio y gente amable. Deben solo mejorar algunos colchones ya por uso

Great location. Breakfast was ok at best, and they were very strict about only offering one hot drink and one water/juice. You had to pay if you wanted a second coffee. No continental offering either. I also had to pay extra to have a side of bacon with french toast. Tried the local breakfast offerings the next day and also not great. On service, they knew the room was for two people but only provided one coffee cup and one glass. The second day they didn’t replace the bath towel. We used the laundry service which was quite slow compared to other hotels that we stayed at in Columbia, but fine apart from being slow. We stayed on the mezzanine level in a queen superior room, the bed was comfy but there was intermittent music blasting from somewhere and the view was of another building so not great. I wish I had paid a bit more and stayed at Click Clack (which was fantastic in Medellin) or the four seasons.

Todo correcto. Habitación espaciosa, camas confortables. El edredón muy grueso. El transfer al aeropuerto muy puntual.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, justo cerca de la Plaza de la antigua ciudad, el personal de recepción es muy cuidadoso y el desayuno es sabroso. La habitación es grande, el único que no entiendo es que la limpieza de la sanidad no cambia de camas todos los días, es pedirle un cambio.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, en el casco antiguo, a 20 minutos a pie de las principales atracciones. La habitación es muy higiénica. El servicio de recepción es muy bueno. El desayuno es relativamente sencillo, pero tiene buen sabor.

Good location in a safe neighbourhood. Many restaurants in walking distance. Face recognition entry works like a charm. Staff is custeous and very responsive through WhatsApp. The room does not have air conditioning, not that its a big problem for us as we stayed during winter. The temperature for the shower was tricky to regulate, went from cold to hot intermittently. Staff managed to play with the water heater to get the fluctuation down to an acceptable level. Hope the problem was only for the room we stayed. The floor could do with a proper cleaning. Found long hair in different parts of the floor.

Instalaciones: bastante completas, todo es standard, bastante bien, da a la calle pero no es ruidoso. Servicio: El servicio fue genial. Me tomó mucho tiempo copiar mi pasaporte, pero la recepción aún fue paciente. Hay cepillos de dientes y maquinillas de afeitar. Simplemente dígaselo a la recepción y ellos estarán allí. También se ofrece desayuno. La fruta es buenísima.
