Traiga a sus hijos a Tianshui para divertirse. Se tarda unos 10 minutos en taxi hasta el hotel después de bajarse del tren de alta velocidad. El hotel tiene un buen servicio y un gran ambiente. Lo más importante es que está más cerca de las Grutas de Maijishan. ¡Las tarifas de taxi son más bajas! ¡La gente de Tianshui es realmente entusiasta y el servicio es especialmente bueno! Los medicamentos que traje necesitaban estar refrigerados y el personal del hotel me ayudó a solucionar el problema de la refrigeración. Al día siguiente, el hotel nos guardó el equipaje, lo que nos permitió tomar cómodamente un autobús hasta la estación de tren de alta velocidad después de nuestro viaje. ¡Regala impermeables cuando llueve! ¡Muy considerado! This hotel is superb, it's located quite near to most of the highlights in the city like the Jiayuguan fort and alleys with night street food (about 1 km walk away). Furthermore, it has many delicious restaurants in the surrounding. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast was delicious with a decent number of choices. The breakfast dining staff serves different noodle dish everyday which I looked forward to everyday during my stay. Staff were helpful and polite and overall, the service was excellent.

The original member of staff that checked me in was extremely unprofessional. We were a family that came to visit with all permanent residents cards ( Green Cards ) and the way it was handled with very unprofessional. 1. The hotel should be aware that they don’t need to photocopy permanent residents cards as we are treated the same as local ID cards. The manager needs to train staff. I appreciate it’s rare to see but it wasn’t handle correctly. We have done amazing things for the country, China - and to be treated like this was disgraceful. One woman who helped us to our room, she was totally amazing! She was very professional- she understood professionalism and great customer service. We won’t ever forget such a wonderful woman. The hospitality industry is very important- every detail counts. However the negative impact can last a lifetime. I would like to thank the wonderful woman at this hotel and I truly hope you become manager of this place so you can show some staff members how to treat customers.

第一次來蘭州 網上對比了很多家酒店 最後選擇了瑰玉酒店 整體感覺還是很不錯的 因為有長者 所以前台很仔細的安排了1樓的房型 方便長者出行 還提前打電話問有沒有什麼住房要求 房間説實話 不算大 但整體佈局非常合理 而且衞生打掃的很乾凈 推薦入住的！

La habitación es muy agradable y limpia. El baño gratuito es un complemento especialmente para los viajeros como nosotros, que pasan mucho tiempo viajando en China, y ofrece agua en botella gratuita en la habitación, en la recepción y por el ascensor de cada piso. El personal respondió rápidamente cuando me quejé de fumar cigarrillos en nuestra habitación la primera noche que nos quedamos, que sospeché que algunos huéspedes fumaban por la ventana en el pasillo. No es culpa del hotel, porque no siempre pueden controlar lo que los huéspedes harán, y hay señales no fumadores en todo el hotel. ¡Aparte de esta pequeña cuestión que no es la culpa del hotel, recomendé el hotel!

This Hilton is above average when compared to her peers. The reception was professional and warm with lots of patience shown. The location of the hotel is in the new administration centre just a stone throw away from the HSR station and access to most places are pretty centralized. Amenities are complete and operational.

Comfortable room, a good size with blackout curtains. The hotel is an easy walking distance from the train station no matter how much luggage you have. Free laundry facilities. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, happy to answer questions and assist with bookings and locating various services around town. The only negative is breakfast. Both days I was there one or more of the bread products were stale. Paper cups are provided for cold drinks (which seems needlessly wasteful) the one morning I tried, the orange juice was flavorless and watered down- it tasted like when you refill a juice bottle with water. The shape of the seating area is also unfortunate. There are two corners where people seem to appear out of nowhere and both days I encountered numerous children running and who absolutely should not have been allowed to bring their scooters in to the breakfast area (not the mobility kind) making carrying hot drinks and plates of food dangerous and unpleasant. Definitely recommended, just skip breakfast!

Pasamos una agradable estancia de 3 noches en este hotel. La recepcionista (mención especial a Thien Lee) nos ayudó con muchas cosas durante nuestra estancia, ya que el idioma puede ser un obstáculo aquí. Esto incluyó organizarnos un tour que resultó más económico que contratar DiDi. Además, pudimos ver dos sitios en lugar de uno solo, el que originalmente teníamos previsto visitar. Estamos muy agradecidos por ello. El hotel también ofreció desayuno y nos atendieron muy bien. Man Ronghua (camarera) atendió todas nuestras peticiones de comida, ya que solo podemos pedir comida halal. La comida a la carta también estaba deliciosa. El hotel estaba limpio, era espacioso y muy cómodo. Sin duda, volveríamos.

El servicio es bueno, el personal del hotel es muy entusiasta. La habitación también vive muy cómoda, se ha actualizado la habitación y la vista es muy buena. La salida es buena, se puede tomar el autobús en la antigua ciudad, hay un tractor al lado del hotel, se recomienda que Tianwater se quede aquí, pertenece al hotel local de alta calidad. El desayuno también es rico y tiene unas características locales. Además, puede lavarse gratis, lo que es importante en el viaje.
