This room has two windows, one is in the bedroom and this one is on your picture, Second window is In living room and has a direct sea view, no wall view. - This is not a sea view. This is a view with a little bit of water in it. I ask you to visit rooms with true sea views and you will notice the difference. The people viewing reviews online can judge for themselves. 2. We are suprised by your claim about constant noise during the night because of cleaning activites and general foot traffic in the reception area. First because you didn't mentioned it during your stay and during check-out, and second reason is because we never clean during the night and only one receptionist is in the reception area in this time and there is no possibility of any traffic on the reception. - There are c. Four rooms next to reception. The halls echo. To us it sounded like cleaning. If it was not cleaning, then I advise your staff to be more quiet at night. 3. Puteus Palace is situated near the main church and as Croatia is catholic country so the local habit is that church bell are ringing every hour from 6 am – 11 pm to present time of the day and on Sudays they ring longer to celebrate mass. As you came on Sunday evening to the reception and claimed about bell ringing it was explained it to you that on Sunday the bells ring a bit longer during the day. - it was explained after check out. I advise you inform guests prior to check in. 4. Our receptionist offered you twice assistance with the luggage wich you refused as well. - I would not have provided this feedback if it was not true. It appears that you are calling me a liar which I take great offence to. No assistance was offered. I am appalled that this is your reply. I would have been fine to carry my luggage but you let my girlfriend carry her luggage alone without assistance. I do not expect any compensation for what was a hugely disappointing stay. Your email has magnified what are glaring inadequacies in your offering. Thank you for taking the time to reply but I find your reply totally inadequate and inaccurate.

Best location for visiting the old town. Delicious breakfast and an amazing view from the pool. Would highly recommend rooms with sea view. Bed is comfortable and rooms are big enough. Would also highly recommend to ask for a higher level room, view is impressive when you wake up in the morning.

La ubicación es excelente, el equipo es bueno, la vista del restaurante y la piscina, el servicio es bueno, el desayuno es bueno, el personal es bueno. El hotel es un poco sobrepreciado para el tamaño, el confort y la vista de la habitación. Las bebidas y las comidas son también caros. Los precios son injustamente altos en la ciudad.

El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. La única desventaja es la caída del precio de la habitación que reservamos. Hay una caída del precio de más de 40 euros el día de llegada. Así que es mejor utilizar We Price Match para reclamar las diferencias.

The hotel in located is just 20 mints walk from old town. It is close to resturants, supermarket, bus stop and it is right next to joker mall. Rooms are big. The hotel has indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room at free of cost. Staff is very helpful specially the gentleman in evening shift was very helpful. Normally parking is paid but he did not charged us for parking. The only issued we had was with AC. It was not working properly bur after they fixed it, it was good. I also think room carpet needs to be changed. Buffet breakfast was pretty good with varities of options.

服務非常好，尤其前台非常的熱情，而且前台在辦理入住時還會關心客人退房當天是否能趕上用早餐。由於我們回程預訂的早航班，來不及在酒店用早餐，前台特意為每位住客準備了一兜子早餐方便攜帶到機場用餐，非常貼心。酒店設施也非常新，洗漱間明亮寬敞，淋浴也非常的不錯。唯一美中不足的是房間裏會有不少的小螞蟻🐜出沒….. 當看到螞蟻在你眼前溜達時，有點意外也有點不太舒服。我估計當地的其他酒店可能也會有螞蟻吧…估計酒店也沒有什麼好辦法…但畢竟是家五星級酒店，還是應該想辦法解決這個問題。酒店地理位置超級棒呢，去老城區的幾個景點步行幾分鐘就能到達，晚上在老城市中心逛街也非常方便，衝著這麼好的地理位置，下次去還會預訂這家酒店哈。

Hotel was very nice, pools rooms are fantastic, has a great view. Altough gym was not good they have only smith machine no other equipments, its hardly called a gym and the hotel restaurant is overpriced so we ate another restaurant in the solin which is nice. Other than that hotel was super nice, stuff is very kind and welcoming. we have a pleasant stay.

Wonderful experience in Hvar and @ the Moeesy, B&G. Hotel is beautiful. Staff are amazing. Friendly, attentive, responsive. Location (IMO) is perfect. Outside of town ( so quiet and relaxing) but easily walkable multiple times a day for lunch/dinner or other activities. A real treat to stay here while on Hvar. And do yourself a favor and go to Stari Grad…

This is definitely the highlight of our trip to Croatia. Everything has been absolutely wonderful here. Amazing people, view, food, facilities... They've got a heated swimming pool outside though I didn't get a chance to try. If we had the chance we would have stayed longer.

Останавливались в отеле на Новогодние праздники. С 30 декабря до 02 января 2025. Видимо из-за этого номер был реально плохо убран, на фото видны и пятна на полу, на столе от кофе, мусор в ящиках. Вообще отель очень «уставший», явно было что то выломано, еле живые смесители. В общем никак на 5 звёзд не тянет. Но! Завтрак 01 января был отличный. Даже с шампанским. И СПА в отеле хорошее. Персонал хороший, вежливый.
