We had an outstanding stay at this hotel. We stayed in a double room with Mountain View and the room was packed with lots of water and toiletries! They also gave us free fruit on the first day. All the staff from the house cleaners, front desk clerks, ski pass clerks, to the boys at the ski rental equipment desk were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a large assortment and an omelette station, yum! The gym was really nice and large but only had one yoga mat. The pool area was good but the small heated pool was rather luke warm. Best thing was this was a ski in and ski out hotel we didn’t have to leave it everything we needed to rent and do was right here! Also the Chinese restaurant on the top floor was SO delicious and staff again were so nice! Definitely coming back here for our yearly ski trips

From arrival, the warmth and professionalism were outstanding: we were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks, and the 24/7 complimentary shuttle service made exploring Aranya effortless — prompt, courteous drivers took us anywhere in the resort (Chapel, Lonely Library, beaches, cafes) in minutes. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely friendly, anticipating every need and responding instantly to requests. The resort itself is a masterpiece of restrained luxury and healing design . Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We stayed at this hotel as a group, and our experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel staff were incredibly supportive, flexible, and always willing to help. They truly went the extra mile to accommodate our requests and assist us with every question that came up during our stay. We booked a standard apartment suite in the South Wing and a deluxe mountain-view room in the main building, and both were very clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety, and having it included for several people was very convenient. The ski package was perfectly organized — ski passes, fast-track access, early cable car boarding, transfers from Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, and additional activities like yoga and Pilates made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. As foreigners, we really appreciated how easy and welcoming everything felt. Thanks to the hotel team, skiing in China left us with a very positive and memorable impression. The location is excellent for skiing, and the mountain views are beautiful. Overall, the atmosphere was warm, professional, and friendly — we truly felt taken care of. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a ski trip or a comfortable stay in the area.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Dry Cleaning/laundry is the best I have experienced in my frequent travel. Breakfast is excellent with a good variety of dishes. Special recognition to Miss Yun. Excellent spoken English and communication. Extremely helpful.
