Perfect stay at J.Mountain for family trip. Available in Trip.com. Our stay period in summer season (consider off peak?). Prior to stay, the staff are very prompt in helpful Q and A. Services are exceedingly good, excellent and accomodating. All staff are friendly, approachable, and careful to details. Sharing local culture and history, and place of interest. Outstanding concierge service. Our stay include Tea appreciation, sumptuous dinner (2 choices), and hearty breakfast (2 choices). We were given complimentary drinks at bar, and alternative dishes to met dietary requirement. Very useful that hotel provide Hotel-Train station transfer. service, and other short distance ride to Huangshan hiking entrance (saved a lot of time). Staff helped us booked our Cableway tickets which saved us time to queue for tickets and avoid buying wrong tickets. Very spacious open concept, clean and modern room and furnishings like king size bed, large Sofa, round Table TV. Balcony with lush tranquillity view of nature full of mountainous greenery and waterfall. Sound of nature (cicada) and fortunately room comes with good sound proofing sliding door. Bath tub, shower area, and WC with build in sensor and biget spray. Standard Amenities are provided. Electric source is China 2-pin 3-pin plug standard and USB. Hotel is located within the Huangshan park (?). Saving us time in getting clearance at Park security office as the Driver brought us through the security checks with ease. We felt like VIP. Hotel is a short drive away to nearest cableway (called ‘hot spring’ cableway etc.). Do bring rain coat as weather up in the mountain is unpredictable. It rained when we reached up at ‘Yuping’ cableway. Hotel staff offered us rain coat. We have a skilful driver to transport us safely form our Hotel-Train station transfer.

El hotel no es grande, muy rica y es muy agradable ver el atardecer en la plataforma. Las instalaciones, los suministros y la calidad de los alimentos del hotel son excelentes, cada habitación tiene flores de caña y la configuración de la habitación es muy interesante. Me levantaré temprano para ver el sol y el mar y llegaré a cinco minutos. Si quieres ver el atardecer y el sol de Huangshan, el hotel es muy conveniente. El servicio del hotel es muy prudente y cálido, ya que el tiempo en la montaña cambia mucho, preguntemos constantemente sobre el tiempo antes de salir, el personal me lo enviará casi una vez al día, en general muy satisfecho.

My stay at Luming Valley Hotspring Holidays B&B exceeded every expectation from the moment we drove up the hill. My husband and I stayed in the Mountainscape Terrace Mountain View Suite, which genuinely felt like a 5‑star hotel room. It was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with an incredibly comfortable bed, a fully stocked mini fridge, and a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The smart controls operated by “Xiao Bao” were a fun and convenient touch. We were completely blown away and honestly wished we could have stayed in the room forever. Even before our arrival, the staff communicated with us via WeChat to ensure everything went smoothly. We were able to speak with an English‑speaking staff member who took care of every detail for us—booking the hot springs, arranging breakfast, dinner, and afternoon tea, and even offering to help us get to the train station on our last day. Their attentiveness went far beyond anything we’ve experienced at other hotels. We were even given a thoughtful bag of gifts upon departure. Because the hotel is quite isolated, we ate all our meals on-site. The cuisine is Chinese, which isn’t usually my preference, but everything was delicious, freshly prepared, and presented with great care. A standout was the afternoon tea we enjoyed on our second day. We could choose to dine in our room or at the restaurant, which was perfect depending on how we felt each day. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot springs. There are four in total, and we used the two located higher on the hill, which offered an incredible view—even on a cloudy day. The temperature was perfect, and everything was exceptionally clean. The staff assured us that each pool is drained and refilled after every use, which gave us great peace of mind. Soaking in the hot springs in the heart of winter, surrounded by Huangshan’s beautiful mountains, was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is about an hour from both Huangshanxi and Huangshanbei stations and easily reachable by car or Didi. Due to the weather, we didn’t visit the mountain scenic area, but the staff were more than willing to help us plan if we wanted to explore the surroundings. This was truly a 10/10 stay. The staff make you feel like you’re the only guests there with their warmth and attentiveness. The design and architecture are stunning, and the hotel even smells amazing. I have absolutely no complaints and would rank this among the best hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. It’s a perfect romantic getaway, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape. I can’t wait to return!

Cuando hice el check-out y llevé mi equipaje al vestíbulo, un joven subió rápidamente varios tramos de escaleras para dármelo; se lo agradecí mucho. El desayuno buffet del hotel era abundante y la comida china estaba deliciosa. Si no quieres comer fuera, puedes comer en el hotel para evitar decepciones. La ración de arroz frito era muy generosa y abundante.

La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda, aunque el aislamiento acústico de paredes, puertas y ventanas no era suficiente para evitar el ruido de los vecinos, el pasillo y la calle, incluso en el piso 40. Las comodidades son buenas y prácticas. La piscina y el gimnasio son excelentes. La ubicación también es muy buena. El servicio es irregular. El personal es muy amable y responsable, pero deberían prestar un poco más de atención a las habilidades básicas de inglés. Sin embargo, el desayuno y, en general, la comida del restaurante no fueron del todo satisfactorios. La comida occidental e internacional es solo un nombre. ¡Realmente no se puede saborear la salchicha alemana ni la pizza italiana! La comida continental, especialmente el desayuno occidental, es bastante común, me refiero a los sabores, no a la cantidad. No es muy atractivo a la vista y no es lo que se esperaría de un hotel de cinco estrellas. Aun así, en general recomiendo el hotel.

¡Nuestra estancia de dos días en Huangshan fue fantástica gracias al Xihai Hotel! Los niños pueden interactuar en los espectáculos y lo pasaron de maravilla. La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, con varios puntos cercanos para ver el amanecer, lo que nos ahorró largos desplazamientos. Fue nuestra primera vez en Huangshan, y presenciar un amanecer tan impresionante y hermoso hizo que todo el viaje fuera perfecto. Esta vez elegí alojarme en el Hotel Beihai en Huangshan por dos razones. Primero, planeaba una excursión tranquila, y es la mejor opción para estar cerca del teleférico de Yunggu. Segundo, es un hotel de primera categoría, recién renovado, que se ajustaba perfectamente a mis necesidades. Al registrarme, descubrí que la habitación estaba muy bien equipada: chaquetas de plumas, cafetera, equipo de música, linterna y una excelente temperatura y presión del agua en la ducha. Tal comodidad en la montaña fue una grata sorpresa. En cuanto a la comida, fue absolutamente perfecta: el té de la tarde, la cena buffet y el desayuno buffet me aseguraron que no pasaría hambre. Aún más considerado fue el servicio de mayordomo que contraté después del registro. El mayordomo me recordó los mejores lugares y momentos para ver el amanecer y el atardecer, ¡y se aseguró de que nos abrigáramos bien para no pasar frío! ¡Qué detalles tan considerados! Sin duda, volveré a elegir el Hotel Beihai la próxima vez que visite Huangshan.

I had a wonderful stay. If you stay in an executive room you’ll have access to the executive lounge for the buffet and happy hour. Breakfast is on the first floor where there is a variety to choose from. The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the lake.
