Hoteles con Desayuno en Samarcanda, Uzbekistán

Прекрасный гостеприимный Самарканд начался с этого отеля. Красиво, чисто, просторно, шикарные завтраки, уютная обстановка двора, роспись на стенах. В шаговой доступности от многих интересных мест - площади Регестан, мечети Би-Би и многих других. Единственное, в ванной маленькая площадь душевой, но это никак не повлияло на общее впечатление )

Me atrajo dentro para adaptarme al ambiente de Samarhah. Como se muestra en la figura, el clima interior y exterior del hotel es muy bueno, pero debido a la ubicación en el área residencial, no hay restaurantes cercanos para cenar, así que tuve que caminar a comer cerca de la plaza. Eso.

Este hotel fue el que menos me satisfizo durante mi viaje a Asia Central. En cuanto a las instalaciones, acaban de ser actualizadas y la verdad es que están bien. La temperatura de color de la luz no es la adecuada, es casi como el color de una vivienda pública, lo que hace que la gente se sienta muy deprimida. La habitación no es grande, y lo que más me desagrada es que el agua de la ducha cambia entre caliente y fría. Otra cosa de la que quejarse es el desayuno. Era temporada baja cuando fuimos, por lo que es comprensible que hubiera menos variedades. Pero todas las manzanas están podridas, lo cual no entiendo. El huevo frito estaba demasiado salado y difícil de tragar, tenía un sabor terrible. Hablando de ventajas, la ropa de cama es buena y dormí muy cómodamente. El personal del hotel tiene muy buena actitud. La ubicación del hotel es buena, pero comparado con el precio de la habitación, no vale la pena. No sé por qué ocupa el primer lugar entre los hoteles de lujo. En realidad es demasiado aguado. El antiguo restaurante de la ciudad de enfrente es bastante bueno. No probé el restaurante del hotel. El desayuno fue muy malo y no creo que la cena sea buena tampoco.

Отель - небольшой. Находится практически в центре. До основных достопримечательностей Самарканда (Регистан, Сиаб, Шохи-Занда, Гур Эмир, Биби-Ханум) на такси минут 10 и 15-25 тыс сум, в зависимости от времени. Рядом в соседней двери - хорошая самса (популярное место, местные часто сюда наведываются). В шаговой доступности много магазинов и ресторанов. Минусы - отсутствие холодильника в номере, маленькая душевая, очень простой завтрак. Из плюсов - персонал всегда старался помочь, на ТВ кроме многих русских каналов есть также YouTube (не часто встретишь). Разрешили бесплатно поздний выезд (в 17 вместо 12). Отель - в целом рекомендую, за свои деньги - отлично.

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

Хороший отель, удобно расположен, недалеко от достопримечательностей. Внутри есть место со столиками на подобие веранды где можно посидеть. У нас был ранний выезд, не успевали на завтрак, сотрудник на ресепшене сам предложил собрать нам ланч-бокс. Очень приятный отель

La habitación es muy espaciosa y ofrece un desayuno agradable. Localizado en una calle tranquila, se vuelve bastante oscuro durante la noche, pero no me sentí amenazada en absoluto. Las llaves son difíciles de dominar, sin embargo, por lo que aconsejo a la gente que tengan en cuenta las instrucciones, no puedo contar cuántas veces me han ayudado el personal... En general, esta estación fue una gran estancia cerca de la plaza Registan, y recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que busca un buen sueño de noche cerca de Registan.

¡Tenemos una de las mejores estancias en Uzbekistán en este Old City Samarkand Hotel! Zafar fue muy amable para ayudarnos con varias preguntas durante todo el estancia y, por supuesto, la habitación era muy agradable y cómoda, como se muestra en el sitio web. El desayuno también fue agradable para comenzar un día, el tráfico un poco caótico, pero Yandex taxi hace que sea fácil llegar a las principales atracciones del centro de la ciudad. Recomendación para que este hotel se quede.

Hotel itself was amazing. Very clean & posh. Breakfast was wide of selections. Swimming pool & spa was fun way to relax.  When we ask, they happily made us late check out. Very grateful! Vey much enjoyed staying.  Only downside was location, although it's close to a park, we found it hard to find yandex. It was quite expensive & took 10-15 mins to arrive. Since we have been using yandex many different cities, this time was the most hassle.

Great 3 nights stay at Movenpick hotel with all amenities. Very convenient and close to the Gour Emir monument (4/5mn by walk) and the Registan square (15/16mn). A lot of cafe and restaurants around the hotel as we didn’t book the hotel breakfast. As we are lazy to dine out, we enjoyed twice diners at the restaurant Caramelle (really juicy manti and tasteful somsa & soups) We tried the sauna (hammam was under reparation) and the fitness. We had pleasant drinks at the pool bar. So we can recommend the Movenpick hotel at Samarkand. And the room rates are very affordable for a 4,5/5* hotel.
