Desde el lago Tahoe hasta Portland, el hotel en general es bueno, el desayuno está bien, el hotel está ubicado en la ciudad, los alrededores están completamente amueblados, vale la pena mencionar que hay un gran Wal-Mart en las cercanías por unas pocas millas, abierto 24 horas.

¡El servicio es excelente e íntimo! Hay música cálida y luces tan pronto como entras en la habitación. ¡La clave es! ¡La música es Liang Zhu! Tan dulce. No sé si el hotel es chino porque vi la información del cliente. ¡Pero ese momento fue realmente íntimo! La favorabilidad instantánea se disparó.

Very good location. Room is big and the staff are friendly and helpful. Not many choices for breakfast but still very okay.

My husband and I arrived very late on Friday. Check-in was seamless. There are no elevators to our room, but there is only one short flight of stairs. The room was very spacious and clean overall. The hotel is located very close to Cascade Station, which has lots of restaurants and stores.

Are staying was very nice. The room was nice and clean and the bed was really comfortable. So when we got to the Ramada the only problem that we had was is that they didn't bother to tell us and it wasn't posted in the website that they charged a $75 deposit fee that is refundable that time that you leave. And then the other problem was more so a bigger deal so to say because me and my husband were only 10 minutes late cute breakfast they said and at that time it was 9:10 a.m. whenever their hours are posted breakfast hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30am . So the lady working told us that we were too late for breakfast and toast that we missed it and there's nothing that she could do about it to help us. Keep in mind that she was cleaning up all the leftover breakfasts like the sausage and bagels and everything she put it all on the plate and then she acted like she took it to the kitchen just to watch her take the whole plate of leftover breakfast food and she threw it in the damn trash can. Now I don't understand why we can have had at least a leftover food because their hours for the breakfast were marked wrong and we were not late for breakfast as posted yet they still did not give us any thing.. now I'm pretty sure that you know there was no reason for her to be rude like that to guess who paid $80.00 for 1 night and then not even get any breakfast at all. When I saw her put the foods in the trash can after telling us we couldn't have any breakfast made me feel like I never want to stay there again because I paid $80 for one night and I didn't even get the breakfast I paid for it in my hotel stay.

I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the handling of my personal belongings left in the refrigerator during my recent stay at your hotel. We stayed at Hilton Portland Downtown from December 23 to December 24, occupying Rooms 416 and 417. Upon checkout, a full box of prescription medications was accidentally left inside the refrigerator in one of the rooms. I want to be very clear about the nature of these items: The box was full and intact It contained injectable prescription medications, clearly medical in nature The medications were stored inside the refrigerator, not left out in the room These items were obviously not trash and are easy to identify as medical supplies Given these facts, I find it extremely concerning and unacceptable that: The items were apparently discarded or mishandled, and No attempt was made to contact me to confirm whether these medically critical items should be kept. At a minimum, I would expect hotel staff to recognize that refrigerated injectable medications are not garbage, and that such items require verification with the guest before disposal. The failure to do so reflects a serious lack of care and responsibility, especially considering the medical importance of these medications. These medications are essential for managing chronic health conditions, and their loss has caused significant distress and inconvenience. This situation could and should have been avoided with a simple phone call.

Solid base right next to Lloyd Center mall, Regal cinemas and a nice park. This is an older Hilton, but very clean and professionally run. A few streaming options on the TV: Netflix, Pluto TV, Apple, Disney, Tubi and YouTube. No Amazon Prime for some reason. You can also change inputs from remote which is key, some chains don’t let you. Small gym on second floor, bar, coffee kiosk and even a pretty decent room service menu. Staff seemed exhausted but still polite and super professional. With some of the best rates in town I give it 5/5 and will definitely be back. Balcony rooms worth the extra $ for sure.

La habitación no es grande, este lugar es más caro, una persona puede viajar a esta habitación, si es 2 camas pequeñas, tal vez 2 camas más grandes, no sé, no sé! Hay una queja: el señal WiFi es muy malo, es bueno quedarse una noche!!!!!

La habitación era espaciosa. La televisión grande con Netflix ha hecho la estancia cómoda. Tiene una actualización gratuita a 2 camas reinas, gracias al escritorio delantero!
