Hotel location ok, but not very well signed. Appalling parking. Room allocated (Queen) ok but location appalling ( open curtains to look onto maintenance yard!) Very poor hot water in shower/bathroom. Towels appalling, very old and very hard. Wouldn’t clean my car with them. Restaurant food very good except no wine of any nature despite the menu offering a wide selection. So very poor management control. Swimming pool okay except some scum on surface of water and the mosaic tiles in and around pool needed cleaning  badly and missing and loose tiles needed replacing. Better house keeping needed.

Our stay at this hotel during our recent Siargao trip was truly a wonderful and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, whose friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness made us feel comfortable throughout our entire stay. The hotel itself is newly opened, and it shows in the excellent condition and cleanliness of the property. The rooms were exceptionally clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, providing a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere after long days of exploring the island. We also appreciated the quality amenities provided, which added to the overall comfort and convenience of our stay. One of the highlights of this hotel is its stunning location. The breathtaking sea view combined with the beautiful view of Cloud 9 created a peaceful and scenic environment that truly captured the charm of Siargao. The pool area was also very well-maintained and provided the perfect place to unwind and relax. The food served at the hotel was excellent, with delicious meals that we genuinely enjoyed throughout our stay. Every aspect of the experience reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality service and guest satisfaction. Another major advantage is the hotel’s location, as it is conveniently within walking distance to Cloud 9, making it very accessible for guests who want to explore one of Siargao’s most popular attractions. Overall, we had an exceptionally pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siargao. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, beautiful scenery, excellent food, and outstanding hospitality. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to the island.

Here's a polished version of your review while keeping it warm and genuine: ＞ We stayed at Ferra Resort for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our flight arrived early, and they were very accommodating by allowing us to check in as early as 11:00 AM, which we truly appreciated. They even prepared a small suprise for me since we arrived on the day of my birthday. We booked the Rattan Villa for five people, and it was incredibly spacious. There was more than enough room for everyone to move around comfortably. We also had restful nights—the beds were so soft and comfortable that it felt like sleeping in a five-star hotel. The resort has a peaceful and relaxing ambiance. Although there was some ongoing construction during our stay, it wasn't a major issue since we were out most of the day for our island activities, and the work had already stopped by the time we returned each afternoon. We also enjoyed dining at their restaurant. The food was delicious, and we appreciated that the chef personally came over to ask how we liked our meals. My only suggestion would be to add more menu options, as the resort is quite far from restaurants and convenience stores. Having a wider selection would be especially helpful for guests staying several days. The staff were all friendly, accommodating, and approachable. They assisted us with everything we needed before, during, and even after our stay, making us feel well taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend Ferra Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and private getaway. It's an excellent choice for families, couples, or anyone who simply wants to relax and enjoy a quiet retreat.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at POTB for six days, and despite a few minor inconveniences, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. POTB provided a memorable experience that I am happy to share with fellow travelers. Upon arrival, I noticed that the hotel’s mini bar was still under construction. While this was a slight disappointment, it did not hinder my overall experience. The hotel staff quickly accommodated my needs by providing alternative options, ensuring that my stay remained comfortable and enjoyable.Another aspect that caught my attention was the distance between the front beach and the sea. Although it was farther than expected, the hotel’s stunning surroundings and peaceful atmosphere more than made up for it. The well-maintained beach area offered a serene escape from the bustling city.In the evenings, I did encounter some occasional noise from nearby establishments. The loud music could be annoying at times, especially when seeking a peaceful ambiance. However, I found that during the majority of my stay, the hotel’s serene environment allowed me to unwind and relax, creating a balanced experience overall.I highly recommend POTB to those seeking a relaxing getaway with comfortable accommodations and impeccable service. Whether you are looking for a peaceful escape or a rejuvenating vacation, POTB is sure to provide an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) The room was spacious, affordable, and came with free breakfast, which was a nice bonus. The location and price make this hotel seem like a good option for budget travelers. However, there were several issues that affected our stay. The room was not properly cleaned and had a lot of dust. The complimentary toiletries were not provided upon check-in, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate in the bathroom. The water supply appeared to come from a deep well and had an unpleasant smell. I also found it unusual that the pillows were covered with bed sheets instead of proper pillowcases. The most disappointing experience happened at 1:30 AM, when the receptionist called our room and woke us up to ask if they could borrow our air conditioner remote. We were told that three other guests had complained because they didn’t have air conditioner remotes, and the staff said they only had one remote available. Waking sleeping guests in the middle of the night to solve an internal hotel issue is highly unprofessional and significantly disrupted our rest. Overall, while the room size, affordability, and free breakfast were positives, the cleanliness, maintenance, and service need major improvement. I hope the management addresses these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.

Absolutely Amazing Stay! 🌴❤️🔥 We had the most incredible experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is truly luxurious — beautifully designed, pristine, and so comfortable. What made our stay even more unforgettable was the warm, kind, and always attentive staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The restaurant was a definite highlight — absolutely delicious food that we looked forward to every meal. And the views… wow! The scenery took our breath away and truly touched our hearts. It felt like paradise in every direction 🌅 Thanks to this wonderful hotel, our impression of Siargao as a whole is nothing short of amazing. It’s a place we already dream about returning to — we can’t wait to come back again and again! Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Siargao 💞

La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero la habitación era muy buena. We had a really lovely stay at Almont City Hotel. You can tell the building has been around for a while, and I loved that they kept the old-fashioned door — it gives the place a lot of character and charm. The suite was spacious and very clean, and the hot shower with a bathtub was such a nice touch after a long day. Everything was comfortable and well looked after. The location was perfect for us. We stayed Saturday night into Sunday morning, and the church was just a short walk away, which made things so easy. Service was friendly and good, with just a little room to be a touch more attentive — but it didn't take away from the experience at all. All in all, a comfortable and pleasant stay. We'd happily come back!
