La habitación era espaciosa y dispone de todas las instalaciones básicas necesarias. Había algunas cuestiones de mantenimiento de la casa, pero el personal se dirigió a ella. El desayuno fue incluido y fue suficiente.

The place needs maintenance and upgrades of the facility. The AC and hot shower are bery good but The room was not cleaned well. Checked in here because of the proximity to the place that i need to visit or else I will not booking here. No special amenities but the price is expensive. You can find better hotels in Manila with their price. I am not sure if it was because of the holiday season but def not worth the price. The good side is the service of the staff. They are very accomodating, kind and warm.

Brought the family and they had a good first impression! They particularly loved the balcony view, the weather, and hotel’s accessibility to nearby restaurants and establishments. Not to mention that the hotel is pet-friendly so definitely a plus!

Room was great but need to tell to some visitors to be quiet when its late because there are people shouting and laughing in he pathway doors are open and close and alarming

The rooms felt quite dated, and unfortunately the beds were too firm and uncomfortable. I also experienced some skin irritation around my neck, which may have been caused by the pillows. The bathroom lighting was very dim, and the space appeared unmaintained. The towels also looked worn and slightly discolored. I understand that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations to improve the overall guest experience, so I remain hopeful that future stays will be more comfortable once the upgrades are completed.

Ponter Fino hotel is my favorite hotel for staycation. However, during my stay on Jan 1, 2026, they checked me in so late. Later than 430pm. The reason was there were still guests in the suite room assigned to for late checkout which I think was unreasonable. They coudn't even find alternative room for me. Worst case, they promised to deliver my luggages (although they said attendants were busy which I understand) However, it took unresonably long enough knowing there are attendant / staff who seemed to be free and just volunteered to deliver them only when they saw me carrying the trolley. So I refused to let them carry my stuff and pushed them all by myself from the lobby to my room located at 2nd floor so still need to carry all of them upstairs (back and forth). They offered late yes but out of ego, disappointment, and dissatisfaction, I told them don't help me and I'll do ot myself.

En el hotel Microtel South Forbes, el personal me recibió muy bien (gracias a la Sra. Marj y la Sra. Aimerie) y fue a la parte superior y más allá para que me sentí cómodo. El proceso de inspección fue fluido y eficiente, y cada miembro del personal que conocí fue cortesía, profesional y cuidadoso con los detalles. La habitación era insensible, bien preparada y equipada con todo lo que necesito para una estancia relajada.
