they prepared a greeting for my parents’ anniversary. ty! some confusion in the room booked tho, added few hundreds for the deluxe room king bed or 2 twin beds because it looks new but only the premier deluxe is new. enjoyed playing pickleball. playroom enjoyed by kids but only til 7pm. could add TV there also for movie nights. annoying calls prior to checkout should be stopped. great view. overall good stay

The beach was nice - the sand was smooth and not rocky, the waves are a bit chill. Hence, kid-friendly. Facilities and amenities are nice tho a bit old aready. Since the pool was big, we were able to swim in the pool even though it’s peak season and many people. Morning jog at the lagoon was good as well. We also played billiards and bowling. It’s just sad that the kids playroom was under renovation. It could’ve been a pretty good experience overall.

Its not too bad, but its not great either... our room was very near to a mango tree where mangoes are falling to a roof of a house under it and its quite disturbing coz It sounds like someone throwing something to our window. The bathroom plug is not working as well once I plug it in, its so hard to pull it out. We always asked our room to be clean but it seemed they just tidy up the beddings but not really changed it. Also, my sister slipped om the wet floor right after she step out of the elevator and there was no safety sign that the floor was wet. But the receptionist is brilliant !

Celebrated my baby’s birthday in Hotel Casiana and we really love the heated pool. It is toddler friendly and the staff was very accommodating. Buffet breakfast was great, my only concern is the overcooked hard boiled egg. But overall, 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Seda Manila Bay. The hotel is well-maintained, comfortable, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were polite, professional, and accommodating, which made our stay pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities met our expectations. We also appreciated the overall ambiance of the hotel, which is great for both relaxation and short getaways. Thank you to the team for making our stay enjoyable. We would still consider staying here again.

The worst hotel experience that I had so far. The first time we tried was narra pool vila, overall it was good. So this time we tried out pamela glass vila with a garden. 1. We chose king size bed, it turned out that the hotel uses two single bed to combine, and one mattress is high, the other one is low, and in the middle of the bed you can feel the hard wood bed frame on your back and one higher mattress and one lower mattress. I was so pissed whole night as it was super uncomfortable. (Hotel didnot even notice us that the king size bed is made of two small single beds) 2. Bed buds. Me and my husband were bitten hardly for both legs and arms. We cannot believe it, the room charged so much and cannot even guarantee the cleanliness. 3. It was raining at night, and while taking shower, the rain kept dripping into the shower room. It was so cold so we eventually had to put an umbrella to cover a bit the rain. 4. Overall, this is an experience of spending money to buy uncomfortableness.

Overall, we still enjoyed our visit, particularly the water activities such as the jet ski, banana boat, crystal kayak, and inflatables. However, I would like to highlight several areas where the guest experience could be improved: 1. Check-in Process: We experienced a significant delay when checking into our room. 2. Room Service: The response time for assistance was slow, and the overall quality of service was below expectations. 3. Dining Options: There were very limited main course selections available at the buffet. 4. Beach Area: The beach is a bit neglected, there are some areas with garbage left behind. We always had a great time staying at this hotel, but the location is far from downtown. I hope next year they will fix the hot water in the shower and provide mosquito repellent in the room. I also hope the construction by the pool will be completed next year, and that there are no windows in the new building they are constructing, as it would be intrusive if someone could watch you swimming in a swimsuit. Overall, it was a good stay. The staff at Queen Margarete are nice.

The place is far more beautiful than how it is described online. A good view of Taal is what makes it magnificent for visitors and couples who want to escape the noise of Metro. Excellent quality service for a decent price. Complete amenities and the room is very spacious. It has its own TV, refrigerator for storing food and a large mirror. The toilet is also separated from the shower. Free breakfast is also great. The hotel has its own parking lot for guests. Overall, the place is great. Will probably get back here. Will also recommend to friends.

I’m happy that they granted my request to transfer to another room. The price is reasonable, and the location is excellent. This is one of the reasons why I always choose this hotel whenever I need to stay in Laguna.
