我們在伊豆的花水木温泉旅館衹住了一晚，但這次的體驗讓我印象非常深刻，值得推薦給大家 這家旅館是由一對中國老闆和老闆娘經營的 整體感覺更像是一家温馨的民宿 非常有人情味 到店的時候老闆和老闆娘非常熱情友好 讓人感覺像回到家一樣. 房間乾淨整潔 佈置得很温馨 雖然不算豪華 但非常舒適 住起來很放鬆。這裏的温泉也很棒，安靜又乾淨 非常適合在旅途一天的疲憊之後泡一泡，整個人都輕鬆了下來. 讓我特別感動的一點是，我當時不小心把東西落在了旅館。聯繫老闆後，他們非常細心，幫我把東西寄到了我下一站在大阪的酒店。這種貼心的服務真的非常難得，也讓我對這家旅館印象更加深刻.

Slightly dated, but still an excellent hotel. Good location, but a bit of climb up the hill from town. Pool is far down, and not available when we stayed. I think only for the summer. Onsen is rather small. Nice outdoors and indoors, but should be bigger given size of hotel. Outdoor pool - 3 persons with comfortable privacy. More than 5 an quite uncomfortable. Breakfast is good. Dinner is expensive. Nice lounge, but lacking in coffee and snacks. Laundry is convenient, but only 3 washers and dryers. No place for clothes left in dryer by other users that need to be taken out.

Отличный рёкан современного типа. Приняли большой рюкзак заранее и отнесли в комнату. Внутренний онсен с тануки отличный, а внешний (открыт только утром) - даже не описать словами, сказка. На рассвете посидеть в горячем источнике под сакурой и кипарисом, когда полнимается пар... Комната просторная, с запахом приятным тлеющей соломы. Удобства в комнате, был балкон. Можно наливать сентя в холле бесплатно, кофе тоже. После онсена бесплатно можно взять фруктовый лед

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Grand Hills Shizuoka and would definitely consider staying again when visiting the area. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the location. It is directly next to JR Shizuoka Station, which makes it extremely convenient for both arriving and exploring the city. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, so everything you need is within walking distance. The hotel room itself feels a bit dated, but clean, and well maintained. My room was spacious and comfortable, especially compared to many other business hotels in Japan. The view from the higher floors was also very nice, particularly in the evening. The staff were professional, polite, and efficient throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and relaxing. Breakfast offered a good variety of Japanese and Western dishes, and the quality was satisfying overall. The dining area was comfortable and not overly crowded during my visit. Overall, Hotel Grand Hills Shizuoka offers an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and service. It is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers visiting Shizuoka.

We had a lovely two days stay in this hotel and on the first morning of our stay, I told my partner that I love this hotel. I had stayed at different hotels all over Japan and so far this is the best for me. The staffs are all hundred percent kind and helpful. The room they gave us is pretty comfortable and with a nice view. The free breakfast food delicious and food staff are all nice and pleasant.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in and it's not even close! I regret booking only one night. The room is beautiful and spacious (with the exception of the toilet, but that's usual in Japan). And the dining room!!! The food was heavenly, no matter what you choose. 100/10, I will be dreaming of coming back one day for sure!

Excelente ubicación cerca de la estación de Shizuoka y del centro comercial. Solo hay 5 plazas de aparcamiento y todas estaban llenas. Estaba lloviendo cuando llegamos, lo cual fue un inconveniente. Tuvimos que aparcar en otro sitio y volver bajo la lluvia. Las camas individuales son inusualmente grandes, como dos camas de matrimonio. Deja poco espacio para el equipaje. Sin embargo, es ideal para familias con niños pequeños.

Fue el mejor lugar donde mi esposa y yo habíamos descansado. El hotel y toda la ciudad de Shimoda son un paraíso. Nos encantó absolutamente todo. Y la empleada del hotel, Kaori, es una persona excepcional. Se entrega al 200% en su trabajo y es el alma de este hotel. Gracias a su meticulosidad, sensibilidad y cariño, nos sentimos como si nuestra madre nos estuviera cuidando. ¡Sin duda volveremos! Recomendamos a todos que visiten esta ciudad y este hermoso hotel al menos una vez. Visiten también la isla de Ebisu, ¡pero por favor, traten este lugar con mucho respeto! -- Estas fueron las mejores vacaciones que mi esposa y yo habíamos tenido.
