El hotel dispone de un buen personal y un maravilloso equipamiento. Es mi primera estancia aquí por tres noches. Un cuarto ofrece cómodos camas gemelas. Matrimonio suave y de apoyo, cama limpia me deja dormir cómodamente. ¡El hotel Keihan me impresionó profundamente y sin duda volveré!

Very good location, convenience store nearby. Good breakfast, comfortable hot spring bath. Tidy room and, good windows condition that is able to have a good sleep. Good in its price range.

Sendai es una ciudad de la región de Tohoku, en Japón, al noreste de Tokio, en la isla de Honshu. Los restos del castillo de Sendai del siglo XVII, construido para el señor samurái Date Masamune en la colina Aoba, dominan la ciudad e incluyen un museo de artefactos históricos. Very good location, hotel just next to JR station entry and easy to travel around the City. Coffee shop and convenience stores are right nearby, Sendai asaichi market is just a few minute walk away. I would stay here again on my next visit to Sendai.

Nos encontramos con personas durante 3 noches. Las fotos son de después de nuestra estadía, por eso es un poco confuso. La estación estaba muy cerca y muchos restaurantes cerca, y muy cerca del mercado de la mañana, que fue agradable. La habitación era muy agradable y limpia. Un poco espaciosa también. Si tiene una maleta creo que puedes abrirla de alguna manera. No utilizábamos ningún servicio de limpieza. También tenían un signo que podrías usar si no querías nuevas toallas (que yo creía que era bueno desde el punto de vista medioambiental). La gente era amable y amable. La amenidad también era buena. Ellos tenían las cosas básicas, que era buena. En general, creemos que hemos tenido una buena estancia en este hotel.

Reception at 5 pm was efficient and I didn’t have to wait. Street level provides access to two lifts that take you to the second floor reception area. Wifi worked well and the air conditioning was good especially in the cold weather. Rooms are not huge but adequate size. I booked a larger room of which there are a few. House keeping was also good, though guests need to request daily services by placing a card on the room door otherwise daily service is not provided. The two lifts can be slow especially during busy times such as morning checking out. The location is good being about 15 minutes walk from the main Shinkansen station. Being in a built up area there aren’t any views of parks etc. The hotel is five minutes walk to the covered main shopping mall-street which are common in Japan. There are major shopping malls in the central train station area. There are also many nearby restaurants that should suit most people’s budget and type of food. Beef tongue is a specialty in Sendai and many restaurants offer it at various prices. Buses and subway stations are nearby and provide access to various parts of the city. There are several attractions within 30 minutes of the hotel such as temples and museums. Overall a pleasant stay and happy to visit again.

A very comfortable stay. The hotel is close to Sendai Station and there are several carparks nearby. It was also very convenient to have a FamilyMart next to the lobby on the ground floor. The laundry area is quite small and would have been nicer if there were more machines available. The dryer was unfortunately not very efficient. Service was great and the hotel was very clean. Rooms were of a good size. Would return.

VVery nice hostel in a good location near train station..Have an Onsen, microwave, hot water, a place to sit down and eat or working at your floor..not have a fridge. I came too early, because of my train from Tokyo (around 1.30 pm) and i need to wait until 3 pm for check in. Beds ready, clean ready...but need to waiting the check in time..and it'fair isn't. The only problem was they start check in process 5-7 mins before 3 pm and they was very slowly and not professional...my time for check in it was 3.15 pm if not more...one of the last check in there. And this happened especialy because one disrespectful girl, she was determined to delay the proceedings—even more than others already had. Ugly and disrespectful attitude, make me lose time everytime..she had and fun about this when i explain her i not appreciateher jokes. She, as well as all the others, either doesn't know how to speak English or doesn't want to... just simple words, like ”key.” I expected more from one hotel (or hostel) in Japan. I was disappointed with the choice of this hostel. It is very difficult to find the hotel without help, as its name is written only in Japanese. The bed is very hard; it feels like sitting or sleeping on a wooden plank.

We were two people during one night. It’s a little bit far from the station. But there’s a bus stop close by that goes to the station (190 yen in 2026). What I really liked was that the hotel have bikes (with a basket) you can use for free, just ask the receptionen (I only used it once for one hour, but it was good). The room was a bit spacious, clean and tidy. If you have a suitcase I think you can open it in the room. The bed and pillows were good. What I didn’t like was that they didn’t have hand soap or conditioner. They did have shampoo and body soap though. The staff was nice and friendly. The amenity was good as well. They didn’t have face wash and face cream, like many other hotels have. But they had the other usual things, so I don’t complain. When I booked this hotel on trip.com it said the check in is between 15-22, so I checked in before 22. But when I went to the reception 23, there were still people there, and they had a machine where it said check in and out. So maybe you can check in after 22? If you want to do that I would try to send a message or something and ask. Because it felt like it was ok to check in even after 22. Overall I think we had a good and nice stay at this hotel.
