We stayed here for 2 nights and were very satisfied. The service was very good, the hotel was clean, and there were many activities provided. My children were very happy to see the birds and fish that are well cared for at this hotel. I hope there will be many more hotels like this in Lampung so that Lampung can develop further.

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Bukit Randu. The room was spacious and comfortable. I stayed in a King Room with a balcony, which was a nice feature. However, the grass and plants outside had grown quite tall, partially blocking the view from the balcony. The hotel facilities were generally well-maintained and in good condition. One thing to note is that the swimming pool and gym are located in a different building, so guests need to walk outside to access them. During my stay, it was raining, and unfortunately the umbrellas provided by the hotel were not in good condition, which made the walk less convenient. What really stood out was the excellent service. Shortly after check-in, the receptionist called my room to ensure that the air conditioning was working properly and cooling the room as expected. They also asked if I needed any assistance, which was a thoughtful touch and demonstrated genuine care for guest comfort. Overall, despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a very good experience. The friendly and attentive service, comfortable room, and good facilities made for an enjoyable stay. I would gladly stay here again when visiting Bandar Lampung.

El desayuno era rico y saboroso con muchos de mis snacks locales. Me alegro mucho porque me dirigí hasta Jakarta y me cansó y me permitió estacionar cerca del lobby que es mucho. Somewhat tired looking hotel, which could use an upgrade (paint, for example). The bed and shower were good, breakfast is mainly catering Asians, which is the hotel’s main target audience. But the staff are not very accommodating when asking for alternatives. Part is due to language barriers, but in other hotels, staff use Google translate fluently to deal with such barriers. I hope the staff of this hotel will practice more with translate apps.  Initially we were offered free shuttle services and two additional hours before check out time. The next day we had to renegotiate this agreement, which was not due to a language barrier because our Indonesian friend had requested this. The renegotiation was probably due to poor communication among staff shifting work.  The hotel is well situated for travellers: just 5 minutes from the airport. There’s a small supermarket next door and several ATMs nearby.

Overall, I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel. We booked the Executive Suite, and it was perfect for two adults and one 11-year-old child. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, and everything tasted delicious. The lontong sayur was especially outstanding—it was one of the highlights of our stay. There are a few areas that could be improved. The water in the bathroom drained quite slowly, so the bathroom floor may need some repair or adjustment to allow the water to flow properly into the drain. The parking area is limited, and assistance from the parking staff is needed to park vehicles. There was no hair dryer or iron provided in the room, although these may be available upon request. Lastly, I think the friendliness and hospitality of the reception staff could be improved to provide a warmer welcome for guests.

I had a truly wonderful stay at novotel lampung. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations.the ambience was modern yet cozy,making it a perfect place ro relax either for business or leisure.

Hotel Grande menjadi rekomendasi hotel dengan harga murah tetapi fasilitas yg diberikan sangat memuaskan. Lokasi hotel sangat strategis ditengah kota bandar lampung. Dekat dengan mall dan fasilitas umum lainnya. Mudah dijangkau. Sangat cocok utk menginap dgn keluarga . Kamarnya bersih. Parkirnya luas. Tersedia fasilitas setrika walapun berbayar tapi diberikan service yg memuaskan. Wort it lah dgn membayar jasa 5rb jilbab sdh rapi dan siap pakai. Sy sangat terbantu dgn service ini. Menu breakfast nya juga beragam. Ada berbagai macam pilihan menu. Aneka bubur, bubur ayam,bubur ketan hitam,bubur kacang hijau. Ada lontong sayur . Nasi nya ada pilihan nasi putih, nasi tim, nasi goreng. Yg paling sy suka tumis baby buncis nya enak. Juga yg paling saya suka bubur ayamnya punya ciri khas tersendiri dgn toping teri medan menambah kelezatan bubur ayam nya. Sy sangat menyukai menginap didisiini dan akan berencana stay cation bersama anak2 pada saat libur nanti krn tersedia fasilitas kolam renang. Nilai 10/10 utk hotel grande.

We booked hotel room through application, was great price however when we arrived and saw the hotel room. We found out that the bed cover was dirty, has blood stain, pillow case seems like not change cz there was a lot of black dot, found lizard on the hanging paint. We did complain to FO desk, they handled the complain very well. Gave us updated 2nd room which is larger unfortunately we found bed ticks. Lastly, they upgrade us at business room which is was clean and we request them to change everything on the bed since we bring our infant with us. Great hospitality for the staff at lina restaurant which make our night better with the service and food. Breakfast was great as well.
