Rooms are small but functional. The TV allows access to YouTube which is great given the minimum number of foreign TV channels. Nice views over the city from your room and the 17 th floor roof top restaurant. At breakfast the food is not regularly checked and refilled. The F&B service staff performance in this outlet is overall unsatisfactory. Bills are not issued for drinks on the terrace which doesn’t show well on the integrity of the management staff of this outlet.

Overall I had a good stay at the hotel. Location is excellent and it has coffee oey out front to hang out also indomaret and alfamart just accross the street is really convenient.
A/C and the water was excellent as well. However, the bed has some kind of beach sands when I stay, so I have to remake the bed and get rid of those sands.
Also, one thing that need improvement is you should put ”quiet” sign or something like that since many kids was running along the hall and make terrible noise.
If this can be improved you have awesome hotel when guest can stay comfortably.

Si usted está alojado en el hotel, asegúrese de entrar por la puerta izquierda con la barrera, y bajar directamente al sótano.

One of the best hotels we stayed in. Large comfy room with huge window providing great mountain or sea view.
I haven't seen a breakfast buffet with so many options yet, could not try everything but everything we tried tasted great.
Nice pool area, gym would be better could with aircon

El hotel tiene un ambiente agradable alrededor de la piscina. Las habitaciones están bien, pero no hay mantenimiento (la puerta del gabinete estaba amarrada y las fachadas estaban perdidas ...y otras cosas como ésta ). The overall facilities are limited , is a medium size hotel . Restaurant and breakfast on the average side , not much to offer and not so good .

We stayed in the room in the 7th floor - the view is stunning!
Kudos & special thanks to Ms. Maisya who made us feel very welcomed and took great care of us from check in and throughout our stay.
We had fun with baby sharks, turtles, small fishes, etc. guided by Mr. Zul.
We also had fun feeding the birds guided by a friendly uncle.
Ms. Tarisa and Mr. Julio showed great hospitality towards the kids in the Kid's Club - they had a blast!
All the hotel staffs also showed great care and personalized experience; for example, the restaurant staffs somehow mentioned my name when they greeted me, which gave me a real surprise - it shows that they care. They also tried to find out & remembered my kids names and helped them with the foods.
The housekeeping staffs even wrote some nice notes for us.
These small things really make a difference!
Amazing job to the management for nurturing great and caring hotel staffs, who made our stay very enjoyable!

I have stayed in quite a few 5-stars hotels in my whole life, but none of them can beat the hospitality provided by Marriott Lampung - it's simply the best.

LLinaIt was the perfect time we spent in Grand Mercure lampung. Booked 5 rooms for families gathering.
The room is very clean and comfy, and room temperature is easy to adjust
My room is over looking to the ocean and hills
In the morning, I can see local people jogging on car free days. If I know earlier, I would love to join
All amenities are good products and work well.
We also enjoyed the time by doing dancing and swimming on the poolside . It's amazing that they provide hot water for showers at the swimming pool.
Breakfast was rich and tasted good with lots of my local snacks. All staff from the front desk, concierge, and room service are very friendly, I drove electric cars, and they allowed me to park at the lobby parking. I am so happy , because I drove so far from Jakarta and got tired and he allowed me to park near the lobby that's a lot. Thank you for understanding.

My stay was a fantastic ”good deal” because the price already included a delicious breakfast and a room that was impressively clean, fresh-smelling, and featured a private balcony with a stunning direct view of the ocean. The resort offers exclusive access to a private beach area which is perfect for activities, though keep in mind it’s a rugged coral beach rather than fine sand, so it’s more about the dramatic views and coastal vibes. Despite visiting during a busy holiday period where the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, the service remained friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience feel seamless. For the price, comfort, and those unbeatable morning views, I’m giving this stay a solid 4.5/5

UUsuario invitadoA perfect stay in a perfect location. Everything meets our satisfaction. Smooth check in check out, a spacious room with good aircon, kettle, fridge and spotless working bathroom. A big shout to all the staff from housekeeping, breakfast restaurant, reception, porter and secure staff. A special mention to the chefs who make delicious and plentiful breakfast we absolutely enjoy every morning. The best nasi kebuli I've ever had, so delish, so moreish, so perfect. The only thing is only 1 same sweet sambal everyday which would be better if homemade and varied. I would like to stay in the hotel group if they have them in different cities because I found Lampung is too small, and infrastructure to further beautiful areas such as The Sharks Teeth Beach are very bad, unfortunately I won't go back to this amazing hotel.
