El personal era tan amable, la señora de la gerente era sorprendente y tan útil cuando perdimos nuestros tobillos y nuestra tarjeta de clave no funcionaría, todo el proceso fue tan rápido y eran tan amables, Jamaica fue muy amable y nos ha comprobado en y fuera y fue muy útil cuando queríamos un comprobado más tarde, muy barato también para la noche y el dormitorio y el baño estaban realmente limpios, definitivamente volverá!

Casas de estilo inglés, escaleras de estilo inglés no son adecuadas para equipaje grande en el piso de arriba. El desayuno inglés está bien y puedes aparcar gratis. La habitación está bien, el negocio es lo suficientemente grande. El jardín trasero está tranquilo.

Muy conveniente si está conduciendo. Está justo cerca de M4. El desayuno es muy bueno. El personal es amigable.

El hotel está bien situado cuando visitamos a amigos en la cercana baja Wootton - la recepción fue cortesía y eficiente en nuestro check-in... pedimos una salida de los ascensores y esta petición fue entregada. La habitación era muy confortable y la cama muy cómoda. La mañana siguiente tenía muchas opciones y las mesas estaban limpias y limpias rápidamente. El personal en el restaurante era muy eficiente y cortesía. El check-in expreso también era bueno. En general, una gran estancia y nos sirve bien.

La habitación está muy bien, pero no es muy fácil. La habitación, publicada como una cama de tamaño real, se mostró decepcionantemente doble. A pesar de la atención del hotel sobre las opciones verdes, la habitación estaba insoportablemente caliente al llegar. Esta falta de confort básico parecía contraintuitiva a su marca ecológicamente consciente. Además, no había pequeños pero cruciales instalaciones, como un secador de pelo, y algunas luces no funcionaban. La experiencia del desayuno fue igualmente decepcionante. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad.  El restaurante también tenía una nota sobre un costo de £2.50 para las modificaciones de menú. Estos problemas se han visto agravados por la falta de contactos personales que constituyen la base de un buen servicio al cliente. No se preguntó en el check-out ni durante el desayuno cómo había sido nuestra estadía, un gesto pequeño pero impactante que podría haber mitigado algunas de nuestras decepciones. En el futuro, me siento sobrepagado por alrededor de 20-30% en comparación con el valor que recibí.

The hotel location is good. Quite quick and convenient for checking in the hotel. However, the room was outdated with old carpet. The air condition was very old and so loud.

For a 4 stars hotel, it was a bit of a disappointment. Marriot hotels are definitely better outside the UK. When we arrived, we had been travelling for over 5 hours, so we were tired and just wanted to collapse in the room. Instead, we were given an extended explanation at Reception on how a hotel 'works' and that we'd get complimentary wi-fi. Don't ALL hotels have free wi-fi these days??? Also, they wanted to charge us for parking without checking first whether we had a car (which we didn't). When we got to the room, we found it a bit dated. There had been an attempt to update by adding a USB extension on the bedside table - however, this extension had two very bright lights, which I had to cover with a towel to be able to get some sleep. The pillows were way too soft, and they'd also tried to make the mattress softer by placing a duvet (instead of a mattresses topper) under the bed sheet - this ended up making the mattress feel quite lumpy. There was a mini fridge in the room, but it was empty (you had to go downstairs to get snacks). Also, the coffee and tea tray was hidden and very basic. For a 4 stars hotel, the complimentary stuff was basic and when I went to ask about getting slippers or a bath robe, I was told that's only available to premium rooms. However, I have to say that even though the room didn't meet expectations, it was very clean. In terms of the restaurant, the breakfast was delicious. However, the food was placed in cast iron pots under heat lamps, and covered with lids. The lids got very hot under the lamps, so getting your food was a bit of an endurance challenge. As mentioned above, the room was very clean, but I can't say the same about the restaurant. We were sat by the window and there were some cobwebs and dead flies - since we were in the country, a few flies are to be expected, but when the fly cemetary looks the same two days in a row, that suggests nobody dusted there. Not great having your meal while waiting for a spider to climb up the web and join you. The gym was good and had free towels and very helpful staff. We didn't use the swimming pool, but it looked nice. Overall, some good things, but still a bit of a disappointment and never would've guessed that was a 4 star hotel. Not good value for money.

다음 날 아침에 스톤헨지를 보러 가기 위해 하룻밤 묵을 곳으로 골랐습니다. 주볌 호텔들 중에 평가가 좋고 가격이 합리적이라서 선택했는데, 실제로 방문해보니 많은 사람들이 칭찬한 이유를 알 수 있었어요! 직원들은 모두 친절했고, 시설은 깔끔하고 편안했습니다. 바에서는 첫 잔을 무료로 제공하고, 15파운드면 무제한으로 먹을 수 있는 맛있는 아침식사까지, 너무 잘 즐겼습니다. 몇 일 더 머무르고 싶을 정도로요. 특히, 항상 웃음으로 대해주시는 따듯한 서비스가 가장 좋았습니다. 행복한 경험을 선물해주셔서 감사합니다!

Our stay may have been coloured by the rainy weather because in sunnier times the views from the Leigh Park Hotel would have been even better. The train station to Bath from Bradford upon Avon is very walkable but it is downhill from the hotel (some very steep bits) nearly all the way and after a busy day in Bath we elected to get a taxi back the walk back up that hill would have put a downer on the day (and I normally do 4 mile runs twice a week, so I am pretty fit!) The room we had was really big, as was the bathroom. The shower was really powerful and got warm almost immediately. The staff were really friendly and the the ambience of the hotel was classy. The breakfast area looking out over the grounds was really nice and I'd definitely like to sit there and enjoy a drink on a summer's evening. I managed to charge my electric car with the type 2 charging station. Unfortunately, it only delivered 7 kW so I only managed a small top up. The hotel breakfast was self service but the containers that were holding the food failed to keep it particularly warm. That is something that could be improved. Also the breakfast choice could have been a little wider (e.g. no tomatoes were offered as part of the English Breakfast). Having said that the breakfast tasted good. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would consider visiting again.

I booked this hotel for two nights so my child could enjoy the swimming pool, but unfortunately, it was closed for upgrades. This was not mentioned when booking, and we only found out at check-in, which left my child very disappointed. The real highlight of this hotel is the staff. From reception to the restaurant team and cleaners, everyone was professional, hardworking, and genuinely kind. Their service was some of the best I’ve experienced in the UK, and they really do their best to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The downside is the building itself, which is very dated. The rooms are squeaky, the doors and hallways are worn, and there’s no elevator. I saw several guests struggling with heavy luggage on the stairs, so if you have large bags, I’d strongly recommend requesting a ground floor room. That said, the building itself is outdated and badly in need of renovations. Doors have chipped paint, the hallway lighting is old, the sauna and changing rooms are poorly designed, and the gym has very limited space and equipment. Compared to other hotels in Swindon, this one feels extremely dated. Overall, my experience was good thanks to the wonderful staff and their service. I would consider staying here again, but for better value, there are other hotels nearby with larger rooms, elevators, modern facilities, and a better breakfast and restaurant experience. I truly hope Holiday Inn Swindon invests in a full upgrade of the building and facilities—partial, low-quality renovations (like the bathrooms) won’t be enough.
