¡Ubicación excelente! Está en el distrito comercial de Chunxi Road/Tai Koo Li, cerca de la estación de metro, lo que hace que moverse sea súper conveniente. La habitación es moderna y elegante, con un aislamiento acústico increíble, lo que permite disfrutar de tranquilidad en medio del bullicio. La limpieza es impecable y la ropa de cama es suave y agradable al tacto. El servicio es atento, el personal de recepción es muy amable y los servicios gratuitos de lavandería/secado y guardaequipaje son súper útiles. Además, cuenta con gimnasio y sala de lectura. ¡La relación calidad-precio es inmejorable, la primera opción tanto para viajes de negocios como de placer!

Un hotel de negocios que lleva muchos años abierto. Solía hospedarme aquí en mis viajes de negocios antes del Año Nuevo y siempre me pareció bueno. Esta vez, vine a Chengdu con mi hijo de viaje y decidí quedarme aquí de nuevo. Para mi sorpresa, después de tantos años, la ocupación del hotel sigue siendo bastante alta. Aunque las instalaciones son algo antiguas, están bien mantenidas, y el precio es muy razonable. Lo más importante es la excelente ubicación; la estación de metro está justo en la puerta, lo que permite un fácil acceso a varios puntos turísticos. Es muy conveniente para moverse. Un hotel con una excelente relación calidad-precio.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, no está lejos del Pabellón Hejiang. Pasear por el sendero junto al río me puso de muy buen humor. La decoración interior del hotel es elegante, como si de repente hubiera llegado a Lijiang. Reservé una habitación de tatami, el espacio era un poco pequeño, pero la habitación estaba limpia, así que dormir una noche no fue un problema. Tenía aire acondicionado y una ventana exterior, todo perfecto. En la azotea hay un restaurante y un bar donde puedes tomar un café mientras disfrutas de la brisa del río.

Mediocre. Aparentemente limpio, pero al día siguiente me desperté con picores por todo el cuerpo. Además, la persona que nos atendió en el check-in tenía una actitud muy arrogante y prepotente. Incluso si fuera la dueña, no es forma de llevar un negocio. La ubicación está en un callejón sin ningún letrero, lo cual dificulta encontrarlo. Cuando lo mencioné, la recepcionista me replicó de malas maneras, culpándome por no haber llamado. Su tono era muy contundente y mostró cero atención al cliente. Desde el principio, la impresión fue muy mala; ni siquiera preguntó qué necesitábamos y me hizo esperar con un simple gesto de la mano, lo cual resultó muy desagradable. El desayuno fue horrible. Los fideos de ternera no eran de ternera de verdad y eran incomibles; el aceite picante me produjo un fuerte ardor de estómago. Pedí que me los cambiaran por unos dumplings, pero al morder uno, la carne de cerdo estaba rancia y olía fatal. Y, para colmo, antes de la hora de check-out, ya estaban llamando a la puerta para meternos prisa. En resumen, me quedé sin palabras. Personalmente, no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

We stayed in Meishan for a week for a sporting event. The hotel has clearly seen better days—especially compared to many newer properties in the area (aging lifts, worn carpets, etc.). We chose it mainly for three reasons: breakfast, gym/pool, and laundry facilities. 1. Breakfast The daily buffet was solid and met expectations. It featured a typical Chinese spread: hot stir-fried dishes, vegetables, meats, buns, dumplings, fried rice/noodles, porridge, plus a live station for dan dan noodles, eggs, and simple meats like sausage or ham. There was also a rotating Chinese dessert (e.g., red date with longan, green bean soup), along with some Western options like salad greens, yogurt, bread, cake, and fresh fruit. Since we stayed a full week, we appreciated the small variations. That said, we were surprised by the limited fruit selection—mainly oranges and watermelon—especially given the abundance of fresh fruit available locally. Breakfast vouchers are issued daily and must be presented before dining. 2. Gym & Pool This was the biggest disappointment. Both the gym and pool were completely closed, and the entire floor was gutted with no visible renovation activity. It looks like these facilities have been—and will be—out of service for quite some time. This was a major letdown, as it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. 3. Laundry There is only one washer and one dryer for the entire building. We were concerned about availability, but only had to wait once. The 15-minute wash cycle helps with turnover. However, the dryer takes a long time and unfortunately shrunk all my cotton clothing. I’d recommend partially drying cotton items and then air-drying them in your room. Package Perks We booked through Trip.com, which included a small daily package: a plate with two oranges and some snacks, complimentary coffee or tea in the lobby, and a free transfer to the high-speed rail station (must be booked at the front desk one day in advance). There were also canned sodas included, which we didn’t use. Room & Noise We were initially assigned a room facing the plaza, which was very noisy. After requesting a change, we were first told the hotel was sold out—but after some persistence, a park-facing room was “found.” This room was significantly better: quiet, bright, and pleasant, with birdsong in the morning. We were told these were actually an upgrade, and that road-facing rooms are even worse due to constant traffic noise. 4. Smart Room Features (“Xiao Du”) We did enjoy the smart room system—“Xiao Du,” which works similarly to Alexa. It can control the curtains, TV, room temperature, and lighting, which is a nice modern touch. However, it was also a bit frustrating at times—for example, it would automatically turn off the lights in the bathroom sink area. The lighting there is already quite dim and not ideal for doing makeup. It would be helpful if the hotel could improve lighting around the mirror (brighter bulbs would make a big difference), or even better, install a mirror by the writing desk near the window where there is natural light. Smoking Smoking is allowed in the hotel, and we did notice it in the lobby, elevators, and corridors. Thankfully, our room itself was fine. Housekeeping turns off the AC and opens windows when cleaning, which seems to help ventilate lingering smoke. Location & Surroundings The hotel is in a convenient area. A nearby park is lovely, with traditional structures and inscriptions related to the Su family. Within a short walk is a lively commercial plaza with restaurants, bubble tea shops, salons (I tried a newly opened nail salon), and more. Getting around via Didi is easy. Overall For the price, the hotel offers decent value. However, the closed fitness facilities were a major downside. If we return, we’d likely try a newer hotel—but this one works if you prioritize cost and location over amenities.

Totally regretting for booking only 1 night in this fabulous accommodation. Quiet neighborhood except the guests next to my room decided to talk about their life stories in the outdoor balcony until wee hours which is really inconsiderate. The receptionists and staffs are really friendly and helpful during my stay making this extremely memorable. One time disposable towels and slippers are my favorite amenities in this accommodation!

(Espero poder asistir a su evento la próxima vez 😉) Este hotel es bastante nuevo, pero aún presenta algunas deficiencias que podrían mejorarse: 1. La variedad del desayuno es limitada, especialmente en los platos calientes. El sabor original de los fideos tiernos de res es demasiado complejo. Los potstickers de res son populares; se pueden preparar más en cada turno. 2. Se puede colocar una caja más de papel de seda junto al fregadero. 3. Los recepcionistas también deberían ayudar a subir el equipaje, incluso a los clientes que se van. En general, un gran reconocimiento para este nuevo Hyatt.

¡El personal hizo que nuestro viaje fuera maravilloso! (Excelente servicio, habitación limpia, buena ubicación) No duden en reservar este hotel si buscan un lugar acogedor. Es una experiencia que va más allá de una simple estancia. Hablan inglés y atienden a los clientes de maravilla. El primer día sufrí mal de altura y me dieron oxígeno, lo cual fue de gran ayuda. Siempre nos proporcionaron servicio de transporte o nos llamaron un taxi para llevarnos a los lugares turísticos y restaurantes que queríamos visitar. Nos recomendaron restaurantes increíbles y lugares interesantes cerca. El último día, reservé el autobús a Chengdu, pero no pude contactar con los conductores; ellos nos ayudaron con todo (nos llevaron a la estación de autobuses, llamaron al conductor y esperaron con nosotros para asegurarse de que subiéramos al autobús sin problemas). ¡Muchísimas gracias por la cálida bienvenida! 🤗

Our room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities that we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was nice with a good variety. I would like to suggest that the hotel enforce the no smoking rule more stringently as the ground floor was filled with the smell of smoke. Also the laundry room should have more machines as it is always fully occupied. Overall we enjoyed our brief stay at the hotel.

Esta es mi quinta vez en Chengdu. Casi reservé este lugar en octubre pasado, pero después de leer algunas reseñas que decían que la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, elegí otro hotel cerca de la estación de metro. Esta vez, éramos tres amigos y necesitábamos una habitación familiar, así que la reservamos. Incluso nos dieron una habitación superior. ¡Fue fantástico! Desde que bajamos del tren, el guardia de seguridad de la entrada vino inmediatamente a recoger nuestro equipaje. Al registrarnos, la recepcionista incluso nos llevó nuestras dos maletas de 18 kilos hasta la habitación: ¡un detalle genial! Gracias a Xiaolan y Xiaozhao por ayudarnos durante nuestra estancia y por recoger todo lo que dejamos después de la salida. ¡Muy recomendable! El desayuno también estuvo genial; comparado con el desayuno incomible que tomamos en el hotel del Tíbet, ¡este fue muchísimo mejor! 😀
