I stayed at this hotel for six nights and it was an outstanding experience. The hotel is very clean, perfectly located, and the staff are truly professional. My room was spacious, and the minibar was fully stocked with fresh fruits, drinks, and snacks. The breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety and everything tasted amazing. Honestly, this hotel is so good that it deserves 7 stars. I strongly recommend it to anyone visiting China.

从承德南站到酒logging很近,大概5-7minutos 钟就到了. Fue agradable porque estaba cerca de la estación Seungdeoknam y estaba limpio y espacioso. Si eres coreano y quieres ir a Seungdeok, ¡te recomiendo este hotel!

El hotel está en una colina, así que hay que subir una cuesta empinada cada vez que volvemos después de explorar los alrededores para ir de compras y ver las atracciones. Si toman un taxi, por favor, avísenle al conductor que suba incluso si ve la barrera. Esta se levantará automáticamente para permitir la entrada de vehículos. Las habitaciones están limpias. El servicio es excelente. Recomiendo encarecidamente el guía turístico del hotel. Recomiendo encarecidamente el restaurante del hotel. En el complejo del hotel hay adorables ciervos y gatos amigables que deambulan libremente.

Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, and every detail felt thoughtfully considered. What truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Mr. LANG at the front desk, he went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of, offering local recommendations and handling everything with such genuine warmth and professionalism. Thanks to him we enjoyed a wonderful holiday.

衞生：符合預期，理想乾淨，很注重衞生細節，每天都會幫你打掃乾淨房間舒適 環境：滿意，超出預期，尤其是房間隔音非常好，離邢台天一家樂園廣場非常近大約500米，離邢台站大約1.5公里，邢台東站約10公里，清風樓大約1.2公里 服務：態度還可以，衹是第一天有稍微遲辦入住，不過整體來説還行 設施：對聲音噪音忽擾淺眠非常貼心，床的品質非常滿意非常舒適好

非常滿意。有免費茶飲，還送我護手霜。這個價格還有早餐。周邊吃飯也方便。晚上出去街上還有無人看守全憑自覺付款的零食攤（雖然不是酒店開的，但是可見市民素質）。提個意見窗户要有窗簾更好了，晚上街燈還是有光亮的，雖然我不介意。

Este es un hotel clásico. El hotel está cerrado al centro de la ciudad. La habitación era grande y limpia. El servicio de recepción era cortesía y eficiente. Estoy ansioso por mi próxima visita ahora.

La habitación era muy espaciosa, la ropa de cama cómoda y las almohadas increíblemente suaves. Lo mejor fueron las lavadoras y secadoras; la amable recepcionista me ayudó a encenderlas e incluso me subió la ropa seca a la habitación. ¡Un detalle muy considerado! ¡Eso merece puntos extra! El restaurante del desayuno no era muy grande y la variedad no era tan amplia como esperaba. No tenían los panecillos de burro ni la leche de almendras que ofrece el Hilton Chengde South Station.

Only stayed one night. It's an alright place, it's by a mall I believe didn't really explore the mall, whatever part I went to it was empty. This building is shared by 3 different hotels. Recipients were nice, however they clearly never had to check in a guest that is not a local before.
