Picked here cause the location is awesome. Visiting again and everything was expected, only very minor issues like fighting for a car park, slight shower damage and co fusing layout. But it dint deter from a nice night sleep and free brekkie before heading out. The best part is still the location, you’re inside a national park!

The staff are always incredibly kind and helpful. The private rooms are spotless, as are the common areas. One of the best hostels in St Kilda !

Volé de Pekín a Melbourne. Como tenía que cambiar de avión al día siguiente para ir a otros lugares, elegí este hotel por primera vez. Me pareció que el servicio de recogida fue muy práctico y que el joven conductor fue muy paciente. La habitación era de tamaño moderado (unos 20 metros cuadrados), limpia y ordenada, con una distribución razonable y acogedora. El restaurante del hotel ofrecía una variedad de platos. Además, había un gerente que hablaba chino, lo que facilitó mucho la comunicación.

Llegamos tarde, pero conseguimos recoger las llaves. Muchas gracias. El baño en la habitación está muy frío durante el período de junio. El calor en la habitación no cubre ese espacio. El agua también podría ser un poco más caliente durante el invierno.

Excelente ubicación cerca del aeropuerto. Anuncian un servicio de transporte, pero esperé más de 30 minutos y nunca apareció. Cuando llamé, me dijeron que tendría que esperar más. Pensé que se podía ir caminando, así que caminé. Se lo comenté a la gerente, pero no me atendió porque nunca tomó mi nombre ni mi número de habitación. El registro en el quiosco es muy fácil y práctico. Hay servicio de habitaciones o restaurante en el vestíbulo. La habitación tenía unas vistas increíbles y, en general, estaba impecable. No había agua en la habitación, pero se podía comprar en el restaurante. Dormí de maravilla y el baño estaba muy limpio.

Very great location, not too far from Southern Cross. If you're carrying luggage be aware there are stairs leading up to the entrance. Check in was really easy. We were there 30 minutes before our check in time but we were able to get in straight away. All we needed to show was proof of ID. Staff were very friendly. Room was nice and clean however no proper window looking outside which was a shame. There are complementary coffee and tea and milk packets. Stayed for one night only but would visit again.

Location is great, easy to find and plenty of parking space. The rooms were newly renovated. I didn't mark the service a perfect score, as we have some booking confusion. I purchased set dinner and a bottle of champagne that was not acknowledged until we reminded the restaurant and was quicky sorted and we had a very good dinner, but upon check-out there was billing issues, it's also sorted by the supervisor, but could have been avoided. The pool was closed, and the gym is too small. Overall it’s a great place to be, relaxing atmosphere and friendly people

En general, me gustó todo. Buen internet. Camas cómodas. Buena presión de agua. Hay hervidor y nevera. Mikhail, el encargado de recepción, es muy amable. Todos los lugares de interés están a poca distancia a pie. También me gustaría destacar que la mayoría de los tours te recogen directamente en el hotel y te dejan justo al lado o en el Museo del Inmigrante, a cinco minutos a pie. Recomiendo reservar tours con Go West Tours: compra online en su página web; todo es fácil y cómodo. La Great Ocean Road, el desfile de pingüinos y Puffing Billy son imprescindibles. :) Para desayunar: Cuff, a dos minutos a pie; los huevos florentinos están riquísimos. Andiamo, también a dos minutos a pie, abre los domingos. Todo está delicioso, pero Cuff es mejor. Tienen terraza y un zumo de naranja excelente. Para cenar y comer: Tian38, un restaurante singapurense, está a la vuelta de la esquina; es delicioso. Recomiendo el menú del día por 65 $ por persona. O la deliciosa berenjena y el pollo hainanés. Fuimos tres veces y nos encantó. El Black Prince, un restaurante indio, está a 20 minutos a pie del hotel. Recomiendo encarecidamente el pollo con mantequilla británico. Al hacer el check-in, piden un depósito: 1 $ con tarjeta de crédito y 100 $ con tarjeta de débito. Si las tarjetas no funcionan, cobran 300 $ en efectivo, y solo en moneda local. Es un sistema un poco raro; soy el único hotel en Australia donde me ha pasado.

I stay at this park regularly and was a bit upset when l arrived this time to find l had been booked into a cabin towards the back of the park when l had booked and paid for a cabin with a lake view. The lady on the desk explained that there had been an error on the booking site saying that there was a water view cabin available at the time l booked when there wasn't any left. She then explained that the manager had rang and explained this to the people affected. I never received any phone calls or messages. I didn't receive any refund for the mix up and was told l had been given an upgrade to the cabin at the back of the park. The cabin we were given looked at the road, had a broken tile in bathroom in front of the shower, one light in lounge room not working, a broken glass in the cupboard, dirty cutlery in drawer and a TV that was so tiny other than that it was the same as the room with the lake view so how was it an upgrade ?

We stayed for 3 nights! The location is great! Super close to the Queen market and stations. We enjoy the SPA and swimming pool, the room is nice and clean. The kitchen facilities was not very enough! The cooking stuffs was very small. It was not enough to cook food for 4 ppl, and no oven equipped. One point made me very disappointed to the hotel. We left the room at 10:40am, and expected a cleaning service after we left. When we return after 3pm. The room was not cleaned, no bath towel, no replace of shampoo and shower gel, and the rubbish bin was totally full after 2 nights stay. I got a card at the door said we put a ”Do not disturb” sign (we didnt put) , and the staff wrote at 1:40pm. I went to the reception and bring the supplements myself. The receptionist said will investigate the situation, and it was no any follow-up and reply to me. This was the 1st time I have ever met, and it was a very bad ending in the au journey.
