El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, muy agradable y muy agradable. Mi petición era cambiar las habitaciones porque la que me asignaron tenía como única vista un muro menos de un metro de la ventana. En las plataformas de reserva, se enumeró como una habitación de economía, pero en ningún lugar se menciona tal vista, y mientras que las fotos muestran luz del día, es totalmente engañoso. No hay aparcamiento en el lugar, está situado en el lugar de un competidor en la carretera y es un servicio pagado. Este hotel es justo a escapar. Une hostesse à la réception qui vous répond,non sans un petit rictus, que l'hôtel est complet et qu'elle ne peut rien faire. Mi solicitud se refería a un cambio de habitación porque la que me había asignado tenía como único vista un muro situado a menos de un metro de la ventana. Sur les plates-formes, il est précisé chambre économique mais en aucun cas avec une telle vue et d'après les photos, on voit de la clarté mais c'est totalement trompeur. Il est juste regrettable qu'un hôtel 4 étoiles commercialise ce type de chambre. Pas de parking sur place, il est situé chez le concurrent en bas pour une prestation payante. Personnel sympathique à l'exception de cette réceptionniste.

Kotoni B&B has a nice hotel front for photo-taking. It is located near the Castle and Bazaar. Our Check-in was problematic despite having already spent some effort trying to clarify about bed arrangements/type way before arriving. Thought the matter was looked into satisfactorily only to find out otherwise upon arrival, which left us with no choice but to end up having to pay extra euro 175 for an extra room in two places over the 4-night stay. Hot water in the room was dangerously hot. To avoid being scathed by the boiling hot water in the shower, I had to resort to using the well- mixed hot water from the sink for my shower by containing the ater using my own cup! Didn't raise the issue with owner due to already being disappointed with the bedding issue. Didn't want to mar my stay further. Overall managed to still enjoy the stay at Gjirokaster and noted there are many accommodation options so will try to book at other places since I may return.

A beautiful, relaxing oasis in Gjirokaster– 5 Stars! Hotel Boutique Ergjeria exceeded all of our expectations. The property is gorgeous, meticulously maintained, and felt like a luxurious place to unwind. Best night sleep in all our many stops across Albania and the bathroom and shower were brilliant. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service; the family that own the hotel were incredibly professional, polite, and genuinely eager to help. From the beautiful room to the incredible breakfast, it was a flawless experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting! It is also within a short walk to the centre with a well lit pavement leading you straight there in under 5 mins with a great view along the way.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kalemi 2 in Gjirokastër! The hotel itself is full of charm, beautifully combining traditional Albanian architecture with modern comfort. The breakfast was absolutely delicious — fresh, varied, and served with care in a lovely setting. A small tip for travelers arriving by car: Google Maps can sometimes make mistakes when guiding you to the hotel, so it’s best to double-check the route or contact the reception for directions — the staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Gjirokastër — cozy, authentic, and with great hospitality!

El restaurante fue cerrado la primera noche y cambiaron nuestra habitación de una cama grande a 5 camas de niños que fue raro. Las dos TVs son sin sentido, no hay canales y no permite Netflix ni ningún servicio de streaming. También ofrecen algunas actividades divertidas al aire libre.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Small hotel room. Tv was pointless, couldn't login to Netflix or any services. No kettle in the room, fridge is outside your room which was nice. Good location, market across the road and restaurants all around. Parking included was nice.

Very pleasant young team with good English in charge of reception and the breakfasts. Terrace with stunning views. Just on the edge of the old town - everywhere easy to walk to and friendly (but don’t go for the gastronomy) restaurants. A comfortable place to stay.

Maradona es el anfitrión y viene a la terminal para recogerte, lo que es muy conveniente para las personas que viajan sin coche. Situado en el centro de la ciudad, en Bazar y en el castillo a 10 minutos a pie. Recomenda a la gente que se quede una noche para disfrutar de Gjirokaster.

We loved this place! The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nicely updated and the water pressure and temperature were good. I was pleased that they provided memory foam pillows.
