This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was still perfect. We want to express our appreciation for one of the staff members at check-in, Yuki. She remembered us—perhaps because of our limited Mandarin skills (haaaa....haaa.....)—and went out of her way to ensure we understood everything we needed to know. Yuki also reminded us to reach out to her or her colleagues if we needed any assistance. Her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable!!

This hotel is really fantastic, and we had an incredibly wonderful time here! The hotel's facilities are top-notch. In particular, the clay (pottery-making) facilities are extremely well-equipped. There's a dedicated pottery studio, and we even have instructors who are masters of intangible cultural heritage to teach us. This allows us to fully unleash our creativity and experience the magic of high-quality kaolin clay coming alive under our fingertips. When it comes to painting colored glazes, it's as if I've transformed into a little painter, using colors to depict the beauty in my heart. The hand-wrapped wontons for breakfast are absolutely delicious. They're not only nourishing but also incredibly tasty. That's why we decided to stay here for three whole days. The environment is also superb. The ”venting bottles” (a special decorative feature) in the backyard have become my go-to spot for taking photos. The pictures I take there have a great ambiance. The koi fish in the pond are so much fun; they actually follow people around. The hotel is very close to the ancient street. It's just an 800-meter walk, and you can get there in a few steps. Wearing the hotel's cheongsams (traditional Chinese dresses) for photos gives off a strong vibe of the Republic of China era. I saw many young ladies wearing them. I'll definitely come back here next time!

Este hotel pertenece al grupo turístico Wangxian Valley, con tres categorías de alojamiento: Yangxian Village, Xian Su y Cliffside B&B, con precios ascendentes. Elegí Xian Su, el de precio intermedio, por 1400 RMB la noche el 16 de marzo de 2026. Al hacer la reserva en Ctrip, solicité una habitación tranquila, y lo volví a recalcar al hacer el check-in. La recepción me ofreció un upgrade gratuito de habitación, pero desafortunadamente estaba justo al lado de la entrada del parking, por lo que fue bastante ruidoso por la noche y por la mañana. No dormí muy bien. Sin embargo, la habitación era fantástica, con un cerezo en flor espléndido justo fuera de la ventana, y el servicio fue excelente; el mayordomo respondía a todas mis peticiones por WeChat, lo que fue muy acogedor. El B&B está dentro del área escénica, y el precio de la habitación incluía dos entradas. El desayuno ofrecía mucha variedad. En general, quedé bastante satisfecho.

Está justo dentro del parque escénico, así que no hay que hacer cola todos los días para entrar y salir. El paquete incluye directamente dos entradas + entrada ilimitada durante dos días + desayuno. Por la mañana, cuando no hay turistas, puedes pasear por el Salto de Tres Cascadas y el Puente de la Luna Creciente, con la niebla matutina envolviendo las paredes blancas y los tejados grises, lo que permite sacar fotos sin gente. Por la noche, cuando se encienden las luces, todo el valle parece un escenario de una serie de fantasía wuxia, incluso mejor para las fotos que durante el día. El restaurante Weilou ofrece fideos de arroz de Qianshan, pasteles de arroz, crepes recién hechos, así como bebidas de frutas. Los niños disfrutaron mucho comiendo, las porciones eran generosas y no escatimaron en nada.

Grateful to the male counter staff who kindly lend his mobile number for online food ordering. Would be good if bathrobes were provided and quite disappointed with the breakfast buffet. Overall, the stay was good but will consider other hotels next time

I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. I would strongly recommending EVERYONE to stay at Shangri La Nanchang. Lastly, the bell boy and traffic control staff were always helpful and friendly in treating every guest with respect. Well done Shangri La Nanchang for training all your staff with pride and respect. ❤️💪👍😊 You can watch the fountain dancing every night at 7pm to 7.15 pm and 8pm to 8.15 pm. 🎄

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, sólo al lado de la puerta de Yunnan de Wang y puede llegar a unos 2 minutos a pie. El hotel tiene muchos lugares de estacionamiento. La tarifa de estacionamiento requiere auto-tratamiento. El viaje al hotel es muy conveniente. Todo el entorno es comer y beber. Es bastante conveniente. Puede caminar a pie de la casa de metro y la calle de Yunnan ～ a Wan Yuan No está lejos, a pie en diez minutos a pie se puede llegar al palacio y la calle Juwel. La habitación también es grande y se encuentra muy cómoda. El servicio de la recepción es especialmente bueno. This hotel is in a very beautiful location and there are a number of interesting places surrounding it that are walkable. The room itself was nice and I’d definitely stay again. The breakfast selection is great.
