Tengo que felicitar al hotel por su servicio. El personal es amable y atento, y el proceso de check-in fue rápido y eficiente. Se ofrecieron a ayudarme con el equipaje y me dieron recomendaciones fantásticas de lugares poco conocidos y comida auténtica. Siempre respondieron rápidamente a cualquier problema, mostrando una gran atención al detalle. Su servicio considerado alivió mi cansancio del viaje, haciendo mi estancia cómoda y acogedora. Obtuve una mejora de habitación gratuita. Muy satisfecho con las instalaciones y condiciones sanitarias dentro de la habitación. I had a perfect stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful, attentive, kind and always helpful. The room was spacious and always clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent, with parks, temples and convenience stores all within walking distance, and the metro just a short walk away. Every evening the area comes alive with a parade of people dressed up and taking professional photos, which gives the neighborhood a unique and vibrant atmosphere. Whenever I come back to Nanjing I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Very happy and excited to write this review. I would give 10 stars if possible. This hotel is truly a little treasure. We decided to splurge a little in Suzhou and found this hotel. It’s situated just a few steps from the main attraction street where you will see many people dressed up in hanfu taking pictures and enjoying themselves. This hotel is the only one of its kind where you can stay inside a traditional house with many beautiful gardens. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The fact that it was so close to the main attractions made it super convenient to go rest up in the middle of the day when it was too hot and too noisy. It’s like having a mini vision of the humble administrators garden privately just for you. Besides the excellent location and space, the service was also worth raving about. They picked us up timely with their golf cart and carried our heavy luggage🥹. As a foreigner, I wanted to deliver some stuff to the hotel and had input the wrong address… the lady at the friend desk was so proactive and helpful, I was so moved because she even offered to go pick it up from the wrong address I entered. I feel like I’ve never had such a kind and sweet host before anywhere and I just want to express my sincere thanks. 🙏 The breakfast was so plentiful and varied, we not only had more than enough to fill our bellies but our eyes as well because they all so well presented. If you are looking for a special place to stay, this is it!

The location is unbeatable—right inside the famous Shantang Street—making it incredibly convenient for exploring and perfect for capturing beautiful photos. Even within the hotel itself, the elegant garden-style interior creates a serene, picturesque setting that feels like stepping into a traditional Chinese painting. What I loved most was the hotel’s dedication to preserving and showcasing authentic Chinese cultural elements. From the subtle fragrance of seal incense to the presence of calligraphy details, every corner reflects a thoughtful commitment to tradition and artistry. The room was immaculate, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The bed linens were exceptionally soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Overall, this hotel is a rare gem—combining outstanding service, cultural richness, and a prime location. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay.

Una relajante estancia de una noche con un amigo, RSun era un lugar perfecto para relajarse. Gracias al maravilloso servicio de Turbo, el registro de entrada fue sencillo y la habitación pasó a ser una suite. Su inglés hablado era bueno y fue de gran ayuda durante nuestra estancia. La suite era enorme, hermosamente decorada, cómoda y limpia. Hicimos uso de las aguas termales y disfrutamos de nuestra estancia allí. Visitamos en febrero, por lo que el hotel y los manantiales no estaban ocupados. La comida en el restaurante era deliciosa cocina local. Recibimos un plato especial porque era el último día de las ***** vacaciones de año nuevo. Nos comunicamos usando una aplicación de traducción. Me hubiera gustado que el bar de abajo estuviera abierto. Había una buena selección de desayuno que se reponía. Elegiría quedarme aquí de nuevo.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. We left a bracelet in the unit and they helped to deliver a bracelet to us in Shanghai. It is near to Suzhou Industrial Park Railway station. The unit is comfy andbig with the 2 bedrooms.

This is a lovely resort in a beautiful and quiet location. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the restaurant serves a good selection of Chinese food with a few western options for kids. It is ideal to escape from the Hussle and bustle of city life.

La ubicación es muy conveniente, cerca de la estación de metro. El personal de recepción fue muy atento y servicial. Reservamos una habitación doble superior y nos hicieron un upgrade a una habitación más grande con buenas vistas. En el vestíbulo hay café recién hecho, palomitas de maíz y agua mineral caliente, todo gratis. La habitación la limpian a diario y estaba muy limpia.
