Stayed here for one night. Overall, it was an okay experience but with some downsides. The main issue was the noise — there’s a club opposite the hotel, and the music was very loud throughout the night. Even from our room (not directly next to it), we could clearly hear the bass, which made it quite difficult to sleep. The room itself was generally clean, but the bathroom could use improvement. The bathtub was slightly moldy and felt slippery, and the showerhead leaked, causing water to spread onto the bathroom floor. Food was average — nothing memorable. The chicken was overcooked and the noodles were a bit too salty. On the positive side, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a 7-Eleven conveniently located right next door. Overall, it’s an okay stay for a short trip, but the noise and bathroom condition were the main drawbacks.

Este lugar superó todas nuestras expectativas y somos viajeros ávidos. Todo comenzó con el más cálido saludo cuando entramos por las puertas y la oferta de galletas recién calientes en el check-in, la velocidad fue excelente, las tripulaciones fueron amables y siempre listas para ayudar. La habitación es básica pero tiene todo lo que necesitas, canales de televisión en abundancia, botellas de agua listas, excelente ducha y comodidades, etc. Si pudiera elegir algo, serían los pequeños ruidos de las tuberías por la noche, el aire acondicionado que podría haber estado bloqueado. mejor, pero en serio no tan malo. La cama es cómoda, la habitación está limpia y el espacio es suficiente. Muy cerca de lugares, fácil de conseguir coches. ¡Definitivamente regresaré!

We recently stayed for two nights at the Country Garden Seaview Suite by Nest Home. While the unit was clean and neat, there were several issues that affected our comfort: - The water heater was not working, which made showering inconvenient. - The sofa and cushions were wet upon arrival. Although a cleaner came and attempted to dry them with a hairdryer for about 10 minutes, the sofa remained soggy and had an unpleasant smell. - The room’s location facing a busy traffic junction made it difficult to rest. Noise from ambulances, car horns, and traffic persisted throughout the night, resulting in poor sleep quality. On a positive note, the room itself was tidy and well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, the combination of maintenance issues and noise disturbance significantly impacted the overall experience. We hope these concerns can be addressed to improve future guest stays.

The host was very friendly and provided clear prompts and instructions. The spacious apartment is great for families and has great wifi and TV channel selections. The only feedback is the damp smell from the towels. Thank you!

Great location, mall is nearby and Legoland is just 5mins walk away. Room is very big, spacious. Breakfast buffet has decent selections.

Location was good n da sea view super nice ,da cleaning can be more better cos da flooring feel Abit sticky n a lot of ants ,n also da room without cabinet to hang our clothing 😅 , easy to check in n da office counter girls are friendly 🤗

Overall stay was decent with great space and views, but some comfort issues. Pros: - The apartment is spacious with 4 bedrooms (2 king, 2 queen) and 3 toilets, which was perfect for our family. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and fans. - The kitchen is well-equipped with essential appliances such as a fridge, microwave, oven, rice cooker, and utensils. There is also a washing machine located at the balcony. - Located on Level 49, the view is beautiful, and you can even see Woodlands Checkpoint. - Common facilities on Level 8 include a swimming pool, gym, snooker room, and more. Cons: - The water pressure was extremely poor, making it very difficult for our family to shower comfortably. - The beds were quite stiff and hard, which affected sleep quality. - The air felt quite still and stuffy; having air fresheners around the house would have helped. - Some areas had spider webs, which affected the overall cleanliness.

Me sorprendió ver que había finas hormigas en la tetera... el personal de limpieza está más preocupado después de esto... la habitación parece estar limpiada rápidamente... el polvo/basura se acumula delante de la puerta... Me registré anoche a las 8.30... me tomó mucho tiempo limpiarla perfectamente... la superficie de la pared del baño ya estaba limpia... sucia...

Sand & Sandals has always been our choice resort when we stay in Desaru. We used to stay at this resort at least 4 to 5 time a year during 2006 till 2019. The rooms are large and very cozy and comfortable with easy access to the restaurants. Staff are very friendly and always ready to help out with a smile. Then Covid hit and we everything went haywire. We decided to return to this resort (from 15-18 April 2026) after a long absence. The resort still has its charm. Will make this our go to resort for our future trips. Cheers! Suhana & Imran
