Great new hotel in center location of Busra close to many attractions and valet parking available for convenience. Staff were outstanding and helpful. Breakfast had a large variety. My only feedback: - pillows were not comfortable - no coffee/live station at breakfast

El hotel está un poco tranquilo y cerca de la autopista, no tiene su propio estacionamiento, pero no hay problema porque la calle está tranquila. El hotel tiene una atmósfera muy agradable dentro y en el diseño. No hemos usado spa, pero sus habitaciones estaban limpias y amplias. Tiene un diseño y facilidad, pero sólo hay una cubierta de tijeras blancas, y no queríamos usarla, además de ella, en nuestra habitación hay té de cafetera, agua y granulado. Regresaré con el sabón y las cosas pequeñas en el baño... y con mucho gusto.

Hotel was clean and had classic design! Hotel amenities was superb! Breakfast was a good spread, fresh food and so many options! We stayed on a high floor and get to see the sunrise! Hotel is also nearby a mall full of eateries.

Beautiful Hotel, very quiet, even though it is on a busy road. Every one of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has high security, so no strangers and taxis can go through unless given permission. The breakfast was the only disappointment for me as l was expecting a whole lot more variety like some of the Hilton’s l have stayed with. I would still stay here again for sure.

Parking space is available if you come by car. Clean room & hygienic toilet. Good shower. Comfy bed & pillow. Good wifi. Good lighting & sufficient power points in the room. Few eating shops / restaurants next to the hotel if you want to eat. Breakfast is good & sufficient too. Pricewise, affordable.

Nothing to complain about, gets the job done. Budget friendly hotel.

Stayed here for one night to explore the city centre area and the Mount Uludag for ski, the hotel is near to bus stop so it’s easy to get to the city centre. Other facilities and the staff are very welcoming for foreign tourists. Since it’s not situated in the middle of the city, so the surrounding area is pretty quiet and easy to get a good night sleep

El servicio es muy bueno, pero no siento que nadie, la habitación está limpia y limpia, pero no hay nada malo alrededor, hay un supermercado al lado, el otro lado de Starbucks no tiene líneas de caballo que pasar, mira al mar, mira el mapa para caminar 55 minutos, ¡rriéndose!

El hotel está en una buena ubicación y es conveniente para viajar. Hay muchas rutas de transporte público en los alrededores para facilitar el viaje. El servicio del hotel es bueno y el chico guapo de la recepción brinda información útil. El tamaño de la habitación es adecuado, el espacio del baño es adecuado y las instalaciones son completas. El desayuno también es bueno y cubre las necesidades básicas. La sensación general es buena👍, ¡recomendado!

It was a nice hotel in a nice location we were there to enjoy ski in Uludag but we wanted to stay in city and had great access to restaurants and malls by 5 minutes walk staff were nice and I prefer bursa to Istanbul and this location was great , moreover valet service was great and concierge was so helpful
