Hoteles con Bares en Prefectura de Tochigi, Japón

Llegamos en el check-in a las 6:15, sin problemas, nueva habitación ryokan, limpia, con 2 fuentes calientes que me gustan mucho, cómoda, alojamiento cerca de las pistas de esquí.

Pretty nice overall. I stayed for 3 nights. The staffs are really nice and helpful. The room is spacious and has a really nice view, compared to the same price hotel near the lake. Just some comments on the meals. The hotel offers breakfast and dinner for my booking. Breakfast (mini buffet liked) options stay the same, I mean absolute same. For dinner, the first night is amazing, with chicken hotpot, steak, appetizer and dessert. Second night, beef Sukiyaki (kind of like beef hotpot with a sweet soup/sause and rawegg), appetizer and dessert. Kind of okay, I would say as I was hoping to see something more differerent and, to me, it is a bit like a downgraded version (not by far tho) of the first night. And the third night, beef Shabu-shabu (water based hotpot), appetizer and dessert. Quite disappointing as I would refer it more or less the same as second night maindish Sukiyaki but taking away the raw egg and sweet soup based. I would recommend staying for 2 nights max if you don't want to have hotpot everynight About the Onsen, there are one indoor and outdoor onsen each for men and women. Not too big, but the size is enough as there are not too many people using that during my stay. I am not sure if it is normal for Japanese Onsen but I see there is quite a number of materials in the outdoor onsen. I cannot tell what those are, kind of like dead skin to me tho. Not too comfortable with it (although I went there three times during my stay).

Quizás por eso, en las alas este y oeste hay que salir por una pasarela exterior para llegar al edificio principal o a los baños, lo que puede ser difícil en días de lluvia. Nada más llegar, tuvimos que cambiarnos de habitación debido al olor insoportable. Amablemente, nos cambiaron de inmediato a una mucho más acogedora, pero el olor persistía. Por suerte, esta habitación tenía dos ventanas, así que pudimos ventilarla fácilmente. El mobiliario era un poco soso. La televisión solo tenía unos pocos canales japoneses poco atractivos. El desayuno continental consistía en un huevo duro, zumo de fruta, ensalada con jamón cocido y yogur. Tuvieron la amabilidad de proporcionarnos suficientes adaptadores para los enchufes. El personal fue extremadamente amable y servicial.

Reservé una habitación de estilo japonés para tres personas. Era lo suficientemente grande y limpia. Solo había un baño pero no había baño en la habitación. Tanto los baños interiores como los exteriores son buenos, y también puedes reservar baños privados. No se proporcionan toallas en la casa de baños, por lo que deberás traer tus propias toallas de la habitación de invitados. El desayuno y la cena son de calidad media. Se recomienda hacer una reserva para cenar ya que no hay tiendas de conveniencia ni restaurantes cerca. Precauciones de transporte: este hotel está situado en la ”estación Kinugawa Koen”, a la que se puede llegar directamente tomando el tren Tobu en dirección a ”Shin-Fujiwara” desde la ”estación Shimo-Ama”. servicio de entrega, pero solo va a la ”estación Kinugawa Onsen” ”Y debe hacer una reserva en el momento del check-in. Un automóvil tiene capacidad para siete mochileros. Si hay maletas, generalmente solo tiene capacidad para cuatro personas. Al regresar a Tokio , se recomienda tomar el Tobu Express desde la estación Kinugawa Onsen hasta Asakusa a las 10:25.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the view was great. The free cocktail and coffee services in the lobby were nice, as well as the free drink bar (including one beer per person) near the entrance to the hot spring. The paid massage service was also good. The meals were decent, especially the grilled beef, which simply melted in my mouth. The restaurant staff welcomed us warmly and provided friendly service. Cons: The variety of hot springs was lacking, and the view from the hot springs was almost blocked, which was disappointing. The lockers for valuables used combination dials, and foreign guests often didn’t know how to use them, locking their room keys inside and struggling to reopen them. This was a major inconvenience. They should switch to a key-and-wristband system like other onsen hotels. The room itself felt like an old, once-grand mansion that had seen better days. The furniture had many scratches, and the surfaces were worn and peeling. It made me think it must have been impressive in the past. Still, the room was definitely more spacious compared to other hotels.

The bus goes from the station right to the hotel. Hotel is very family oriented - there were a lot big of families with children and also young couples. Onsen is spacious and has a sauna. Unfortunately it’s not tattoo friendly so my friend wasn’t able to enjoy the hot springs. Hotel has private onsen but it was fully booked. The hotel room was in Japanese style and had a small balcony

Went for work, staff wasn’t the nicest but were accommodating enough - the night staff was a little rude, but the morning staff the next day was kind enough. I had time to kill in the lobby, where there were free massage chairs, though they were a little beaten up. There were food and drink dispensers as well as a hot water heater and microwave for use. There are also public onsen style baths that I did not take advantage of, but they had many selections. The room I stayed in was nothing special, but was fine for the night I was staying. The location is not great but not terrible, as there is a supermarket nearby open until midnight My biggest piece of advice would be to rent a car if you are staying here; I took a cab then walked to the station the next day after my business in the area was done

This appears to be a new hotel only 11 minutes walk from the train station. It was probably the tallest building in town. The room was very clean as well as the facilities. We arrived at 2:00 and were hoping they would let us check in early but we could only check in, but had to wait until 3:00 to go to the room. They made others wait as well. They did have free alcohol from 6:00-9:00pm in the lobby. The breakfast was okay but not much variety. The room was nice, but probably the smallest I have stayed in while in Japan. It was a quick train ride to Ashikaga Flower Park which was nice since that was the reason we came here. The bed wasn’t soft but it wasn’t terribly hard either. Over all, a decent place to stay except for the size of the room.

Arriving at the train station, I found out the shuttle bus for the hotel wouldn't arrive for another 45 minutes, so we opted to walk there. It takes about half an hour but going uphill in the blazing sun was a bit torturous. The driveway is also very steep, so beware if you have a lot of baggage. Hotel has a wealth of history. It hosted a lot of famous guests in the early 20th century. Modern hotels are sterile in comparison. It's an old building, so is draughty and full of ancient furniture. This may be a turnoff for some but I found it completely charming.
