first of I would like to thanks always trip.com for very nice & convinient bookings everytime,we stay new sakura hotel,because the interior of the hotel is mostly sakura theme,the carpet,the gorgeous chandelier, the wall design,etc.or cherry blossom in Japan,& so very affordable prize,we spend only 18,000 yen for 2 adults,with 2 breakfast & 2 dinner.Very near from kinugawa onsen station,only 3 hrs.from Tokyo.We amazed the room,so very big for the two of us,for very cheap prize,can accomodate even 10 person,the buffet breakfast & dinner also is so good but the most I want to share is the drink all you can alcohol beverages for 1 hour,like beer,japanese wine,sours, all kinds of softhdrinks,I enjoyed for self service alcohol drink all you can!the hotspring also is very good but the cons is take care in the outdoor spring because of the concrete stairs,especially for the elderly when slippery,there's & a little bit far from our room,the young staff also at the counter is nice & most of them are young japanese lady,so very entertaining,so many free amusement like billiard,majong,etc.with a nice sorrounding sightseeng site.& last after check out they give 2000 yen discount coupon for the next visit,Thanks God & trip.com for a nice autumn tour moment in kinugawa onsen Tochigi Perfecture Japan

Tuve una estancia realmente maravillosa en Hatago Nagomi. Desde nuestra llegada, el servicio fue excepcional. El personal fue increíblemente cálido, atento y genuinamente atento. Su hospitalidad nos hizo sentir como en casa y muy cómodos durante toda nuestra estancia. La comida fue absolutamente increíble. Cada plato estaba presentado con esmero y preparado con esmero. Los platos no solo eran deliciosos, sino que también destacaban la frescura y la calidad de los ingredientes. Fue realmente uno de los momentos más destacados de nuestro viaje. La vista desde el hotel era impresionante. Con vistas al lago Chuzenji, el paisaje era tranquilo e impresionante, especialmente por la mañana. Despertar con una vista tan hermosa hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más memorable. Hoteles encantadores, el transporte puede viajar en autobús en la estación de trenes de la ira, ya sea comida o calor. Los decoraciones del hotel no son para los bienes de lujo fabricados por turistas, son antigüedades modernas y volverán a los hoteles de vacaciones.

一人旅にて連泊しました 三連休の真っ只中でしたが意外と泊まってる人が少ない印象でした。サービス的な部分では接客は結構良いとは思います。 お部屋部分では1人でしたのでシングルにしましたが快適に過ごせましたが、壁の外装部分が少し剥がれ気味なのは気になります（至る所に天井など）。8階でしたので眺めは良かったです。 朝食などは、屋上10階フロアでビュッフェ式でした。ごく普通程度の食事でした。 温泉はとても質がいいと思います。

This appears to be a new hotel only 11 minutes walk from the train station. It was probably the tallest building in town. The room was very clean as well as the facilities. We arrived at 2:00 and were hoping they would let us check in early but we could only check in, but had to wait until 3:00 to go to the room. They made others wait as well. They did have free alcohol from 6:00-9:00pm in the lobby. The breakfast was okay but not much variety. The room was nice, but probably the smallest I have stayed in while in Japan. It was a quick train ride to Ashikaga Flower Park which was nice since that was the reason we came here. The bed wasn’t soft but it wasn’t terribly hard either. Over all, a decent place to stay except for the size of the room.

La habitación es limpia y espaciosa. No hace falta decir que la higiene japonesa es muy limpia. El paisaje fuera de la ventana es pintoresco, con hojas rojas por todas las montañas y campos, y también me sumergí en las aguas termales al aire libre. La sala está equipada no solo con un juego completo de productos para el cuidado de la piel de las mujeres, sino también con un juego completo de productos para el cuidado de la piel de los hombres, incluido un juego completo de productos POLA. 佐野駅から閑静な小道を歩いて20分弱。 アネックスはとても静かできれい、そしておしゃれ。 レストランは古いように見えるが、とても趣がある。 お風呂はタイミングが悪く入れなかったが家族風呂のシステムのようで、夫婦でゆっくりするにはいいと思う。

Desde la estación Kinugawa Onsen, camine a lo largo del río durante 20 minutos y cruce el puente de hierro para llegar al hotel. El hotel está justo debajo del puente y se nota que se gastó mucho dinero en su construcción. Las aguas termales eran normales, la cena abundante y después de la cena había espectáculos acrobáticos. Se notaba que la mayoría de los turistas eran locales.

Everything was comfortable , maybe minor addition of a mirror instead of just one in the toilet. Also lighting could be brighter for certain areas as it gets quite dim in the evening . Dinner was perfect and they remembered my husband was a lefty and he wanted wasabi salt for his steak. That was a pleasant surprise, impeccable service and for the price we paid I think it’s a good value for Japan hotel standards
