Todos, especialmente limpiadores de personal amable y útil. Sala pequeña pero alojamiento grande y baño bien equipado y limpio. Muchos restaurantes alrededor. El mercado local cercano es un must-go. Un menos, sin embargo, el personal de la cuenta no puede entender fácilmente nuestras solicitudes. Sendai es un lugar excelente, pero el inglés no es una herramienta común para la comunicación.

the rooms are spacious and very clean. very good location. each floor have a balcony at hall way for smoking so its conveinent for me

The room itself was remodel, the rest of the area like bathroom and general area shows its age. But as with all hotel in Japan even when the building is old, the facility maangement is always top notch that everything is kept spotless. Meaning while the style of the decor is older everything is always like mint. Cannot get more central location its always next to the busier street of Sendai and few min walk to the train station. the triple room with 3 beds is perfect for our family of 4.

The location is close to Sendai Station, however, they should train the junior staff to be more helpful.

Buena ubicación sobre la estación Sendai. Limpia y cómoda. Las conmutaciones de luz eran demasiado pequeñas y oscuras para el anciano / pobre para ver. Ejemplo- las mantas (conteniendo los cristales y las tazas) eran negras y no tenían luz. No hay línea de lavandería. El baño tiene sólo 1 corto pendiente para colgar todas nuestras toallas / ropa.

早餐對於中國人來説，胃口小的女生可以，全日式早餐，品種較少。但是酒店服務設施都很好，我的是投影儀，房間還有很好的空氣凈化器，温泉雖小，但是乾淨舒適，前台可以挑喜歡的枕頭，拿面膜漱口水等。洗衣房服務挺好，有人烘乾完沒拿走，喊服務員會來幫忙取走。吧枱有免費咖啡飲料 門都是密碼鎖。除了附近比較偏僻，但是JR非常近，肉眼可見，方便。

The lobby was spacious to chill and nice, especially when the in-house pianist played some soothing classical. My room was decently cosy. My bed was a combined layout of 2 single beds, though one mattress was slumping low overworn out on its spring, while the other was firm. Felt kinda weird sleeping in the centre, which I usually do, with the gap and unevenness. Service was excellent and attentive. Kind assistance from front desk Loida, helping me to translate conveying a request I wanted to put across for my next hotel stop. There is a public bath on the 16th floor, nice and clean. Elevator is kinda slow though. Location is under 10mins walk from Sendai JR station, on a quiet stretch away from the bustling shopping area.

I am so glad I chose Komatsu-kan during my stay in Matsushima. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. When I told him I am a vegetarian, he kindly informed the kitchen to exclude animal flesh and seafood from my meal. (Usually, hotels ignored my food request, or they just gave me tofu and pickles for my meal.) The next morning, I was so surprised to see my breakfast. I loved the fresh salad, steamed vegetables, over-easy eggs, chawan-mushi, and the pickles even tasted better than before. Then the room surprised me with the pine tree and the beautiful sea view. The next morning I woke up at 4:45 to see the sunrise. Just from my room, I could see the sun slowly rising from the other side of the sea. Stunning! I really enjoyed the little Me time here. Actually, this hotel is well-maintained, and that helps raise the value of it. I also love the fresh little flowers right next to the washing basin. And the people working here are quite ya-sa-shi. They are kind and gentle. Generally speaking, this is a nice place worth staying and relaxing in.

The staff of the hotel was very nice and kind from the very start of the booking process, so informative when I asked about room type and the condition that I was looking for. I spend time there for 2 days 1 night with 1 room and 2 meals to celebrate my birthday with my sister. The hotel even passed the information to the restaurant staff and they were kind enough to sing the happy birthday song for me and also gave me a birthday gift. The room was cleaned well and has all the amenities you might need. The private bath was very good too.
