UUsuario invitadoLa cama super incomoda asi me pase tres noches, nunca me pude conectar a internet y la Señorita de la recepcion muy grosera queria picar y picar mi celular en vez de explicar, en su idioma senti como se dirigía de manera grosera a mi, eso me pareció muy desagradable ya no pude solicitar Internet, el lavabo del baño estaba tapado asi que tenia que esperar a que se fuera el agua para utilizarlo de nuevo, en la tina de baño donde esta la regadera hay tres servicios, shampoo, acondicionador y jabón de cuerpo, pero se caen con facilidad cuidado que no se caiga en el pie puede lastimarte fuerte. Pague un desayuno pero me pareció bastante malo no lo recomiendo. La ubicacion es buena. Habitación pequeña !

AAsikaliLa recepción, el servicio de conserjería y las instalaciones de las habitaciones son muy buenas. Hay mucho café en cápsulas UCC, té local y agua mineral para preparar té. El desayuno es muy rico y regularmente hay comidas especiales. Es muy bueno si no puedes comer lo suficiente por la mañana. Si te quedas un día consecutivo sin limpiar, recibirás un vale de 1.000 yenes, que podrás utilizar para gastos de hotel, especialmente para el desayuno. La ubicación está a solo 6 minutos de la parada de autobús y hay muchas comidas deliciosas en el mercado de Omicho. En definitiva, se trata de un hotel japonés que deja una profunda impresión.

QQueksFamPara una familia de 4, tengo nulas quejas. ¡Tasas razonables! Había 4 super camas y la habitación es tan espaciosa. Habían bebidas complimentarias de 11am-8pm! ¡La mejor parte, están justo al lado de la estación JR y el terminal de autobús. También hay 2 tiendas cercanas que es absolutamente maravillosa.

UUsuario invitadoWe originally got a room that was smoky probably due to previous guests but the housekeeping did not do a good job of getting rid of the smokiness (take note the hotel is supposed to be non smoking I think). We called the reception who proceeds to change our room to another floor and they made sure this time there's no ciggarette smell. That wasted a bit of our time but a good gesture to change our room. House keeping needs to make sure to check room properly especially for those with families. Son had a bit of a coughing fit when he entered the room due to the smoke.
Location was strategic and they provide free parking in the mall parking.

DDodoandrobinThe hotel is old and the room is clean but not well cleaned especially the corners of the room. The room is old and dull and the toilet smells bad. The balcony is covered with bamboo screen which make hard to see the outside. We can see the balcony is not well cleaned and the rooftop of the building is not well cleaned, too. If they clean the balcony and rooftop it will make a big difference. The fence at the balcony is worn out if they repainted it,it will be very beautiful seeing from the inside. I dont care if the building is old but they should keep it well cleaned and more presentable and im sure people will come again. The food is good and the bathing facilities is also good but its too hot no air at all, i didnt stay long because i cant breath i wish they open the window for fresh air to come. the atmosphere from the window the dried mold of the rooftop and the worn out of the balcony fence should be fix.The place is very quiet and you can really relax.The main entrance and ground floor is renovated and its nice and modern. The service is good too but the clerks are not lively they should be more cheerful.
If the room is not dull and the balcony and rooftop is clean i want to stay again but sorry i wont stay here again.

RRussell3007Salga por la salida este de la estación de Kanazawa y camine unos 200 metros hacia la ciudad. Está a la izquierda. El transporte es realmente conveniente. Si tienes mucho equipaje, esta es tu primera opción.
A juzgar por la experiencia actual, los hoteles para fumadores en Japón son generalmente un poco más antiguos, pero las habitaciones y la ubicación son en general bastante buenas.
¡El hotel también ofrece natto tradicional japonés y sopa de miso para el desayuno! ¡Lo elegiré la próxima vez!

UUsuario invitadoI only left this place this morning, but I already want to go back. It felt like a home, the host/owner and his wife are super lovely, greeted me every time I came back or said goodbye to me whenever I left. It felt like I was coming home at the end of the day. You get a tea on arrival and I opted for the bento box breakfast for my first morning. I came down at 10 and it was there waiting for me, they play nice Japanese music while your waiting downstairs, although the hosts weren’t fluent in English we could communicate just fine, there English was good enough, although I did try to speak Japanese, the room was so nice and big, I love a tatami room it’s so cosy, I liked snuggling up in the bed at night and watching my tablet, the bathrooms where nice and I just loved the ryokan feel. If I ever find myself in kanazawa again which I willl, I will most definitely stay here again! If you don’t book here your not doing kanazawa right.

EeasyyongOur stay in Morino Sumika was wonderful. This hotel is probably one the best Hotel (Ryokan) We’ve ever stayed in Japan. We are so impressed with their service. The staffs are polite and responsive even though language barrier. We stayed in a room with open air bath type with balcony looking at the slope garden and hotel itself. The architecture is stunningly beautiful. Room are spacious and bigger than we had expected. The room layout is great. We are so amazed with the hotel facility and everything in the hotel that we want to spend much more time at the hotel rather than going out.
The hotel is about 5 km away from Kagaonsen Station in the area called Yamashiro Onsen. They offer shuttle service which we contact them via email. Yamashiro Onsen is very nice and calm.
FYI… Kagaonsen Station is 20 minutes travel from Kanazawa by Hokuriku Shinkansen… very convenience..

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great choice for both comfort and accessibility. Would definitely stay again.

UUsuario invitadoExcellent onsen hotel in quiet yet popular location .. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Taiku drums nightly show was fun and great draw for families with kids. We stayed on a very busy weekend and hotel’s breakfast and dinner were fully booked. NTL the hotels casual restaurant was very good, menu and price wise; also excellent location to see the drum show . Easy walking distance (5-10 minutes) to Main Street of Yamashiro, tho not in middle of it. Free drinks and snacks in lounge very pleasant. Free shuttle bus to KagaOnsen station is popular .
Most thankful to hotel’s customers service in answering a few requests we made within 24 hours prior to check-in. Except for meals which were fully booked , they catered for our requests, and with prompt emails communication.
Would highly recommend hotel Rurikoh , when visiting Yamashiro.
