The room we had was very spacious and comfortable however, there were small insects in the rooms and the locks on two of the windows were broken. The restaurant service was extremely poor, it took over 1 hour to get our meal order, the portion of food served for breakfast was limited. Hair was on the fruit salad for 2 consecutive mornings. Staff were very friendly especially Mrs Beverly. She was amazing!

Best Hotel I’ve stayed at in mobay. The staff are amazing and so is the food. Perfect for solo travellers. I have stayed here on two occasions and both never disappointed

This was my first all inclusive hotel experience in jamaica. It was excellent from check in point onwards. All staff members were exceptional, customer service second to none. The variety of food included traditional as well as other selections and was great. If there was a downside it would be the traffic noise that could be head from room 643, maybe a better sound barrier would help. Also even though it is not totally the responsibility of the hotel, they arranged for transportation to the airport, approximately 5 minutes away for which we were charged £37 for 2 people! A better choice of taxi driver who charges a fairer price should be considered. Despite that I would definitely use S hotel again and recommend to others, especially those who only trust the larger more commercial establishments

Todo superó nuestras expectativas. El personal fue muy amable y atento, dispuesto a satisfacer todas nuestras necesidades. El desayuno estuvo increíble, con muy buenas opciones. En resumen, fue una estancia excelente. Sin duda, volveré.

Karen and her daughter were wonderful. Great hosts. The view on the hill looking down on the ocean and the town was beautiful. Quiet, private and relaxing. Very comfy beds and quite a few restaurants close by. I'll be back.

Nuestra estadía en Montego Bay durante medio mes fue realmente increíble y valió la pena cada centavo. Repeated guest at this hotel. The hotel is spectacular. The food is amazing. Cooked with Love. The amenities is superb, nightly entertainment top tier. There is something to do every day. The environment is clean and their commitment to an eco friendly environment is unmatched. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a preferred choice. Wait! did i mention the service, it’s like the staffs are handpicked. Courtesy, professionalism, politeness and warmth is just simply top tier. Shout out to Tashana Reservation agent. Big up yourself for an exceptional service. Big up all the staff there. Great team. Love it there.

El ambiente era bueno. El primer día de llegada, la recepción dijo que había un evento para celebrar el décimo aniversario del hotel, al que debe asistir la familia. En repetidas ocasiones preguntamos si el consumo era necesario y la respuesta no era necesaria, pero no dijo cuál era el evento. Nos reuniremos en el vestíbulo del hotel a las 7:45 de la mañana siguiente. Cuando pusimos nuestros pasaportes en la habitación, dijimos que no participaríamos más. El hotel no estuvo de acuerdo, y luego nos llevó a la habitación modelo, que era su evento. Hagamos membresía. Un total de $ 13,900. Nos negamos. En este sentido, ¡no tengo una buena impresión de este hotel! Es muy amigable con los pasaportes de EE. UU. Y Canadá, y con el pasaporte chino. Si quieres ir de vacaciones a países del Caribe, Cuba es mejor.
