Wir haben es spontan gebucht.Wir sind sehr spät eingereist leider konnte der nachportier weder deutsch noch englisch sprechen ,jedoch war die Dame am Tag Dienst sehr Freundlich, Hilfsbereit und sehr nett.Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht als wir das Zimmer eintraten.Zimmer und Bad waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Bett war auch sehr bequem. Unsere Zimmer war mit Terasse ,Man kann auf der Terraase Rauchen. Schließlich waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden jede Zeit wieder Buchen. Danke für Alles.

Ótimo hotel, fica numa região próxima (20 minutos de carro) de Florença! Quarto ótimo com aquecedor central banheiro grande e chuveiro quente e com ótima pressão! Café da manhã muito bom. Espaço ótimo e atendimento sempre pronto a ajudar. Único ponto que não foi 100% foi o restaurante a noite com poucas opções e sabor um pouco sem graça da refeição. Voltaríamos com certeza.

Aproximadamente 15 minutos en coche de Florencia. Estacionamiento gratuito está disponible, así que puedes estacionar y salir a la ciudad en autobús. La habitación está bien equipada con desayuno en buena relación calidad-precio. Situación super. Central y sin embargo tranquila por la noche (en ventana cerrada). Baño fresco renovado. cama muy dura, pero no demasiado dura. Personal amable y muy esforzado. En comparación hay deliciosas piezas de pizza que se puede comer confortablemente delante del hotel. Todo es muy recomendable.

XXiscoZWEl hotel en general increíble. Muy limpio y tenía de todo incluso mi habitación venía con una terracita. Todo muy moderno e intuitivo.
Cerca de la estación de tren que se puede ir caminando. Y de nuevo a 20-25min caminando de los lugares de interés turístico más interesantes. Desayuno bueno pero reducido en variedad.
Lo único malo que le pondría sería por el aislamiento del ruido con la habitación de al lado.
Mi habitación 415 con la que era vecina del 417 si no recuerdo mal.
Entre estas dos habitaciones había una puerta que obviamente estaba cerrada; pero lo malo fue el “ruido” que genera y la falta de privacidad. Podía escuchar sin prestar atención casi todo lo que estaba haciendo. No culpo a los coreanos que estaban al lado riéndose, viendo videos,…; pero la verdad este aspecto se tendría que tener en cuanta para tener una experiencia mucho mejor.
Todo lo demás fue perfecto.

AAОтель находится в очень маленьком городке. Сам отель - хороший. Мне достался новый номер, шума не было. Очень чисто убирали каждый день. Из недостатков могу отметить: отсутствие шампуня, плохо работающий холодильник и отсутствие стаканов в номере.
За стаканами я обратилась на ресепшн, меня послали в бар, где выдали пластиковые стаканы.... Сама взяла стеклянные, поскольку не пью из пластика.
Отель и сама Тиррения - идеальное место для отстранения от мира. Жизнь в городе замирает часов в 8-9. Ходить некуда.
В 2х минутах ходьбы от отеля хороший супермаркет и несколько ресторанов. Ни в одном из них еда особенно не впечатлила.
Море - шикарное. Очень чистое. За чистотой пляжа тоже следят.
В получасе езды на автобусе от отеля - Пиза. Делать там нечего, кроме посещения башни, но это недолго - максимум минут 30.
Благодарю за отдых.

La actitud de servicio del personal de servicio hacia los asiáticos es promedio, desearía haberlo pensado demasiado. La habitación en la que nos alojamos era muy, muy ruidosa y había mucha gente haciendo ruido al borde de la carretera temprano en la mañana. Está cerca de una estación de tren y de una parada de tranvía, y los tranvías son muy ruidosos. No recomendado para personas que tienen problemas para dormir.

UUsuario invitadoEs tan asombroso Hay un campamento militar al lado y vives con soldados. Te sientes tan seguro. Todos son muy amigables, desde los turistas hasta el personal y los soldados. Hay todo tipo de instalaciones, incluida lavandería de autoservicio, piscina, restaurante y supermercado. No son caros, la calidad es buena y el precio de la habitación es barato. A las personas que duermen ligero no se les recomienda reservar una tienda de campaña. Nos quedamos dos noches y hubo una tormenta la primera noche. Fue tan cómodo dormir escuchando la lluvia y los truenos. El ambiente es impresionante. Al otro lado de la calle está el autobús número 14 que te lleva a varias atracciones del centro de la ciudad en 20 minutos. Puedes comprar el billete directamente al lado del autobús. No existe zona restringida para conducción autónoma. ¡Todo es perfecto! ¡Gracias al hotel y a Ctrip por brindarnos una experiencia tan buena!

UUsuario anónimoPros: While we checking in there was someone carrying luggage for us to our room, there was a bottle of wine and two small bottle of water as complimentary for the first night.
Location is near to S.M. Novella Station and bus station so it's a perfect.
Breakfast was a 4 star standard and the taste more or less the same throughout my trips in 3 different hotels so no complain.
Cons: the shower pressure was really small and the heater inside the room was not working, after the first night experience we asked the front desk the next morning if they could check for us but ended up the shower pressure was really small, if there is a measurement lowest from 1 to highest 5, the pressure was definitely 1. So we aren't sure if they did send someone to check or not but one thing for sure they never update us after that and the heater switch remains the same as before I complained. It was really cold.
One evening around 7pm - 8pm as the hotel is actually located kinda like an alley and bit darker so a guy was suspiciously following us at our back and we have to almost run back to our hotel and while we ran he speed up as well so it's really scary better not to be alone walk back hotel.
Overall, location and breakfast are good. Service could be improved imo.

Las instalaciones de las habitaciones están bien conservadas, y los armarios, escritorios y mesitas de noche de madera son muy antiguos. El chico de recepción es muy simpático y súper masculino. Florencia es digna de ser la cuna del Renacimiento. Sólo el desayuno es demasiado simple.
