I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Newtown City, Kolkata with my mother and my son. The amenities and overall environment were excellent, very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Everything was well managed and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

Ibis Kolkata Rajarhat offers a convenient location and clean, compact rooms with friendly service. However, the Wi-Fi connectivity in the rooms is poor and inconsistent, which can be frustrating, especially for business travelers. While the hotel is suitable for a short stay, the unreliable internet is a significant downside for those needing a stable connection.

Отель хороший. Отдых отличный. Местоположение отличное. Отель находится на туристической улице Рядом исторические места, музей Индии, мемориал Виктории, рестораны ночные клубы. В отеле чистый большой бассейн, есть отличное спа, большой спортзал много новых тренажёров и гантели и штанги. В ресторане вкусный завтрак в формате шведского стола. Есть нюансы второй этаж для тех кто курит в номерах, но даже в холле на втором этаже очень сильный запах. В номерах на втором этаже нет вытяжки. На четвертом этаже нет запаха сигарет. Номера для не курящих. Постельное белье не свежее, и плохо отстиранное. подушки старые в разводах, в номере плохо убрано, не чисто. Номера подушатанные и требуют обновления. Вода в душе плохо уходит номер 254 и номер 454. Дверь в санузел с большими щелями и плотно не закрывается и все что происходит в санузле очень сильно слышно. Цена номер переоценена. В целом за такой номер на двоих человек 6000 руб. Это дорого, максимальная цена для этого номера 3500 руб максимум.

I have used this Hotel on a couple of occasions. It is a ”transit” hotel, not one I would expect to use for more than one night. Staff are very good, friendly and helpful. Food at Breakfast is very good, I have not dined in the evening but there is a restaurant. There is a bar area though most guests seem to stay in there rooms. Pleasant outdoor sitting areas though a lot of building work was being done in November 2025 It may look close enough to walk to the airport but it is NOT. Take a taxi, staff helped me obtain an UBER cab at Rs/110

El hotel es un hotel de calidad muy alta, muy limpio y muy agradable. Los chicos en la recepción trataron de añadir con la moda algunas cargas extras cuando me ingresé, lo que fue frustrante cuando me pagó en el frente, así que me alegro de que estaba concentrando!

Es un hotel flotante que no me di cuenta. Muy cómodo y hermoso hotel Todo el personal era tan amable Para Instagramers, sería el cielo El desayuno era brillante con curry, nan, zapati y dulces ***y. Es flotante pero muy cómodo Sólo 1 edición l, no papel higiénico ni tejido en ningún lugar incluso en una habitación Sería una cuestión de la India, no una cuestión de hotel, sin embargo, ¡Me encanta este hotel!! Definitivamente recomendará a mis amigos también

La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. Nawab, el *** que ayudó con coches, fue una verdadera ayuda fenomenal. Llamó a mi viaje y me aseguró que mi viaje fue bien, y me llevó y el coche cargado y en mi camino.

Excellent location and service, checkin was a breeze, even though we were early at 12:30 We ordered food in evening room service and same was of good quality and taste 👍 Will come definitely come back again.

One strange thing to come accross is they don’t allow Outside food !!!! I.e Swiggy - Zomato etc , so it’s clearly that you have to get abused by their food ….if this the policy of this property then kindly have it posted on your listing also - !!!!!!! All your listings across the online platforms should be mentioned as “NO OUTSIDE FOOD” - you cannot keep the customers in the dark and tell them when they come in for check in !!!!!!! Bad !!!

It was great staying in this Hotel, very clean and the food is really very delicious. Staff are frankly, helpful and approachable Would definitely recommend others
