We stayed at Hilton for two nights with our kids and we all absolutely loved it. It was clean and staff was warm. We definitely recommend Hilton to all those who wants to stay in a clean place.

The hotel is first class. The quality is very good. Breakfast had a lot of choice. Staff kept asking if everything was okay. It was nice, but a little too much. They made tea exactly the way I like it. This was excellent service. The parathas were very tasty. The coffee was not good. It tasted like instant coffee. They should offer proper filter coffee or Americano. Munhendra and each every staff was very helpful. They tried hard to help everyone. Room 919 had no proper hot water in the shower. The valve needs fixing every day.  I suggest avoiding room 919. Overall, a very good hotel with great service.

Very disappointing experience. When we arrived no wifi in hotel and being far away from family during these turbulent times not ideal. Then when we went to the room to unwind the TV was not functional and they stated the situation would not be solved that evening. After a long flight we figured at least we could take a nice hot shower and to our dismay no hot water. Not a good start to our experience. Following morning still no wifi thik late evening. Figured a swim might be worthwhile in the late afternoon and were told pool was under maintenance for a few days but we were not notified of this even at check in time. We usually book hotels on vacation or even for business getaways with down time in mind and this felt more stressful than relaxing. Staff overall was friendly at breakfast and at the desk but was disappointed with how management handled it. No offer of apologies or complimentary anything despite the challenges. Heard lemon tree was supposed to be a good brand but won't be booking again. Oddly we got water the other evenings only after informing them we needed hot water. They would tell us that they will inform the engineers to turn it on. And another thing I found odd which I have not experienced is that you can only connect max 2 devices to wifi but both my husband and I have devices that we need connected eg lap top, cell phone and tablets. Difficult to pick only 2 per room.

Due to the original hotel being fully booked and our reservation suddenly getting canceled, we had to make a last-minute switch to this luxury five-star hotel. Although some of the facilities are a bit dated, the service still meets five-star standards. The breakfast is especially worth mentioning — it offers a wide variety of options and tastes excellent. I also booked a room for a colleague. I’m not sure what criteria were used for evaluation, but despite being a Ctrip Diamond member, I wasn’t upgraded, while my colleague was. Overall, though, the stay was still reasonably worth the price.

Me alegro mucho de mi estancia en el Grand Hyatt. Lo hago todos los años. Fue mi cumpleaños y Celine (no sabe la ortografía correcta, tal vez Selene) fue tan amable en arreglarnos el pastel. El hotel de la ciudad de Checkin fue muy amable y profesional, nos ayudó a llevar nuestros bolsillos a la habitación. Al checkout, Alisha era muy útil y amable, así fue su gerente (no se le dio su nombre), nos caminaron todo el camino a la puerta. Amit también mostró un gran servicio al ayudarnos con nuestros bolsillos, y Vinay también en la puerta delantera fue tan amable y útil con nuestros bolsillos. La ubicación es también muy buena. 35 minutos al aeropuerto si no hay tráfico, media hora de viaje a DLF Cyberhub para una gran cena. Oh y en invierno sirven un delicioso chocolate caliente como bebida de bienvenida. El desayuno también fue fantástico. Tengo que probar los placeres locales que normalmente no tengo tiempo para probar como la Bun Maska. 10/10 Recomendar Grand Hyatt!

Exceptional Hospitality & Delicious Cuisine! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. La habitación era muy confortable y muy confortable. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, con muchas atracciones a pie. También disfruté del desayuno y del buffet de cena, que tuvo una gran selección de platos locales e internacionales.

Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a decent experience. The property is very neat and clean, which is always a top priority. The room’s air conditioning was just okay — it worked but could have been more effective, especially in the sun-facing rooms, which tend to get uncomfortably hot during the day. One downside is that the rooms are located right next to the lift, so you may experience some noise from foot traffic and elevator use. Breakfast options were quite limited, which might not suit guests looking for variety in their morning meal. That said, while the hotel is small, it stands out as one of the best in its category within Sector 29. If you’re looking for a clean, budget-friendly stay in this area, it’s worth considering — just try to avoid the sun-facing rooms if you’re sensitive to heat.
