There's a lot that's right with this hotel. Room is clean, bright and modern looking. If there is such a thing as a super king size bed then this would be it. Comfortable firmness with 4 pillows. Bedroom slippers, hand towels and usual toiletries provided. Water pressure and temperature control is good. I really appreciate having usb/electrical outlets next to each side of the bed. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms available. I have to say their breakfast spread is the most varied that I have ever seen. Loads of choices and it came with a nice view as the restaurant is on the 17th floor. Service was a bit slow when it came to clearing the used plates if you're not near the service station but still acceptable. All the staff that we encountered were very polite and friendly, from front desk to housekeeping. Location wise it's quite central. Lots of cafes and a few mini marts around the hotel area. Can use grab if you need to go further.

Hotel is nice and quite central placed to all attractions and malls in Surabaya. Service was top notch and I love how there are water dispensors near each floor's lift lobby to help eliminate plastic waste and encourage reusable bottles. The only critique I have is that the towels and toilet seat look quite old. The fibers are sparce and thin, and the seat is visibly glued back after it broke). Hairdryer is also available only on request. Otherwise, it is a really nice hotel and I will definitely still come back here the next time I am in Surabaya.

Batu has been one of my favorite destinations in Indonesia and this is mainly thanks to this hotel. The place was magnificent, the breakfast incredible but more than that all the staff were super nice and welcoming the servers, the cooks, the security, the room staff and the reception staff!!! Thank you very much for you’re kindness !😊

La ubicación es excelente, el smakdab derecho en el centro turístico de Surabaya, la Ciudad Vieja o ”Kota Lama”. La limpieza es sabia y bien, las hojas de cama son la única cosa que necesita más limpieza. El servicio es excelente. Y las instalaciones sabias, la única cosa que falta es un secador de pelo.

Everything about the hotel is exemplary except the toiletries ! Fragrance is not acceptable and I dreaded shower. Hotel has a 360 degree and you can see whole of Surabaya! Spectacular. A big mall, catering to big brands and international Tuntungan plaza is around 20 mins walk. Another big mall, local BG Junction is around 10 mins away. Location is good ! Including eateries nearby. Breakfast was the best I've experienced; amazing spread including local flavors. Absolutely tantalizing.

¡El aire acondicionado de mi habitación está calentísimo! Creo que este hotel debería revisar el aire acondicionado de todas las habitaciones para que le den mantenimiento. ¡Qué mal si duermes y el aire acondicionado está mal!

Apartamentos: Hay una piscina, una hermosa vista a la ventana y un desayuno buffet. Buena • Cerca de tiendas convenientes, Circle K e Inomaret. • Cafe cercano, Kedai 27. • Nearby coin lavandery shop. • Hay un mini refrigerador. • El desayuno fue bueno, varias opciones. Bajo • La caja de compressor de aire en el balcón puede ser un poco ruido por la noche. • El baño era pequeño y el bañón se separaba.
