Overall OK, good location, easy access & so many cafe nearby. Even the breakfast also so good like so many local foods that can try. Just one thing no iron inside the room & asking to send iron to room they just take note but not send the iron .

Esta fue la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel y la experiencia siempre fue increíble. Realmente nos gustó la habitación que reservamos esta vez y el ambiente, la vista y la experiencia fueron buenos. Lamentablemente, los platos durante el desayuno fueron bastante sosos y la variedad fue muy limitada, pero realmente nos gustaron las reubicaciones en los pisos superiores, tuvimos muy buenas vistas e hicieron que todo el desayuno fuera bastante agradable. De todos modos, siempre recomendaremos este hotel y definitivamente nos hospedaremos aquí nuevamente en el futuro, 😁

Batu has been one of my favorite destinations in Indonesia and this is mainly thanks to this hotel. The place was magnificent, the breakfast incredible but more than that all the staff were super nice and welcoming the servers, the cooks, the security, the room staff and the reception staff!!! Thank you very much for you’re kindness !😊

We choose to stay in Swiss-Bel due to our great experience with Ciputra in Semarang which is owned by Swiss-Bel. Unfortunately, Swiss-Bel Surabaya can't compete with Ciputra Semarang. Both hotels have similar pricing, but Ciputra has a much better atmosphere and amenities. Swiss-Bel Surabaya has no bar area. The breakfast is served in the lobby where guests check-in and people outside walk by. The food choice is much less than Ciputra and Swiss-Bel Malang. However, the hotel itself is good and breakfast sufficient if you don't compare it with Ciputra and Swiss-Bel Malang. One thing which absolutely needs to be improved is that jam, chocolate paste and peanut paste should be served in cups, not jars where guests have to scoop out the sweetness themselves with a knife or spoon. This is unhygienic and not tasteful.

The location is really close to anywhere. All the employees are super friendly and helpful. This is our stay for the second time. We went back to Santika Premier Gubeng was because the location, the cleanliness and the breakfast was impeccable.

The hotel is clean and spacious. Very well located in the centre of the city with Jl. Tunjungan just outside of the hotel. The soundproofing is very good that we barely hear any noise from a construction site just beside the hotel. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of food choices and tasty though. Highly recommended.

We had a good stay at Grand Whiz Praxis. The views from our room were great but although being on the 18th floor it was very noisy, be it the streets, the neighbours or some workers drilling and hammering at 11:30 pm. Also the rooms was quite illuminated at night from the windows and hallway. Breakfast was good. The hotel seems quite new and is partly still under construction but is not really well maintained as many appliances show signs of usage. Our stay was good but I would probably choose a different hotel the next time.

Location at the center of surabaya, you can go north, west, east easily - medium distance. The food is taste is just okay recommended for transit hotel, where you need a bit time for rest.

Instalaciones: buenas Higiene: bien Buen ambiente buen servicio La ubicación es muy buena, ubicada en el centro de Surabaya. Me alojé aquí por tres noches y tuve una buena experiencia.

Very comfort place to escape, i arrive at 1 pm and wait for short time to check in. the location is very good, near to main shoppping area of tunjungan plaza. There are many food recommandation around this hotel. I hope i can go there again
