The most fancy hotel with a fully affordable price. Beautiful design both in the hotel and inside the rooms. A whole fridge of 5 bottles of free drink feels out of this world. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. However be careful when you search on the Google map, really put the hotel's full address to avoid confusion as Google maps might take you to a nearby place within the same hotel group and the parking entrance is not easy to find if you are a pedestrian. The proper front door opens to a beautiful street that takes you right to the town centre though.

The perfect location in central Wernigerode for your stay. An easy walk to the castle, the steam Brockenbahn and the main railway station from here, as well as all the local cafes and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful, although little to no English is spoken here, so brush up on your German before travelling. Breakfast is plentiful and first class, the rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms and there is a fridge in each room. WiFi is excellent. I'll be staying here again on my next trip to Wernigerode.

Estaba caliente, acogedora habitación. Ponieron una historia de la cama junto a la cama. Eso fue lindo. La historia se refiere al nombre del hotel. Maravilloso!!! El hotel está cerca del centro de la ciudad de Navidad!!! Puede sentirse el Navidad en el aire!!! Está a 15 minutos de la estación, fácil de encontrar. Delicioso desayuno. Todos fueron tan amigables!

It's a sort of antique hotel. However, it's worn down and lacks the magical atmosphere it should have. The rooms are small and inadequate (for the price paid). Breakfast options are limited. The waiters are helpful. Being right next to the old city is an advantage. And nice garden .

El hotel está situado justo al lado de la estación de tren y ofrece un buen punto de partida para una escapada urbana. Sin embargo, el hotel está un poco anticuado, y el mobiliario, por lo tanto, también es anticuado y deja mucho que desear. El baño no está muy limpio, y la ropa de cama y las cortinas están manchadas. El desayuno estuvo bien. El personal fue muy amable, simpático y servicial.
