This resort feels like an oasis in the middle of the desert. Beautiful, spacious, impeccably clean, and every bit deserving of its 5-star reputation. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and thankfully free from any cigarette smell. The laundry room was another pleasant surprise, equipped with new and well-maintained washers and dryers, with detergent provided for guests' convenience. All meals are included and served in the dining hall, making the stay truly hassle-free. The food was consistently good, with hotpot available for dinner. Drinks, snacks, and refreshments were also available throughout the day. It would be difficult to leave this place without gaining a little weight! 😜 Given the size of the resort, guests may occasionally need to use the resort's transportation to get around. Fortunately, the waiting time was minimal, and we were able to travel between locations quickly and efficiently. One minor drawback of the resort's impressive size is the walking distance to some rooms. The accommodation blocks are built in a circular layout, and our room happened to be located on the opposite side from the escalator landing. This meant walking past nearly 50 rooms every time we returned to our room. While this could be inconvenient, we did notice that the rooms closer to the escalator often had a noticeable cigarette smell in the corridor. By contrast, our section at the far end was completely free of smoke odours, which made the extra walk worthwhile. Whether these were designated non-smoking rooms, I'm not entirely sure. What truly sets this resort apart is the range of activities and entertainment on offer. Guests can enjoy camel rides, ATV adventures, flying fox rides, guided stargazing walks, and nightly concerts and performances complete with spectacular fireworks displays. 🌌🐪🏍️🎆 For those looking for a Club Med-style, all-inclusive holiday with a unique desert setting, I would highly recommend this resort. It offers a memorable experience that combines comfort, adventure, entertainment, and excellent food in one remarkable destination.

El hotel a los pies de Chi Le Chuan ofrece un servicio excelente. La recepcionista vio que llegamos tarde con niños y nos cambió la habitación a una categoría superior sin costo. Después de ver la Canción del Caballo Eterno, hicimos una barbacoa al aire libre, vimos la actuación 🎤 y dormimos plácidamente. El desayuno del día siguiente fue toda una experiencia. La sopa de res estaba riquísima. La clave está en la relación calidad-precio, demasiado alta. He oído que Chi Le Chuan va a construir un área escénica 5A. Volveré a visitarla el año que viene. Por cierto, el hotel también está cerca del Área Escénica del Acantilado de Piedra Roja.

¡Este fue mi primer viaje a Mongolia Interior! Nos alojamos en una yurta, y el dueño no solo nos recogió en Hohhot y nos llevó a las praderas, sino que también nos guió durante todo el viaje. No nos unimos a ningún grupo turístico, pero las praderas eran realmente inmensas, y sin la guía del dueño, no habríamos podido explorar tanto. El dueño nos llevó a una zona de equitación y un lugar para espectáculos que nos recomendó. Elegimos una actividad a caballo que costaba 300 yuanes por hora, incluyendo fotos, y fue una experiencia fantástica. Los caballos eran muy dóciles, no corrían y caminaban con mucha calma. Un instructor nos acompañó todo el camino, ¡así que incluso los principiantes no tuvieron ningún problema! Al mediodía, almorzamos en una yurta cerca de la zona de equitación. Comimos cordero estofado, cebollas silvestres, panecillos al vapor y cerveza. Las cebollas silvestres estaban especialmente deliciosas; ¡a mí personalmente me encantaron! El espectáculo también fue muy impresionante, con un nivel de habilidad increíble, y fue realmente conmovedor. Para cenar, asistimos a un banquete tradicional mongol, nos pusimos ropa tradicional y disfrutamos de bebidas y comida mientras veíamos el espectáculo. Se dice que los mongoles pueden producir tres sonidos diferentes, e incluso los oímos cantar con sus singulares vocalizaciones guturales: ¡fue increíble! La yurta en la que nos alojamos estaba muy limpia, con cerraduras automáticas y de tarjeta, lo que la hacía muy segura. Aunque no tenía nevera, el dueño tuvo la amabilidad de mantener nuestra cerveza fría en su habitación; un detalle muy considerado. También hay un bar cerca donde se puede beber y cantar karaoke. A partir de las 9 de la noche, hay una fiesta con hoguera y música de DJ; ¡todo el mundo baila junto y el ambiente es fantástico! Las praderas son realmente inmensas, y sin alguien que conozca la zona y te guíe, es difícil explorarlas por tu cuenta. Creo que unirse a una excursión es una buena opción, pero si encuentras un guía de confianza, tendrás más libertad para organizar tu tiempo y disfrutar de la zona a fondo. Además, la calidad de las yurtas varía mucho; algunas no tienen ducha o las instalaciones están en mal estado. Asegúrate de evitar grupos turísticos de baja calidad al reservar. Si te preocupa algo, puedes contactar al dueño de la yurta donde nos alojamos; es una persona muy amable y puedes pedirle sus mejores recomendaciones. Después de dejar las praderas, mi amiga y yo no parábamos de decir: ”¡Tenemos muchísimas ganas de volver a ver al dueño! Fue maravilloso conocerlo; ¡queremos empezar este viaje de nuevo desde ese momento!”. ¡Sin duda volveremos!

La yurta en la que nos alojamos estaba limpia y la habitación contaba con artículos de aseo desechables. Por la noche, disfrutamos de una animada fogata y, aunque llovió intensamente en mitad de la noche, el aire acondicionado de la habitación funcionaba muy bien, así que no pasamos frío. A pesar de que me despertaron los truenos y la lluvia, dormí plácidamente. El desayuno gratuito estaba delicioso. Al marcharnos de la yurta, dejamos algunas cosas, y el dueño las encontró después de limpiar y se puso en contacto con nosotros de inmediato para ayudarnos a enviárselas por correo. ¡Se lo agradecimos muchísimo!

I am a young Englishman on a 20 day solo self-drive road trip across northern Heilongjian and Inner Mongolia. After my stay in Hulun Buir, I decided to drive down to Arxan for 2 nights exploring. I booked this stay based off of the other foreign guests' positive experience. I arrived in the town late in the evening. The boss was waiting for me and was attentive and welcoming from the start. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the temperature was just right. Everything is provided and replaced when needed. After hiking in the national park, I came back to the boss and his extended family making CNY preparations. Then I was invited to drink Chinese tea (Dian Hong) at their tea table. I was then welcomed to eat with the family, drink beer and eat until I was full. I was welcomed not just as a guest of theirs, but as a family friend. In mid-winter, Aershan/Arxan is a quiet and cold place. I came as part of a long journey taking my rented 4x4 Tank 300 through the snow and ice on routes apart of the Hulun Buir Snow and Ice Festival. My journey was peaceful, solemn and isolated. The hospitality and warm welcome was exactly what I needed after my long drive alone and it is a memory I will take home to the UK with me. I highly recommend this guesthouse, especially if you are travelling solo across this wilderness. Thank you brother. I look forward to returning in the near future with my partner, and when my mandarin is better.

The best hotel i ever stay..insidedl the ancient town...the room was smart with xiao du can open the window and open the lamp.. Room was very clean.. Very lovely the decoration.. The style with ancient..best of the best hotel and clean with a new furniture... Very recomended to all who want get a new experience

這邊滿意，沙灘度假，帶着長者孩子。兩天一夜非常人性化，早上9點早早的來了以後就可以直去遊玩，行李也幫我們直接運到了房間門口，12點多吃飯以後剛好可以回房間休息，兩就拿到房了，除了酒店裡麪可以玩的手工串珠以外，在仙沙島，還有很多項目都是VIP，這個VIP確實非常的好，不然要排一兩個小時，一天都玩不到幾個項目，孩子特別喜歡駱駝，連着玩了兩次，還有全地形車也是連着玩了兩次，最後一天去了越沙島玩了幾個項目，但月沙島呢，不能有VIP，所以每個目都等了半小時。一定要訂房間，因為有VIP通道，真的非常合適，對於長者孩孩子非常優好，還有晚上的酒店，篝火晚會，煙花會，還有嗯，到了9:50有關心，非常具有教育意義，清早還會帶我們去看日出，5:50。整體旅程非常的開心，很值得一來。

We stayed here for 5 nights with our family and overall had a very comfortable experience. The room interior, the soft carpet, and the view from the window made the room feel cozy, relaxing, and almost brand new. However, the daily housekeeping was below our expectations. The staff only emptied the trash and replaced the toilet paper. During our 5-night stay, the carpet was never vacuumed. Since we were traveling with children, there were small crumbs on the carpet, but it was never cleaned. The floor was also never mopped. Another issue was the bathroom. Water would splash onto the shelf around the sink, but it was never wiped dry. As a result, the silicone seal around the mirror had turned yellow and looked worn because it was constantly left wet. The refrigerator was locked, so we couldn’t use it to store our food, which was inconvenient for a family with children. It was also difficult to communicate these issues because there were no English-speaking staff members available. Despite these points, the room itself was very comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay overall. With better housekeeping and easier communication, the experience would have been excellent.

This is a beautiful location, right in the mountains and with stunning views. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is typically Chinese and you can order tasty food for dinner.
