This resort feels like an oasis in the middle of the desert. Beautiful, spacious, impeccably clean, and every bit deserving of its 5-star reputation. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and thankfully free from any cigarette smell. The laundry room was another pleasant surprise, equipped with new and well-maintained washers and dryers, with detergent provided for guests' convenience. All meals are included and served in the dining hall, making the stay truly hassle-free. The food was consistently good, with hotpot available for dinner. Drinks, snacks, and refreshments were also available throughout the day. It would be difficult to leave this place without gaining a little weight! 😜 Given the size of the resort, guests may occasionally need to use the resort's transportation to get around. Fortunately, the waiting time was minimal, and we were able to travel between locations quickly and efficiently. One minor drawback of the resort's impressive size is the walking distance to some rooms. The accommodation blocks are built in a circular layout, and our room happened to be located on the opposite side from the escalator landing. This meant walking past nearly 50 rooms every time we returned to our room. While this could be inconvenient, we did notice that the rooms closer to the escalator often had a noticeable cigarette smell in the corridor. By contrast, our section at the far end was completely free of smoke odours, which made the extra walk worthwhile. Whether these were designated non-smoking rooms, I'm not entirely sure. What truly sets this resort apart is the range of activities and entertainment on offer. Guests can enjoy camel rides, ATV adventures, flying fox rides, guided stargazing walks, and nightly concerts and performances complete with spectacular fireworks displays. 🌌🐪🏍️🎆 For those looking for a Club Med-style, all-inclusive holiday with a unique desert setting, I would highly recommend this resort. It offers a memorable experience that combines comfort, adventure, entertainment, and excellent food in one remarkable destination.

El hotel está ubicado en la pradera de Chilechuan, cerca de una granja de caballos y junto a un gran picadero. Primero, lo positivo: las habitaciones son espaciosas, con un gran balcón. El lado cercano a la granja de caballos ofrece vistas panorámicas de la pradera. El gerente que nos atendió fue amable y atento. Lo negativo: el desayuno era pésimo. Mi hijo tuvo que pagar 98 yuanes por un desayuno gratuito. Era simplemente insoportable quejarse, como en cualquier hotel económico promedio. Las comodidades de la habitación estaban mal diseñadas. Aunque podría haber sido un hotel con estrellas, parecía un hotel boutique. A menos que tengas un itinerario específico para las praderas y montar a caballo, no recomendaría este lugar. Es demasiado remoto.

This is exactly what a Grassland stay should be, and more! Our time at Xilamuren Grassland Tourism Resort will forever be etched in my heart. From the moment we arrived, the owner welcomed us like family, going above and beyond to recommend attractions, arrange tickets, and even personally drive us to the sites. Where else do you find service like that—done with a constant smile and thoughtful touches like free bottled water to keep us refreshed? Staying in a traditional yurt on the open grassland is an experience beyond words. There is something grounding, peaceful, and almost spiritual about waking up to endless green horizons instead of concrete grey, hearing the soft rustle of the prairie wind, and watching the morning light sweep across the landscape. This isn’t just accommodation...it’s an authentic encounter with the beauty of Inner Mongolia. Anyone visiting the region simply must experience this once in a lifetime.

It was a truly wonderful experience. The place is beautiful, with clean and comfortable panoramic yurts decorated with great taste and attention to detail. The beds were very comfortable, and the bed linen was of high quality. Hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay. The staff speak English and were incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted us in planning a one-day program, during which we enjoyed an exciting theatrical performance. The kids especially loved the horse riding and cart rides. There is also a restaurant on the territory, which is very convenient when traveling with children. Highly recommended place!

Soy un joven inglés en un viaje de autopista de 20 días a través del norte de Heilongjian y la Mongólia Interior. Reservé esta estancia basándose en la experiencia positiva de los demás huéspedes extranjeros. La casa de la ciudad fue muy bien, pero el jefe estaba esperando por mí y estaba atento y bienvenido desde el principio. La habitación es muy espaciosa y cómoda, y la temperatura estaba justo. Después de caminar en el parque nacional, volví al jefe y a su familia ampliada que preparaban CNY, y me invitaron a beber té chino (Dian Hong) en su mesa de té. Aquí, en el hotel, el hotel está muy bien, pero no me gustan las cosas. Aershan/Arxan es un lugar tranquilo y frío en medio de invierno. La hospitalidad y la cálida bienvenida fueron exactamente lo que necesito después de mi larga viaje solo y es una memoria que llevaré a casa en el Reino Unido conmigo. Recomiendo muy bien esta casa, especialmente si viaja solo por este desierto. Gracias, hermano. Espero volver en un futuro próximo con mi compañero, y cuando mi mandarín esté mejor.

踏入匈奴地界的第二家酒店，終於緩解了前一天的驚嚇 地理位置堪稱一絕，酒店步行便能直達大召寺、塞上老街，出遊逛古街、參拜寺廟格外省事，省去來回趕路的麻煩，出行便利性直接拉滿。停車位置略有點緊張，但是我運氣好，佔到了門口的最後一個車位 最戳我的便是酒店獨特的中式四合院佈局，青磚院落氛圍感古韻十足，鬧中取靜，北疆也有這樣雅緻的院落佈置，格外清幽雅緻。庭院景緻錯落，整體格調温婉靜謐，隨手拍照都很出片，擺脱了常規酒店的流水線設計，入住體驗氛圍感十足。 前台處貼心備有茶包、濕紙巾、花草茶、耳塞牙線甚至還有護手霜，我順了不少 店內工作人員待人謙和細心，全程服務貼心周到，響應及時待人熱忱，細緻留意賓客需求，服務體驗讓人倍感舒心。 第二天趕早七點二十去吃早餐，餐廳還沒完全準備好，但是熱心的大哥幫我們打了羊雜湯，還給打包了兩份早餐給我和孩子帶着，真心感謝。 不管是位置、院落環境還是貼心服務都無可挑剔，來大召片區旅行十分推薦這家院落酒店。

El servicio es cuidadoso y se llama a cualquier hora. La recepción también tiene agua gratuita para beber cocktail de café. Las placas de esquí, ropa de lluvia, etc. pueden ser utilizadas gratis, un paquete completo es realmente adecuado. La única deficiencia puede ser la razón por la que las instalaciones del hotel son más viejas y otras no son provocadoras. Few of the amenities listed on the listing page are available. Maybe they were at some point in the past long ago, but this hotel is far from in its prime. There is no sauna. The ”bath center” where this was has been converted into a commercial spa for a business unrelated to the hotel. There is no night club. There is no ”gym” as shown in one of the pictures. I believe a lot of the pictures shown on the listing page are years if not decades old. There is no ”boutique”. There is one tiny convenience store on the first floor. The hotel has a restaurant on the second floor. I only used it for the free breakfast which was good. The hotel largely focuses on catering to business events. They have meeting spaces and a big ornate looking meeting space. For normal travellers, this hotel is very bare bones. Service was great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The laundry is not self service. You need to pay per article of clothing for someone to take it. The room itself lacked a minibar, functional air conditioning, or a functional safe. It was very spartan. Would I come here again? Not for the listed price. Without any of the advertised amenities, I can't imagine this is much better than cheaper hotels in the area.

Hermoso resort en las praderas de Xilamuren, con una mezcla de yurtas tradicionales y alojamientos únicos de estilo moderno. Me alojé en ambos tipos de alojamiento y ambos fueron muy cómodos. Los ventanales ofrecen vistas a las extensas praderas durante el día, mientras que las yurtas también tienen un diseño único de techo acristalado para contemplar las estrellas en las noches más despejadas. El desayuno consistía en comida local bastante sencilla, principalmente gachas de avena con guarniciones como pepinillos y huevo, muy abundante. El almuerzo y la cena no están incluidos, pero hay un amplio menú del que se puede pedir. ¡El resort también tiene su propio bar! Creo que abre todas las noches durante la temporada alta de julio/agosto, y en otros momentos, dependiendo del volumen de huéspedes. El jefe, el Sr. Da, y su personal fueron muy amables y atentos. Viajé solo y me agregaron a WeChat para poder contactarlos fácilmente si tenía alguna pregunta o necesidad. Boss Da también tuvo la amabilidad de llevarme a algunos lugares de interés local, ya que no tenía transporte propio (感谢达老板!). En general, disfruté mucho de mi estancia en el resort. Si volviera a visitar Xilamuren, sin duda elegiría Xilamuren Grassland Mongolian Holy Land Resort.

This village home stay is fantastic. The staff / family customer service is excellent and they really made us feel at home. We stayed 6 days and would love to come back. Since we didn't have a car, they gave us 2 bicycles to use. We rode into then mountains and into the town center. A lovely place to stay.
