En general, es bastante bueno. El ambiente y la ubicación son muy buenos. El servicio del hotel es bueno. El servicio de aparcacoches también es muy conveniente. El tiempo de espera para recoger el coche es muy corto.

We will definitely come back. Staff is accommodating and friendly. The King room is so spacious and beautifully designed. Probably the best hotel we have been to with this price range. Only downside is if you choose to arrange own parking the nearest CCP is not great & a bit of a walk.

Will need a local number for calling of airport pick up and they are quite strict in terms of only leaving the hotel upon collection of luggage’s.Good location for red eye flights.

Spacious room with 2 double beds, great location for the price. No bottled water and you will need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Overall a pleasant stay.

I really enjoyed to stay at there. We should be careful about the shower. After some people use showers, the water is not hot enough. That was not good point. But except of that, it was very good place.

Disfruté mucho de mi estadía en Oaks Hotel. La ubicación es excelente, a solo unos minutos a pie de la estación de metro de Perth. Justo en frente del hotel, el autobús gratuito (Red Cat Bus) para y recoge pasajeros. Perth tiene estos maravillosos autobuses de la zona de tránsito gratuito (FTZ) que son convenientes y, lo mejor de todo, son GRATUITOS (rojo, morado, azul, verde y amarillo) y cubren las ubicaciones básicas de la ciudad y los lugares de negocios. El autobús turístico también para aquí. Se puede reservar en Trip.com y los precios son más económicos. El hotel es de 4 o 5 estrellas, muy limpio y con un personal de recepción amable. El único problema es que no responden a las consultas por correo electrónico. En general, buena relación calidad-precio, excelente ubicación, personal amable. Gracias Lena

Perfect location for us. Close to cafes/eateries, St. Mary Cathedral, quiet at night... Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would be much better if the lighting in the corridor is brighter, also in the room. We found it a bit too dark. We did not have any meals at the hotel. What I find disappointing about Marriott Bonvoy's hotels : internet. the message that it is insecure and the complicated process to get access have been quite annoying. I tried to book via Marriott Bonvoy's apps, but rate is significantly higher than OTA. Love Westin's architecture and surrounding (spacious walkway). Could be better with heated pool.

Se suponía que era un relajador salir, pero el alarma de fuego se desactivó continuamente toda la noche. The television in the room did not work it would turn on but had no reception,we had multiple technicicians enter our room late at night it wasn't until after midnight a technician realized it was the wrong remote control after leaving and returning again and it was finally resolved only to realise the Tv does not have access to netflix or streaming tv. This was a disappointment to our anniversary treat stay at crown, was expecting a more relaxing stay without the hours of disruption of multiple technicicians working in our room at midnight to turn on the television. When the desk staff enquired how was our stay, they seemed oblivious but not overly concerned or genuinely apologetic about the interruption to our stay. It was a shame as the hotel and Crown complex is an impressive location that I have I had the prestigious honour to contribute to the construction and maintenance of the stone and tile installation, dating back to the original buswood build and ongoing upgrades to presidential suites over the years and even the more recently upgraded Crowns construction including their presidential and other exclusive areas. So this was a rare opportunity to experience first hand the exclusive facilities I contributed to. The finished product was a treat to see up close for where our stay allowed us limited access to, I would love to be able to afford to access some of the exclusive areas I had responsibility for parts of prestigious projects there that I hoped to one day witness even if it was on special events like my anniversary, but I don't think even on rare occasion that the local experience is worth the expense might look to Bali resorts still for value and quality of an all inclusive hotel experience stay.
