TTonyHardwares and cleanest are up to the standard. However, service & complimentary details could be better, example like bottle water 2 per day, need special request for a family, no complimentary parking for this kind of location etc..

FffatfingersClean & well-maintained, conveniently located near the Perth railway station. Everything was perfect. Loved that the reception went the extra mile to surprise us with a bottle of wine to celebrate our special occasion too. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

UUsuario invitadoNo valet parking available when we arrive at around 7pm on a Wednesday night. There is street parking and also a Wilson parking about 3mins walk away. Cost about AUD$38 for 13 hours of parking under Wilson parking (next to Westin Hotel). Kettle is pretty stained in our room and we requested for a change, which is ok after that. You can easily get drinking water (clear or sparkling) at the L1 bar. Breakfast is typical, 1 or 2 items change in the menu for two days. Convenient location, 8-10mins walk to Murray street mall, but most shops close by 6pm on weekdays.

LLena Lim Hong EngDisfruté mucho de mi estadía en Oaks Hotel. La ubicación es excelente, a solo unos minutos a pie de la estación de metro de Perth. Justo en frente del hotel, el autobús gratuito (Red Cat Bus) para y recoge pasajeros. Perth tiene estos maravillosos autobuses de la zona de tránsito gratuito (FTZ) que son convenientes y, lo mejor de todo, son GRATUITOS (rojo, morado, azul, verde y amarillo) y cubren las ubicaciones básicas de la ciudad y los lugares de negocios.
El autobús turístico también para aquí. Se puede reservar en Trip.com y los precios son más económicos.
El hotel es de 4 o 5 estrellas, muy limpio y con un personal de recepción amable. El único problema es que no responden a las consultas por correo electrónico.
En general, buena relación calidad-precio, excelente ubicación, personal amable.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would be much better if the lighting in the corridor is brighter, also in the room. We found it a bit too dark.
We did not have any meals at the hotel.
What I find disappointing about Marriott Bonvoy's hotels : internet. the message that it is insecure and the complicated process to get access have been quite annoying.
I tried to book via Marriott Bonvoy's apps, but rate is significantly higher than OTA.
Love Westin's architecture and surrounding (spacious walkway). Could be better with heated pool.

UUsuario invitadoEverything was pretty good with the accommodation. Main issue we had was when dining for breakfast at the restaurant we asked for two hard poached eggs (for my pregnant wife who cannot have runny eggs), which the staff said they could do “no problem”. First attempt they came out very runny, second attempt one was runny, one was just ok. The French (I think from accent) waitress was quite pushy insisting she eat the one that was ok, seemingly with an attitude that we were being difficult. I have to ask how hard is it to hard poach two eggs? Given we had already waited twice and were needing to leave for the days activities we left without having the eggs. Then the restaurant manager said if we returned the next day she would ensure we got two eggs complimentary. Yet we had paid the $29.90 each for breakfast? That’s not complimentary. Needless to say it soured our visit somewhat and we did not eat there again.

MMarco VinciulloThe television in the room did not work it would turn on but had no reception,we had multiple technicicians enter our room late at night it wasn't until after midnight a technician realized it was the wrong remote control after leaving and returning again and it was finally resolved only to realise the Tv does not have access to netflix or streaming tv. This was a disappointment to our anniversary treat stay at crown, was expecting a more relaxing stay without the hours of disruption of multiple technicicians working in our room at midnight to turn on the television. When the desk staff enquired how was our stay, they seemed oblivious but not overly concerned or genuinely apologetic about the interruption to our stay.
It was a shame as the hotel and Crown complex is an impressive location that I have I had the prestigious honour to contribute to the construction and maintenance of the stone and tile installation, dating back to the original buswood build and ongoing upgrades to presidential suites over the years and even the more recently upgraded Crowns construction including their presidential and other exclusive areas. So this was a rare opportunity to experience first hand the exclusive facilities I contributed to. The finished product was a treat to see up close for where our stay allowed us limited access to, I would love to be able to afford to access some of the exclusive areas I had responsibility for parts of prestigious projects there that I hoped to one day witness even if it was on special events like my anniversary, but I don't think even on rare occasion that the local experience is worth the expense might look to Bali resorts still for value and quality of an all inclusive hotel experience stay.

UUsuario invitadoIbis Perth is centrally located with many restaurants nearby. Lifts are operated with room access card. In the night, entering to hotel is also via room access card. Hotel provides shampoo and body bath, shower cap, coffee and tea sachets, hand and bath towel. Would need to bring along face towel, tooth brush and tooth paste in future visit.
Walking distance to Perth underground station, and a stone throw away from luxury brands such as LV, Tiffany and Gucci outlets.

MMachineryWe enjoyed our stay when we started our trip to Perth and very happily to return at the end of our trip a month later. We love Quest and it’s our preferred place to stay wherever we travel. The facilities standard is consistent throughout the chain and we can easily make it our home.
We also like the location as it’s next to the Jacob’s ladder that leads to King’s Park. The free laundry including the laundry detergent is great. Kitchen equipped with cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher are also my favourite.The parking deal is very good $25/24 hours at the nearby Wilson Carpark (10 mins) walk as the street parking is $6.70/hour.
