The hotel is generally nice And the staff members are super friendly. Facility-wise, it is a bit out-dated, but you can see this staff is trying the best to keep it clean. They also have an interesting buffet offering for 20 dollars, i haven't tried it out, but i heard it quite nice.

The hotel itself was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. I really enjoyed my stay inside the property. However, the surrounding area was quite noisy on the weekend nights. There were many drunk people around, shouting and making a lot of noise, which affected the overall experience, especially when trying to rest. If you’re planning to stay here, I’d recommend requesting a quieter room or being prepared for some weekend nightlife noise.

Buen hotel en una gran ubicación. Cerca del transporte público y muy central. El desayuno Buffet fue muy bueno y si reservas en la noche anterior las tarifas son más baratas. Ojalá hubiera algunas opciones para otros platos en el restaurante de la casa.

It was a lovely 2-night stay in the Oceanview Twin Room. We were offered an upgrade for just $20 a day to enjoy a balcony, definitely worth it! Loved the location, so close to shops with plenty of food and drink options. The kids and I also had a great time relaxing in the heated pool and spa, even in the cold weather. .

The rooms and hotel amenties are as expected because is holiday inn ”express” . The service response is fast from the frontdesk. However, room cleanliness is very much lacking 1. There was a plastic wrapper and chuck of dust dirt at corner of room when I check in. The following day after cleanup was done and I return to room in late afternoon. Wrapper and dust remains untouch at corner. I have to call the front desk to ensure following day cleaning team will vaccum and do a proper clean up. 2. Air vent above the shower area was filled and clot up with black dirt. I just avoid looking at it as disgusting 3. There are dead insects stuck on the shower door rubber strip. I tried to wash it away but as need to pull out the seal I left it and again avoid eye contact.🤮 4. Pillow case has brown stains at ths edge. I had to request for a new piece. Additionally the mattress has dents and clumpy, so I was unable to sleep as feeling itchy through out night with images of dirt insects flashing through my thoughts. Coupled with the loud music and noises from below. I reserve the rooms more than 3 months before trip and request for high floor as saw reviews on the noise. BUT was not block for us so end up on the 2nd floor. I wont stay in this hotel again. Basics facilities is ok but cleanliness is very important

This is a great location and i enjoyed my stay albeit a couple of niggles. The shape of the room meant the TV was so far away from the bed. It seemed positioned perfectly to watch TV from the bath, but id rather have a comfortable viewing from the bed. It also meant two of us squeezed on to one side of the b Bed to be able to see the TV. The mattress was also uncomfortable and clearly needs replacing. It sloped one side and had a big bump in the centre. Overall a good hotel but I wouldn't stay in that specific room again.

Brilliant hotel right next to the Adelaide Market and Chinatown . Modern, stylish and comfortable rooms. Check in quick and friendly enough. I didn’t get the chance to check out the in-house rooftop bar Or restaurants but they looked good!

The best thing thing about this hotel is that it is located in the heart town. It is a walking distance from the Rundle Mall and Adelaide Convention Centre. It also has great spa and decent size pool; breakfast buffet and bar with happy hour daily. I highly recommend this place!.

This was our second stay, convenient location close to city, modern clean room with great views well priced with breakfast and welcome drinks included, will certainly stay again

As I was going to be leaving from the Parklands Train Terminal early in the morning this hotel was perfectly situated for my trip. Although I wasn't at the hotel for very long only about 12hrs overnight it was a good location and the room faced the parking so meant it was quieter as well and didn't get the hot afternoon sun either. I would say though there was no pricelist I could find for the mini-bar, not that I used it was only thinking of grabbing some cold water that was in the fridge. The one thing I wasn't a fan was the spa tub/shower combo. The jets need a serious clean all around them but then even standing in it meant anyone tall as in 6'5” plus may have to bend down. I would think they should rip out the spa tub and put in a nicer rain shower shower stall instead maybe just provide spa tubs in rooms that you can also put a shower stall into. I'd stay here again mainly for the location as it's also right across the street from the big park area which was fantastic to walk around on a warm evening after dinner at the pub up the street.
