Arrived at 5.15pm. Room still not available and need to wait another hour. Guests were waiting at the lobby waiting for their room. The receptionist try to comfort everyone by saying they are doing their level best because there are 100 rooms need to be clean. Well maybe management need to hire more in their housekeeping dept. Checking-in at 6.30pm. Hmm..

Perfect Host and Greystone have their own check in counter (both had rented units at the ground floor as their lobby)..It was a straightforward lobby, nothing special. For check in purpose, everything was all right. I got my keys to my unit within 10 minutes upon registration. Maybe it was on a Sunday, so it was not crowded, only me there checking in. Paid a deposit of RM100 and got my keys to my unit. Actually the building itself consist of shopping complex, retail units and also a hotel previously..so the room that were offered by Perfect Host and Greystone is actually a hotel room. I did not explore the building but it is not as lively as before when I visited before in 2017. There is a MyNews at the ground floor near to the lobby, so it was convenient to get some essentials if u need. There are also a pub, Victoria Station restaurant also..and some other food outlet but limited choices. The corridor of the hotel room need some housekeeping (can c that it was not cleaned for some time), but the room inside was fantastic clean and comfortable. So it was a surprise for me as outside the hotel corridor and inside the room there is a whole lot of difference. Trust me, the room is the same as the picture in Trip.com. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower gel and shampoo smells good too. For room, I have no complaint.It exceed my initial expectation (after reading some reviews), but the outside corridor of the room really need some cleaning. Some of the negative review about this place is the parking. Yup, it is actually an issue but sometimes not everything is perfect, but I don't blame the host as they are only running an AIRBNB concept, so for me is acceptable as the rate im paying per night (RM63 Nett), is still ok for me. For parking wise, it really depends on when u r checking in..if is on a Sunday or Saturday, there would be ample parking within the ground floor. If is on a weekdays, then it might be full. But dont worry there is basement parking as well. The rate is calculated RM12 per entry per day for the parking at the ground floor (same level as the lobby) and this comes to RM24 for 2 days provided if you are not leaving the hotel. If it is at the basement, then it goes by the hour (you need to do your own calculation whether is most cost worthy to park, how many hours u r gonna park there). Other than that, for me at the rate I am paying and also quality of the room (minus the parking issue and cleaniness of the corridor), I would give this place the thumbs up. Good stay for me, but of course this is only my personal opinion as a reference.I would rate this place 4 out of 5 star.

Estaba con mi familia de 5. Decidimos dar este lugar un paseo. Honestamente me sorprendió agradablemente. Todo fue adecuado y funciona bien. Qué fue realmente bueno. No esperas que sea así. Y para eso, THUMBS UP! . ¡No hueles, no hay nada limpio y todo funcionaba como debería!

Muy grande, espacial, temprano, limpio y todo es nuevo. Hay incluso una nota de bienvenida personalizada con 2 dulces. ¡Qué brillante manera de bienvenida! La ubicación del cuarto es relativamente local, la ciudad de vida local, Xiaohu no es una recomendación especial para viajar, porque es un tipo de apartamento, buscar una puerta y contactar con el propietario de la vivienda ha preguntado por mucho tiempo, pero el precio de la habitación es bueno, la habitación es muy grande para el pequeño y amable viaje también, Estos son los aspectos generales de la higiene, no muy malos, el lío puede decir que son similares a los precios

El apartamento está satisfecho, muy limpio, la ducha está limpia, pero falta un espejo completo. La calle abajo es muy tranquila y muy cálida, muchas cosas se comen, llegar al aeropuerto internacional hace 15 minutos, el precio está satisfecho. Espero que la habitación pueda considerar colocar un espejo completo.

Al pasar la estancia, sólo tengo una habitación sin limpiar, y ahora se ha tomado una fotografía al propietario. Este hotel está situado cerca de la maldita ciudad.. considerado estratégico también para el turismo.. realmente espacial a un precio asequible.

The place was very hard to fine, I had to call the cs for direction. Luckily cs was very friendly and helpful. Getting to the place by a car is easy with his guide. The unit was very clean with good basic amenities - water dispenser (very helpful when you’re out with kids). Highly recommended for adult and kids ＞ 6 years old. Not suitable for younger kids as the stairs can be a hazard. Overall experience was good! I love the unit, the amenities, the friendly cs, basically everything about the unit, only the location which is not easily found on Google map.

交通上，酒店距離機場很近，趕機人打車很快就到了。酒店服務非常好，因為打包行李所以一直到十點半左右才抵達酒店，但是老闆仍然教我開鎖、買水和辦理入住事宜，真的很感恩老闆的熱心幫助。房間內部設施一應俱全，女孩子住也很安全。最後，東西落在老闆那裡了也非常好溝通！好評～～～

La habitación, el ambiente, el espacio, la limpieza superan nuestras expectativas. Esta es una unidad duplex y nos gusta la estancia aquí, excepto unos pocos apuntes, el estacionamiento de coches es un lago y la ubicación para bajar la rampa no es clara por primera vez visitantes. El TV tiene una caja de TV para conectar nuestra propia cuenta Netflix o utilizar el tubo de lavar aire. En general, se recomienda quedarse porque la ubicación y la unidad es enorme.
