Ventajas: - Buena relación calidad-precio, menos de RM50 por persona para 4 personas - Cama cómoda (marca King Koil) + muebles nuevos - El apartamento es de nueva construcción, así que todo es nuevo - Aparcamiento gratuito en el sótano - Registro rápido en la planta G, sin colas y con la llave en el mostrador muy rápida - Utensilios de cocina: horno, cocina de inducción, nevera, todo incluido Desventajas: - Solo se proporcionan 2 botellas de agua, no hay dispensador de agua (consejo: hay uno fuera del gimnasio en la planta 39) - La limpieza del suelo es mejorable; encontramos algo de suciedad y arena - La piscina no está muy limpia; el guardia de seguridad nos dijo que no podíamos usarla ese día; no sé por qué - El ascensor tarda muchísimo en llegar; se recomienda evitar las horas punta, como el mediodía y las 12 p. m., hora de salida - Entorno tranquilo; solo hay un supermercado en la planta baja; todo lo demás debe llevarse a casa. The unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests. 1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern) Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay. 2. Inadequate cooling for unit size The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable. 3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering. The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom. This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay. 4. Deposit amount and payment method The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made. One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

Es un establecimiento muy nuevo, así que prepárate para estar justo al lado de una obra en construcción. Es tan nuevo que la ubicación es un poco confusa, ya que aún no está bien señalizada en el mapa. La habitación es muy espaciosa y nueva, pero se nota que la limpieza será un problema cuando ya no sea tan nueva. Necesita un mejor mantenimiento. El ruido de la gente cerrando las puertas en mitad de la noche era muy fuerte y podía despertarte. El aire acondicionado es demasiado débil para una habitación tan espaciosa; con 16 °C, seguía sudando por la noche. Sin embargo, por este precio, es una estancia decente para pasar la noche.

This is my third time staying at Mossaz in 4 months and it's gradually losing its standard. The first time everything was in the room, including toothbrushes. The second time there were no toothbrushes, no kettle, no iron, and no ironing board. This time there were no toothbrushes, no hair dryer, and no desk chair. Either the staff is becoming negligent or they are intentionally removing things from the room to charge the guest for later. My advice is to take photos upon arrival and send the photos of whatever is missing to the front desk's Whatsapp.

¡Aquí está mi opinión sincera! El estudio es realmente bonito y limpio. Por el precio, vale muchísimo la pena, especialmente en la zona de Damansara, donde la mayoría de los alojamientos cuestan desde RM160 y aun así no ofrecen mucho o no están tan limpios. El apartamento incluye secador de pelo, plancha, mininevera, microondas y cubertería completa. No tiene cocina ni fogones, pero es suficiente para comidas sencillas. El aire acondicionado es frío, hay Netflix disponible (solo inicia sesión con tu cuenta) y la piscina tiene una vista preciosa 🥰 ¡sin duda un extra! Desventajas: El desagüe del inodoro tenía un ligero olor y la presión del agua era un poco baja (quizás estoy acostumbrado a agua más fuerte en casa, jeje😅). El ascensor también era un poco lento; tuve que esperar entre 10 y 15 minutos. Pero, sinceramente, no es un gran problema. Aun así, vale la pena si buscas una estancia limpia y cómoda con un presupuesto ajustado👍🏻

- The stay was very comfortable overall, and everything was quite good. However, there are two things that need improvement: 1. You mentioned on the listing that it can accommodate 6 people. In reality, there are only 2 queen-size beds. The other two “single beds” are just thin mattresses placed on the floor, which are quite uncomfortable. 2. The sofa and beds should be cleaned properly, as there seem to be a lot of dust mites. My children slept on the beds, my wife slept on the floor mattress, and I slept sitting on the sofa. We checked in quite late, took a shower, and went straight to sleep. The next day, all of us were extremely itchy, like monkeys scratching non-stop. The ones who sat on the sofa had itchiness on the back of the thighs, and those who slept on the beds had very itchy hands. These two issues need improvement. Other than that, everything else was very good. Thank you.

A wonderful place to stay! The space felt modern, bright, and thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The layout was comfortable, and all the amenities worked flawlessly—fast Wi-Fi, great water pressure, and a fully stocked set of basics. nearby a mall and easy to get food . Check-in and check-out were completely hassle-free. Five stars all around!

One of the best locations nearby KLIA, lots of great eateries nearby and very convenient. Just maybe needed a little bit of upgrade on the amenity, then it should be great.

With regards to the accommodation, it's great. Looked like I was in a showroom with all the facilities like a water dispenser, microwave, stove top and sink with all the washing equipment available. Towels were soft, not scratchy. There were blackout curtains which meant i slept super well. Shower gel smelled amazing. There was even a bathtub but i didn't use it. Can imagine it would be great for families with children. The bedroom was really spacious with space on the side of the bed so there will be allowance for a cot if needed.  This place is really new so there was a slight paint smell which will probably wear off in a few months.  My biggest gripe about this location is the check in and the location. check-in: you would need to transfer 200RM to a bank account as part of a deposit that would be returned after the access key is returned. At a hotel, i would just swipe my bank card to pay for this. However, as it was remote, I couldn't do that. The bank transfer could only be done via Wise or Revolut which i didn't have.  As i'm not local, i didn't have a Malaysian bank account either.  Wise isn't an app that can be downloaded on the spot i learned. So i was stuck and frustrated, wanting to just cancel and rebook elsewhere. The administrative person on WhatsApp then relented and sent me the details for the check-in without the deposit. This was after an hour or trying to figure out how to make the payment.  Because there were no signs on doors i had to just observe and ask for help from residents in the building about how to get around/identify the mailbox.  I would totally want to return because this place is really outstanding in its liveability, but it would be great to improve this process for foreign travellers.  Location: the name was so close to Dorsett grand and it wasn't clear that one was a hotel and one was a service apartment. Please make it clear that this is so on the booking page. :) thank you.
