Apartment was very nice and tidy. It had so many nice amenities in the room and I loved the TV was able to face the bed! Check in and check out services was really easy and smooth, all digital. The hotel's location is a 5 to 20-minute walk from the bus stop (depending on which bus you took), with buses running every 30 minutes to berlin airport. It's approximately one hour from Berlin Central Station from the Berlin Airport. A key point to note is that the main entrance door locks after ~10 PM, and there is no night staff. We discovered this the hard way one evening and panicked. We later found out that you must use the hotel's website app (the same one used for check-in) to unlock the door. There is a ”front door” button in the app that triggers the lock. This was not immediately obvious, as we saw another traveler struggling with the same issue. I highly recommend setting up the app beforehand, as checking in late at night without it would be very difficult.

We stayed in two suite rooms. One for 3 people and another for 4 people. Both suites were spacious, fully furnished, and equipped with excellent amenities including a washing machine and dishwasher. The location was very convenient: just 3 minutes from the S-Bahn station, 4 minutes from the tram stop (Haltestelle), and only 5 minutes from Ristorante Toscana. We had a fabulous stay and truly appreciated the comfort and convenience provided. Highly recommended!

Awesome location with a lot of we wanted to see within walking distance. Our apar**ent was clean, cozy and enjoyable. We had to pick the house keys from a different office 3mins by car away from the appar**ent.

A pesar de una estancia corta, todo ha sido perfecto. La gestión es en gran medida automatizada, pero funciona perfectamente. Personal muy amable. Especialmente agradable: el pequeño, agradable café en el hotel – ideal para un desayuno relajado. Me encantaría volver a hacerlo.

El hotel tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio. En las inmediaciones hay un supermercado, así como restaurantes para comprar y comer. Las habitaciones son grandes y tienen cocina. El autobús se mantiene justo frente a la puerta. La ubicación no es muy optima, pero tranquila. Se necesitan unos 20 minutos a la ciudad. Cuando la próxima visita, nos quedaremos aquí de nuevo. El equipamiento y los habitaciones se ajustan a la descripción.
