El hotel está en una excelente ubicación que se adapta perfectamente a nuestras necesidades, la habitación es limpia, cómoda y tranquila aunque se enfrenta a la carretera principal - una puerta de madera se instala en la habitación para aislar el ruido de la carretera (excelente!), El restaurante del hotel es excelente. Uno que disfrutó la estancia: la temperatura en la habitación era alta aunque el aire acondicionado funcionó, incluso después de hablar con el representante del hotel en la recepción no hubo cambio, decepcionante ...

La habitación era muy grande y la cama era enorme. La cama es de 2 camas solteras empujadas juntos, lo que fue molesto porque uno de nosotros a menudo se deslizó. La habitación no tenía hierro, aunque la casa estaba a disposición cuando se le pidió. No había pantalones ni ropa de baño. Nadie limpió nuestra habitación durante 3 días, que era pobre. La habitación era muy grande y tenía ducha, bidet, WC y bañera. No hay baño. La ducha es grande, tiene gran velocidad y siempre fue suficientemente caliente. Fue grande. No nos damos desayuno ya que estamos tarde para levantar. La zona de la piscina es agradable y los guardabar son hermosos. La piscina está muy bien, pero no se puede hacer nada. El gimnasio tiene buenas máquinas, pero siempre está ocupado! Creo que el público en general está autorizado a usarlo. No hemos hecho uso del spa porque sólo está abierto 3 días por semana - lo que es una vergüenza. El hotel está situado en una ubicación excelente, cerca del centro y del mar.

Nos alojamos en este hotel 2 noches separadas; una vez al inicio (habitación estándar) y una vez al final (habitación superior) de las vacaciones. Es un hotel muy elegante en medio de la mejor parte de Olbia y ambas habitaciones estaban bien (Consejo: por un poco más de costo reserve una habitación superior. Realmente vale la pena). Los baños están bien (uno superior excelente) y el personal siempre fue amable y profesional. El hotel tiene una excelente terraza en la azotea que realmente vale la pena visitar ya que tiene las mejores vistas de la ciudad y tiene tumbonas para que puedas tomar el sol si lo deseas. El desayuno buffet estaba bien, pero mi único problema es que tenía que subir y ser atendido por un miembro del personal, no podía ayudarse a sí mismo. En nuestros viajes por Cerdeña visitamos otros 3 hoteles y todos eran buffets de autoservicio. Supongo que esto es algo de covid, pero entonces, ¿por qué no estaba en otro lugar de la isla? Sin embargo, en general, el hotel es elegante e impresionante y sin duda me alojaría allí de nuevo.

Boutique hotel located just off the centre in a narrow road with limited parking. Stayed four nights as good base for travelling around Costa Smeralda. Very friendly and helpful staff. It has a great spa in basement. Nice bedroom and very comfy beds and a pleasant bathroom. Must make a special mention of the excellent breakfast and the lovely lady who serves it. Definitely recommend.

Located within 2 minutes walking distance of the lively town of Olbia. Only 10 minutes drive from the airport and the picturesque beach of Pittulongu. Excellent service provided by the staff. We had a late evening flight on our departure day. The hotel gave us a room to rest, shower and change for free. Amazing service! We also got a lot of help to book taxis and good recommendations for restaurants. Variety and quality of the breakfast buffet is very good.

The hotel is OK. Good points: Rooms are spacious, and the bed is comfy. The shower was good, and air conditioning worked well. Not so good points: The location is not the best. Some rooms overlook the grafitti walled port and a large carpark, which is used by boy racers in the evenings. The rooms overlooking the nice park have a better outlook. The balconies are very narrow and are unusable and house the aircon unit. The staff on the whole are very nice and helpful. We were part of a large Leger coach party and had breakfast and dinner included. The breakfasts were good, but the dinners were poor to inedible. Drinks were a bit above average prices, but the room has a fridge, and there is a supermarket along the side of the park. Although not a good location, it is an easy walk to the town which has many restaurants and upmarket shops. There is also a bus (4) outside the hotel that is a 15-20 min trip (€1.50) to a lovely local beach as there is no pool. There is a large terrace off the restaurant, which they did let me sit and use even when the restaurant was closed. For a 4* hotel, I think it is more a 3*

We booked this hotel with my friends to spend a nice holiday by the pool and the beach, but unfortunately there were many many wrong things with this hotel. First, the Reception was not rude but not helpful at all. Every time we would ask for some information (because they didn't give us any) or basic things, their reply where either ” I don't know” or ”No no no”...I work in hotels and this is not the service of a 4 star rated hotel. Either the team is not trained enough and they are lacking a manager on site. The breakfast was terrible. Everything was already precooked, poor quality and even the coffee was bad (we are in Italy! that shouldn't be complicated). The room was quite large and spacious. The overall cleaning was ok, but if you started looking like the windows or the curtains, it was bad. They had a lot of stains. The pool area is nice, but nowhere is mentioned that we are next to a loud road and an industrial area (not nice). The worst, was when I wanted to go the pool in the morning, stopped by Reception to ask the opening hours, they told me 9:00 AM and showed me the sign that mentioned it there. I went then to the pool at 9:30 AM and got inside the water. The lifeguard came to me shouting to get out as the pool opened at 10:00 AM. He literally kicked me out of the water. I told him that was not the information given to me at Reception. I, obviously, went to complain of their misinformation and the answer was ”oh I am sorry”. There are a lot of rules and threats written (like no eating anything that doesn't come from the hotel IN YOUR ROOM, or you'll get a 200€ fine) all over the hotel of everything you cannot do, it doesn't feel very welcoming. We had several episodes like this, but you can get an overall picture. Overall, this is not the 4 star service expected for the price paid and the descriptions on site. Very disappointed...

Estado muy bien situado, cerca del centro de la ciudad. Hotel,si bien envejecido, pero muy bien mantenido. Habitaciones espaciosas, muy limpias, letrina impeccable. Personal encargado de la recepción y el del restaurante muy agradables y a la escucha de los clientes. Buen desayuno. Un mencionamiento especial al gerente, hablando muy bien el francés por la pertinencia de sus consejos sobre los sitios que visitar. Otro punto positivo: el parking frente al hotel.

Hotel agradable y super limpio. El desayuno era muy bueno. El personal excelente. piscinas hermosas y muy amigables más muy profesional. La parada de autobús del aeropuerto está a sólo 1 minuto de la recepción de esperanza. Please note, the taxi from the hotel to the airport costs 30€ even if it’s only 3 km away, the bus only 1.50€ per person. We booked this hotel for our return 2.
