The road less travelled

Easy scenic walk. Short drive from Middlebury. The leaves and grasses had spectacular color. Nice walk with Robert Frost poems in appropriate places.

Lovely, easy walk

This was a very beautiful walk! We went with our binoculars and heard twice as many birds as we saw. The boardwalk and poems were just lovely. Great way to spend a morning!

Lovely boardwalked nature trail interspersed with poems from the illustrious author. Short, handicap accessible, and peaceful.

Easy, family friendly trail

This is a great trail for families. It’s extremely easy but offers pretty views. The poems add to the experience as well. Considering it’s free, it’s definitely a must visit if you are in the area!
