Snake River Overlook

Snake River Overlook GPS:43.75271, -110.62453 It is famous here because famous photographer Ansel Adams left a famous black and white photo here in 1941, and the photo can be seen in the lobby of Jackson Lake Lodge. On the photo, in front of the Grand Teton Peak in Shanghai, the Snake River winds a beautiful S Bay, giving people a strong visual impact.

The water from Snake River was discharged from Jackson Lake Dam, and a large bend was circled in this depression, forming a buffer zone of the river. This wetland has many water surfaces and lush vegetation. Snake River Overlook is famous for the black and white photo taken by famous photographer Ansel Adams in 1941 (this photo can also be seen in the hall of Jackson Lake Lodge).

We didn’t go to a very deep point. From a distance, we saw that the Serpentine River was blocked by the lush woods. The view was not very good. I don’t know if it will be dark and bright if you continue to walk. You can try it if you have enough time.
