Unfortunately you can only see it from the small park in front of it. You can’t walk over it en enjoy the views. Maybe I am incorrect but there were no signs that said something else.

Stopped here while in Laughlin. Looks like newer facilities on trail but restrooms were locked. Walked around a bit, but not really good views. Bewn to better dams.
