Attractive during hockey sport events and for ice-skaters
Cheap ice-skating arena. High-quality ice and it's the best place to skate in Minsk concerning amount of people skating during one skating session( here it lasts for 45 minutes)

Good arena for hockey games
I saw a few games here during the IIHF championships in 2014. It's easily accessible by public transportation and seemed quite modern by European hockey arena standards.
