Millicent Swimming Lake

Wonderful on a hot day.

The swimming lake was pretty quiet in the middle of the day. Water is cool and clear. Big shady trees close to the water so just the place to spend an hour or two on a hot day.

Excellent place for the whole family

Family friendly place for every age. Safe and secure for kids. Tent above the water for little ones is a great feature. Plenty of parking space.

Loved it!

There should be more free places like this around S.A. Bbq facilities and changerooms. Conspire cafe has closed down. Looks like a while ago. And could probably do with a bit more shade.
