This building looks cool for holding an event or other activity. I would like to see the interior. But other than that I wouldn't make a special trip just to see this.

Ugly structure spoiling the face of the city

This bilding formerly was Lenin's museum, built in 70-80th. It is located in the heart of Kiev. It's big and ugly, spoiling еру beautiful view of Kiev hills.
